Introducing my hunter

My hunter

Name: Nelly Aron

Appearance

Personality: Nelly has been and probably always will be that kid walking around with a chip on her shoulder looking to get it knocked off. Always ready for a fight, she isn’t a bully though it wouldn’t be hard to see her in that light. Very adamant about showing she’s no push over, ready to dig her heels into the dirt and show just how stubborn she really is when it comes to a challenge or obstacle. Nelly is a goal driven type of person who will go through hell, or high water to see something through to the end and fuse anyone’s face into the pavement that gets in her way. Cocky and sure of herself Nelly will puff out and beat her chest like an alpha male to assert her dominance. Being that shes a straight forward person she will let you know quick where you stand with her not wanting to keep anything hidden, this little trait of hers makes the woman almost incapable of keeping secrets.

History:

Nelly is an interesting case of someone who became a hunter out of necessity, though it was probably bound to happen one way or another; she was born into a small village that made its home along a mountainside. She never honestly knew her dad who left long before she was born, leaving her mother to take care of her alone, life was hard enough taking care of a baby alone but Nelly was different from most children her age. The girl was rambunctious and violent, getting into fights with other kids and adults alike, this wasn’t just some kid acting out from her father being gone, it seemed more like the child had a roaring inferno trapped within her soul. Even as a young girl Nelly was strong enough to knock grown men out her mother being the only one who could calm her down through words instead of force. As the years came and went Nelly managed to get a good grip on her anger and strength, but not before her only parent took ill and passed, leaving a teenage girl all alone in a village that hated her for being such a problem child.

Nelly left her village at the age of fifteen and began to travel the world in hopes of finding her father, but the journey wasn’t to be taken lightly, if the elements weren’t against her people were and worst of all witches. She became quite proficient at handling herself from all forms of threats being that her physical strength could be better explained as something supernatural, like a god of destruction was sleeping in that body of hers. Nelly conquered foe after foe until naturally people began to call her a hunter just because she killed a couple witches with little effort it was one of these witches that solidified her role in life. One of them was attempting to commune with the spirits of the world and managed to contact a very old and powerful earth spirit just before Nelly killed the spellcaster, seeing her strength the earth spirit blessed her body, taking her physical prowess to a level that normal humans should never be able to reach; she was also given a part of massive gauntlets as a symbol of her status as a warrior.

Signature Weapon: Gauntlets

Feats: Nelly is imbued with the power of earth itself, which has greatly increased her speed, strength and durability; when using the gauntlets, she moves sluggishly but the ‘World Forgers’ are for show even though they increase her striking power tenfold, if Nelly ever wants to fight seriously she disarms and cuts loose, something rarely ever seen. Along with her blessing the earth in her immediate area will act differently towards her, it will soften itself to make it more comfortable to walk on and even catch her if she falls from a dangerous height however it will not fight for her.

Things they look for in a partner: Wrestle her into submission or beat her in arm wrestling…. that’s it

@Ellion the clearing where the three intruders is the most concentrated but it will spread all over the forest but the further you are away from the epicenter the less you'll feel the effects until you wouldn't notice them at all if you were really far away

The further she walked from her secluded home the more her sentry snakes reported more strange happenings, first a human and a witch and one strange creature that didn’t seem a part of either category but was humanoid. Obviously, her sentries were becoming more and more delusional because of the cold and Hissy was beginning to think she was walking around in this hell for nothing, sighing out of irritation she continued onward strutting through the snow being that her house was smack dab in the middle of this forest she wasn’t a stranger to walking in the snow. Those long legs of hers helped tremendously when walking and running as well as the strength of a titan boa helped as well, regardless of how easy it was she hated the snow, cold and all around everything that came with the winter. She got within a certain distance of all the commotion and lo and behold there was someone actually raising hell in her woods, maybe her sentries weren’t full of it after all but being that her eyes were closed and she was relying on her other senses as well as her thermal vision which wasn’t working so well in this kind of weather.

“Well, damn someone is here…. It feels like two, wait three, ” she said to herself getting closer jumping up from the snow and landing in a nearby tree to circle around them, the third person hadn’t shown themselves yet so if they were hunters she’d have to play her cards right in her own way.

It was at this moment a subtle hissing sound could be heard coming from every direction, while Hissy herself stayed in the shadows. This was a particular misty winter day the blowing wind would help camouflage her even further to avoid detection.

“What are you doing in my forest?” she asked, her voice bouncing everywhere and echoing so if felt like it was coming from every angle “This is my home, have you come to defile it?” she asked again, louder ‘looking’ down at the two in the forest thicket together, one sitting up and the other shouting at the top of her lungs.

Were they running from the other one who was approaching, or was this some human trap to lure witches from hiding either way, either way all three picked the wrong forest to invade. Around this time, she began to release a poison into the mist that would take some time to take effect being that it was so thin to blend into the snowy fog but once it did, it would induce a form of paralysis, render their motor skills sluggish and if they were magic users it would numb their control of the mystical arts.
“Ok, my little ones, your move, ” she thought to herself grinning jumping to the next tree
