Death god Taijutsu (training), Death Techniques (hasn't started on, these be similar to kids and death but unique forms to him), Sorcerer Talent (learning slowly), Multi-Weapon utility.

Appearance:

History:
There have been a few witchs and sorcerers who have helped Death and his students before, some of these haven proven they are good had been put under death's protection. Well after a special night out between death and one of these witches, a child was conceived. This child being the son of death meant he had massive talent in using Weapons, as well as talent in special soul techniques that only the death family can learn. He has yet to learn this, because of his mother, he also has the ability to learn the same art witches and sorcerers practice. Magic, should he properly learn this he could prove to be a very powerful Miester more than his brother and sisters before him. even with his younger age, he is often called to study and operate magical items that are brought in from the field. He was sheltered most of his life as a secret because of his blood, so he is very naïve in terms of common knowledge especially in the difference between genders, and in what's appropriate and not appropriate. (so expect comedy moments) He was allowed into DWMA when he asked his father for more things to do, granted he was given the option like Kid to simply wait and let someone else do the work to turn weapons into death scythes that he could use, or do it himself. he chose to do it himself wanting to see the verity of people and weapons out there. while most with the blood of shinigami have lines of Shanzu in their hair, for some reason Loki doesn't, but instead seems to have appearing and disappearing incomplete magic circles on certain section of his head, though they seem to function similar to lines of shanzu allowing him to learn his shinigami abilities as time progresses.

Bio:
He tends to listen to music a lot sense it helps him relax and it was one of the few things he had. He also likes to read about various things of the world he has yet to see. Wears what looks to be an eyepatch over one of his eyes, with a strange rune on it, this rune being a seal to suppress his sorcerer/witch blood as to not attract strong kishin to him, and to make it so he doesn't need a Guardian like most witches and sorcerers.

Considering Misdirection would be a skill of it's own that could upgrade into more elaborate versions. Just like how Hide is a skill, which could later be turned into Sneak allowing movement along with being hidden. you pretty much specifically stated 'Stage magic is magic that can be preformed on a stage' that technically would narrow it down some of where you can use it. do take in consideration that skills can upgrade when they reach a certain level to more complex versions.
Prime example: reaching appropriate level with Sneak will alow it to upgrade into Stealth or Sneak. Stealth is a short time skill that allows one to hide themselves while gaining a small movement bonus, has greater chance of being discovered, can be used in combat. Sneak is a longer time skill allowing one to hide, but can only move at normal speed or slower, has a lower chance of being discovered, can't be used in combat.

I like it, you can move it to the Char section. Will say though from the 3rd skill's name Protector I would of seen it more as Taking the damage that would of been received to the summoner instead of healing it, so (shrugs) lol.
