Roleplay Interests: Star Trek, Final Fantasy VII, Pokémon and FFXIV. Pretty much exclusively right now. Doctor Who if you can sell me on a plot idea. I am very hesitant to roleplay in an original world, because I enjoy fleshing out my characters, and a lot of times original worlds lack a lot of the information I need to effectively roleplay. I roleplay PG-13 scenarios. I'm 30 IRL, but mature themes just aren't my cup of tea in general. If you desire more, I’m open to conversation. I tend to avoid relationship-based RPs, though some of my characters are more prone to it than others. I have no control over Emet-Selch—he does what he wants. 

Roleplay Style: For the most part, I can't RP a child. Which of course is entirely awkward for most Pokémon RPs, so on the whole I'd much prefer to RP a Pokémon instead of a Trainer. I also largely RP males, though I've been known to play other things. I'm also entirely fine RPing Canon characters of my preferred Fandoms, and I like to think I do a good job? You can expect two paragraphs minimum from me, pretty much universally, with no cap. Sometimes I won't shut up. That said, I try to write concise posts—meat and potatoes. Once upon a time I wrote in purple, but I really don't have time for that anymore. With certain partners I can do bursts of rapid-fire, but at that point my responses will shorten.

Timezone: EST (GMT/UTC-5) On the weekends my sleeping schedule is very strange. Otherwise I'm up early and sleep early-ish. Unless it's bizarrely slow, I can't post at work, sorry!

Cravings: I want to play Emet-Selch from FFXIV so badly, willing to make compromises for this to work out. Romance or not, group or 1x1, I care little at this point! I'm happy to come up with a suitable plot and guide the story if necessary, I have a lot of ideas and I'm very flexible.

Stepping into the lab alongside them, the blonde woman would address both Celes and Nasir. Raising a brow, Nasir thought to himself, Careful now? Is she implying that I cannot keep this child under control...? It was odd to be sure, and he brushed it off. 

Celes, still riding Nasir's shoulders would chirp at the uniformed woman, "I'm always careful! Don't worry about meeee~"

As Bishop began to explain the Pokédex and the processes required to register yourself, Celes began to visibly vibrate with anticipation. With furrowed brows, Nasir shot her a glance, trying to do his best to keep the girl on his shoulders. Now with a Pink dex in hand, Celes let out a squeal of excitement, "YAY! I'm a real Trainer now! This is so exciting! Isn't it exciting Mr. Black?"

A soft chuckle escaped the guised Zoroark's lips. "...Yes, quite." The black-haired man's eyes now trailed off to Devon's Cyan Pokédex. Indeed, it seemed to have already populated the encyclopedic device with his personal information. 

"I'm totally ready! Mush, Mr. Black!"

Closing his eyes, Nasir let out a dejected chuckle. Turning on his heel to leave, he paused when the uniformed blonde spoke up once more. Looking over his shoulder, he would address her, "...It's always best for a beginning Trainer to travel with a more experienced one. I would be surprised if anyone had any objections."

"Oooo, we get a police lady too!? This will be fun, so let's see it's uh... me... Ranulf... Mr. Black, Devon! Lily and... Brent? Okay! We can totally make this work."

The Mawile decided it was time for her to speak up, "...I could use myself as bait. I am resilient, with a natural resistance to Bug-type attacks."

Once introductions were made, Karaha's head lowered as he averted his gaze. "...It's been a while Glyph, and I do wish this visit would have been for a more joyous reason. Robel has been badly injured, and is under the care of Rhys. I do not know for certain why, however..."

Throwing a glance at Gren, the Umbreon let out a soft sigh. "I truly do not recommend traveling to the lower trunk at this time. There's... it's.. truly quite dangerous, I cannot express that enough."

[The Next Day]

Nasir was unable to remain awake, but fortunately it seemed he had awoken before the child. A pink aura overtook him, and he appeared as the black swordsman. 

There were wet spots on the ground, and it appeared to have rained that night, ceasing before Nasir had awoken. As Itzal had warned, native Pokémon had taken refuge, as many were bundled up next to each other, scattered about the floor.

It took him a while, but he successfully cleaned the room. Itzal had been quiet for a while, but he assumed the boy just was not very talkative. Looking over finally, he saw that he was slowly drifting off to sleep. "Sleep well..."

Looking over his shoulder, he contemplated what he was going to do for the rest of the evening. The black-haired man thought to himself, I do believe there is a couch in the living room. However, if he wakes up before I do... Letting out a soft groan, there was not much he could do. 

After taking a few minutes to dust off the living room armchair, he sat down on it, resting his head on the side. Perhaps I can just... stay awake...

The mysterious arrival caused Lilisette some distress. His information was useful, and she was grateful, but if he had been around when she spoke earlier... It was anxiety-inducing, to say the least. 

Though uncomfortable, the Kirlia did her best to smile and nod as the stranger continued. Finally, she twirled around with a big smile, "Thank you for all the information! I can't wait to meet them! It'll be sooo cool."

Leaving as soon as he finished his words, Lilisette was left staring blankly. Turning to Devon she furrowed her brows, "Sooooo... he wasn't like standing there this whole time right? Eep. I mean, I'm glad he was here to say something, but..." Taking a deep breath she allowed herself to fall to the ground in a seated position. 

With her gaze focused on Ember, she tilted her head, "You don't like watching dance performances? Really? Well... uh..." Letting out a small grunt, she then looked to both Selena and Devon, "When they arrive, wanna come watch them with me? No pressure or anything, it's just nice to have company."

A wide smile crossed his maw as Karaha looked over his shoulder at the Shaymin, "He is quite lovely, in fact! If I were one for dungeon exploration, I would have joined this guild a very long time ago, but alas."

Once they reached the top of the staircase, the Umbreon nudged the doors open with his nose. The double doors opened into a large library that also very obviously doubled as some sort of private study.

Looking around the room, a small smile spread across his lips. "This will certainly do. It... is a tad bit dusty, but I can take care of that." 

Leaving the room for a few minutes, Nasir searched the house's storage areas for cleaning supplies. The only thing he was able to come up with was a hand sweeper with a dustpan. It would have to do. 

Back in the room, he began to wipe off the dressers, and generally tidy the place up.
