EDIT: And sitting down and reading the latest post I just realized everyone's left the throne room already, thus I can't really introduce Paella now without it coming off as awkward. Hum.
There will most likely be npcs going there, it could be that she was late and just catchs up with them after getting information from the king or something. Sorry about getting ahead of you, I kinda forgot.
