Cecilia is a sincere girl, mostly loyal to her job and often have them completed. She has her own sense of values, and sometimes deviate from orders, making decisions that she think is right. She was generally neutral towards the Legion, the only reason why she associates with them is due to common enemies. She is also ambitious, rather determined to her cause of returning her parents' favour. She is sharp, and thus she rarely gets herself into battles that she can't win. However, she isn't interested in starting a family, 'cause she feels that she doesn't need to be a legionary to work her way up.

Backstory: Cecillia was born in a fairly rich family of the Republic. Her parents worked in the Government, and she lived free of worries due to their influences. Things changed when she was 13, when her parents were charged with corruption and killed silently. She was the only one spared because the government have assumed her to be just a 'mere child'. Despite so, she found the idea of working under the noses of those who blatantly killed her parents distasteful. Thus, she left the Capital, defecting towards the Legion territory. She worked as a mercenary from then to make a living.
