Roleplay Interests: Star Trek, Final Fantasy VII, Pokémon and FFXIV. Pretty much exclusively right now. Doctor Who if you can sell me on a plot idea. I am very hesitant to roleplay in an original world, because I enjoy fleshing out my characters, and a lot of times original worlds lack a lot of the information I need to effectively roleplay. I roleplay PG-13 scenarios. I'm 30 IRL, but mature themes just aren't my cup of tea in general. If you desire more, I’m open to conversation. I tend to avoid relationship-based RPs, though some of my characters are more prone to it than others. I have no control over Emet-Selch—he does what he wants.
Roleplay Style: For the most part, I can't RP a child. Which of course is entirely awkward for most Pokémon RPs, so on the whole I'd much prefer to RP a Pokémon instead of a Trainer. I also largely RP males, though I've been known to play other things. I'm also entirely fine RPing Canon characters of my preferred Fandoms, and I like to think I do a good job? You can expect two paragraphs minimum from me, pretty much universally, with no cap. Sometimes I won't shut up. That said, I try to write concise posts—meat and potatoes. Once upon a time I wrote in purple, but I really don't have time for that anymore. With certain partners I can do bursts of rapid-fire, but at that point my responses will shorten.

Cravings: I want to play Emet-Selch from FFXIV so badly, willing to make compromises for this to work out. Romance or not, group or 1x1, I care little at this point! I'm happy to come up with a suitable plot and guide the story if necessary, I have a lot of ideas and I'm very flexible.

@Light Lord The Flygon's words caused Robel's expression to falter. "I see... No, I suppose you're right, it's not as if we see her normally. Still, I would have thought she might have made an appearance for something of this magnitude..." Pausing for a moment, he pondered before speaking. "Ah... you're right, where are they? I apologize if I'm taking you away from time that could be spent with your family. If that's something you wish to pursue, I'll be fine by myself. I truly appreciate that you came to check on my well being."
The fire show in the Town Square continued, as Terra the Braixen continued her elegant, dangerous dance. Down towards the front row, a small blue Kirlia could be seen, watching with excitement.

@Light Lord Clasping his hands together, the Mienshao grinned as the Toxicroak gave a run down on what had happened in his absence. "Oh, that is absolutely wonderful! It's a shame I wasn't able to see it first hand. I was..." With a wicked smirk the Mienshao continued, "Grilling someone for details. Ah, yes. A very interesting someone, actually. Are you familiar with the legendary Pokémon Mew?"
Pausing for a moment, the Mienshao awaited Datsu's reaction before continuing, "Well, it's an ancient Pokémon that's quite elusive given its unique ability. Transform, if you're not familiar. And unlike a Ditto, it does not require a direct sample to shift... of course with a sample it's possible for them to completely replicate an individual. Do you see where I'm going with this?" The Mienshao's wicked grin spread ever further, "Oh, but it does not simply end there. And I nearly forgot to mention the cause of Deeku's death. It was unlike anything I've ever seen before—and I've seen quite a bit. That said, I was able to pry quite a bit of interesting and useful information out of Mew. Apparently, the attack that finished Deeku was apparently of a Shadow Typing. Something entirely unheard of, though I suppose that begs the question of how Mew knew this. Unfortunately, that pesky Chimecho returned before I was able to get what I wanted out of him."
@Light Lord Realizing his mistake, the Heliolisk let out a groan, "...Perhaps I was hit far harder than I had thought. I suppose I did, if briefly." With furrowed brows, he watched the crowd beneath them, his eyes scanning for someone in particular, though not seeming to find them. Picking himself from his seat, he made his way beside Glyph, in order to get a better look. After a few moments of contemplation, the Heliolisk finally spoke, "...Is the Sol Sibyl not going to partake in the festivities? I would have thought such an event would have brought her out..."
With his searching, the Heliolisk did find a few more characters of interest, letting out a soft grunt before making his way back over to his seat.
Zihark the Mienshao
[Folio Town - Residential District East]
@Light Lord A smile tugged at the Mienshao's lips as the Toxicroak approached him. "Absolutely wonderful evening." Turning to face the thief, a wicked grin played across his maw, "In fact, this evening has surpassed my expectations."
@Light Lord "Woah, woah, slow down kid. I don't really have all the answers you want, I'm not exactly an expert. I wouldn't even say Lucrecia was, even with her fascination." Putting a hand to her forehead she let out a soft groan, "What I can tell you is whatever is about to happen isn't your fault." An awkward smile crossed the Mawile's lips, "Actually it's up to you to fix it. No pressure, right?"
Taking a few moments to think she looked over the Totodile, "I take it this is what you're so desperate to talk to Spirit about? I mean, he'd definitely know more than I would. Though I can't say he'd answer all of your questions. I don't really think anyone can, not even if you found someone else like you."
With a soft sigh, she continued, "It'd be in your best interest not to stress or panic about this. Just wait to here what Spirit has to say and uhhh... I would seriously advise against telling anyone else about your origin and what not."
@Light Lord@Shiny Keldeo A smile washed over the Chimecho's visage as he looked over his patient. "I'm glad you enjoy it. Your injuries are actually not quite as bad as they look, and of course feel. You should be feeling much better here shortly. Feel free to call for me if you're feeling better, but of course I need to look you over before releasing you."
Taking a look at the group, his gaze then fell upon Ember. "Oh, you were attacked? You do not seem much worse for the wear, but here..." Using his [PSYCHIC], Rhys pulled an Oran berry from a nearby room, floating it inside and handing it to Ember. "This should deal with whatever injuries you may have. Anyway, I have a patient in critical condition that I need to tend to..." Giving the group a small bow, the Chimecho took his leave.
Robel the Heliolisk

@Light Lord Still watching Datsu with a suspicious frown, the Heliolisk finally commented once the Toxicroak was out of earshot, "Polite, yes, but I would not trust him." Taking a few moments, Robel contemplated the idea before responding, "I should feel well enough, yes..." Furrowing his brows, he let out a sigh, There's something else I'd prefer to do, but I doubt Glyph would allow me in this state..."
[Folio Town - Glyph's Guild]
The pair managed their way through the crowds, most giving way to the Guild Leader the moment they saw him. Now upstairs, the pair would be seated on an outside patio, giving them a front-row view of the show. "Ah... so that's Pyrrha..." Trailing off, he put a hand on his chin, resting against it as the show progressed. The sun was no longer visible, and a faint glow of sunlight bathed the large tree. It was a perfect time for the dancers to begin their fire show.
A twig was ignited, and a Braixen dancer began her elegant performance.
@Empour Finally past the Waypoint, the female Aron and blue-ringed Umbreon finally made it out of of the large tree. Night was beginning to fall, however the sand was still rather hot. Altepa Desert made up the northeastern part of the Sand Continent. It was not a particularly large desert; in fact, there was a savanna surrounding it, with several mountain ranges nearby. Still though Altepa was not temperate, and it only had a small few oases. However, within the desert were several Mystery Dungeons, and the entrances to yet a few more.
"Well then, it's nice to finally leave Folio. It's been quite a while for me, actually. Is this the first time you've left as well, or...?"
Yeah... you need to post. The entire quest has been held up because we can't even get to the Waypoint to split. I've had to progress Petra/Karaha because we've gotten to a point where we're waiting on you to post to continue. If you want us to godmode move you? Fine, we can. But there's a lot of things in the trunk that will probably kill everyone, we just can't get there because we're waiting on you to post.

@Sketcher@Shiny Keldeo@Light Lord Brooks' words worried Nasir quite a bit. His Trainer essentially said what was also on his mind, but he felt he should clarify, "I agree with Devon. It was not a Pokémon Battle, it was an all out fight to the death. I am certain they would have not batted an eye if they killed myself or one of my companions. Or even every last one of us." Crossing his arms, he growled softly, "You have my most sincerest apologies, Brook, but if that is not illegal, then I cannot say I know what is."
Hearing the words from both Devon and Nasir, Olivier simply stared at the Zoroark before questioning, "W-Wait... They... Team Royal Skies attempted to kill you?"
Frowning, Celes spoke up in an aggravated tone, "Of course they did, why do you think I'm so upset!?"
Snaking around the girl's leg, the small Dratini began to climb her Trainer. <W-What, they tried to kill you?!>
"That's what I just said!"
Finally, the large Zoroark let out a drawn-out sigh, "They were not trying to kill us. That said, I do not think our deaths would have bothered them, had they been able to carry out their goal."
The RP isn't entirely about fighting, and that's not how I planned it. There's not supposed to be any major fighting until the next day, but I could throw an enemy up... but I don't think it will rectify the problem. Once it's defeated, there's the wait again, and you'll probably just lose interest. I mean up to you. If you want me to throw the enemy up, I can.
