Roleplay Interests: Star Trek, Final Fantasy VII, Pokémon and FFXIV. Pretty much exclusively right now. Doctor Who if you can sell me on a plot idea. I am very hesitant to roleplay in an original world, because I enjoy fleshing out my characters, and a lot of times original worlds lack a lot of the information I need to effectively roleplay. I roleplay PG-13 scenarios. I'm 30 IRL, but mature themes just aren't my cup of tea in general. If you desire more, I’m open to conversation. I tend to avoid relationship-based RPs, though some of my characters are more prone to it than others. I have no control over Emet-Selch—he does what he wants.
Roleplay Style: For the most part, I can't RP a child. Which of course is entirely awkward for most Pokémon RPs, so on the whole I'd much prefer to RP a Pokémon instead of a Trainer. I also largely RP males, though I've been known to play other things. I'm also entirely fine RPing Canon characters of my preferred Fandoms, and I like to think I do a good job? You can expect two paragraphs minimum from me, pretty much universally, with no cap. Sometimes I won't shut up. That said, I try to write concise posts—meat and potatoes. Once upon a time I wrote in purple, but I really don't have time for that anymore. With certain partners I can do bursts of rapid-fire, but at that point my responses will shorten.

The Mawile's mind was still fixed on Gredy, whose whereabouts were unknown. Hopefully he found shelter. Perhaps the mass-panic had changed his mind about whether or not he wished to form an Exploration Team...
Regardless, it was still worrying.
With Devon sitting next to her, Celty tried her best to hide her insecurities. After all, she didn't need children worrying about her. Especially given her outburst earlier...
"...So you're going to referee their battle? Do you know what you're doing...?" The Mawile looked to the Totodile with glossy red eyes.
A blank expression overtook the Totodile which caught Celty a bit off-guard. "Uhhh, hey, are you all right?"
Two years after the events of Super Mystery Dungeon. All seemed calm, strife nearly non-existent, or so everyone thought. That said, it's been a well-known fact that the hostile Pokémon residing inside the world's various dungeons have become organized and dangerous; some even venturing to peaceful settlements and attacking. The world's guild leaders brushed it off initially as an attack by the Thieves Guild, or another unknown criminal organization. However, their modus operandi was notably different; they attack without a set purpose.
Cogs are beginning to turn, and the fate of the world rests once again in the hands of a human and their companions; one partner alone will not suffice.
Our story starts in what used to be a closed off settlement; Folio Town. A giant tree is situated atop a desert oasis, with a town built into its branches. A sandstorm conjured by an ancient Tyranitar used to shroud the tree from harm, however it has since subsided. With Folio Town now accessible to the pubic, travelers from far and wide are gathering at the towering tree.
Current Areas
Folio Town
Folio is a large town situated on a gigantic tree. Located to the north of the Sand Continent, Folio Town sits atop a desert oasis.
Normally enveloping the tree is a sandstorm, which serves to protect the town from harm. However, the sandstorm has recently subsided.
The path through the tree is known as Folio's Trunk, and is a sprawling Mystery Dungeon. The dungeon is split in two. An easier path which leads to the town, and a difficult one which explores the massive caverns created by the tree's root system.
Town Locations
The plaza is the liveliest part of Folio Town. Glyph's Guild, along with the town's inn are located here. Additionally, you can find other town staples here. Café Connection, a Deposit Box, Hawlucha's Slam School, Rockin' Lock, Kecleon Shop, as well as Glorious Gold are found about the plaza.
The Observatory is a small platform built over a protruding branch of the giant tree.
This structure pumps water from the oasis beneath to the town.
The Windmill uses the sandstorm's power to draw water all the way up to the treetop.
On a thick platform-like branch resides most of the town's population. It's near the entrance to the Folio's Trunk dungeon.
A mysterious location guarded by several Grovyle. The town's prophet resides within.

I do have a human lined up for this RP, however there are many different factions and a lot for everyone to do. Characters are limited to first and middle stage Pokémon only. Interest? :O
@Empour@Noklu@Light Lord@Shiny Keldeo@Iatos Blinking a few times, Celty was about to answer the Totodile's question when in marched Spirit, with an Absol by his side. Obviously, there was no need for what she had planned to say. Looking over the Lucario and the new arrival, her curious gaze averted when the Guildmaster pointed out her troubled disposition. "It's just... Gredy..." That was all she was able to muster before the pair hurried off. Whatever it was, it was clearly quite important.
Hopefully Devon was right. With luck, Gredy might be somewhere safe.
As the Lucario and Absol exited, the two Riolu siblings remained in what Celty could only assume was some sort of lobby. Dojos weren't exactly a thing where she grew up.
"Aura Sphere? That's quite a powerful ability, congr—Hold up. Flash? Isn't that the Scizor wanted by... like... everyone!?"
@Empour@Noklu@Light Lord Somehow in the middle of the commotion, Gredy escaped from Celty's grasp, and fled. A piercing cry escaped the Mawile's lips when she no longer felt the tuft of fur, "GREDY!", but it was too late. The Evolution Pokémon became another member of the frightened crowd, before disappearing from view.
There was nothing she could do. The other children needed to be taken to safety, then perhaps she could pursue the Eevee.
Pushing back tears, Celty turned to answer Devon's question, "It's full-out panic. I don't know why, but whatever the reason is, I can't imagine it's good."
Dragging the Totodile into the dojo, she leaned against one of the walls, slumping down. Hopefully the other children followed.
I hate when RPs die, but it is very hard to recover after so many losses, and despite it not being so far in, it also kind of is. Also if you want to rehaul the plot, then starting over is the only way. Ugh, your choice. Would not blame you for closing it though.
@Empour@Bright_Ops@Noklu@Light Lord Several Pokémon were skattering, or heading towards the forest. Something terrible was coming, and the Mawile knew these children could not handle it. More blood on her paws if they came to harm. A booming voice sounded out, warning everyone to clear the street. Celty was going to do just that.
Grabbing Gredy by the scruff, and the Totodile by the claw, she started to drag them in the direction of the dojo, "We need to go. NOW. Everyone, with me."
@Empour@Bright_Ops@Noklu@Light Lord Quietly following behind Gredy, her neutral demeanor changed as she saw the injured Pokémon rush off towards the Guild. Oh no... those Pokémon look strong, too. Her thoughts were interrupted as one of the Pokémon passing through accidentally bumped into her. Upon further inspection of a nearby Pokémon, it would appear scored across its abdomen. What could have done this...? With this many strong Pokémon, too...
In response to Devon's question, Celty's spoke softly, "I... I don't know. They appear strong, so..." Trailing off, her brows furrowed with worry, "...Let's just hurry to that dojo."
@Empour@Bright_Ops@Noklu@Light Lord Celty's ears twitched when she heard the Snorunt speak up. Blinking a few times, the Mawile turned to the direction of the voice. "Oh, it's fine, really. And uh... call me Celty. Ms. Mawile makes me feel old..." It was true she was significantly older than the children surrounding her, but having attention called to that fact was still rather jarring.
"You might want to apologize to Gredy, though. He seemed put out when you ran away. Speaking of, is everything all right?"
I hope she does too... there's four weeks left. I really do hope she home schools next year, as much as I enjoy seeing her. :(
It can get pretty bad. I fucked over my liver about a year ago now when I was in so much pain I just kept chugging pills for about a month. So, tl;dr I can't take painkillers now because my liver is so shot. Hah... oops.
Ohhh. That makes a lot of sense, and yeah she can't eat preservatives and she eats all natural and only certain things. I think she has considered alternative schooling, but I think she likes school... in her own way. @_@; She does miss A LOT though. So... dunno. That's good though!
