It’s from unearthed arcana 28 - the sorcerer. You can view the source here: media.wizards.com/2017/dnd/downloads/…

EDIT: I can rework Pallas to be more of a healer rather than a tank if that work better for the other applicants.
I just posted a character sheet using a standard format. It's pretty simple, but it expresses the idea well enough. Let me know what you think of it! The HP is based on average per level. I'll roll for it if you prefer that.
Pallas Skygarden - Light Fairy

Gender: Female
Role: Tank / Support
Class: Paladin / Warlock / Favored Soul Sorcerer (I plan to continue with paladin and sorcerer)
Sheet: myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=2546532

Appearance: Pallas is a tall and lovely light fairy. She has overflowing tresses of blonde hair and a large set of translucent blue fairy wings. She wears jewelry on her ears, neck, and arms. Her usual attire is an embroidered blue dress decked with white lace. Underneath however, is sturdy chainmail. The dreadful mace and kite shield she carries add an edge to her otherwise gentle and inviting appearance. Her eyes are hypnotizing, bright yellow gems that seem to have lights twinkling behind them.

Personality: The fairy has a confident and refined manner. When she has pressing work, she is focused and direct in addressing it. And when she relaxes, she has a curiously aloof sense of humor. Pallas has lived many years in peace with neopets and other fairies, and it has granted her an inherent likeable and friendly nature. She is normally temperate and somewhat reserved, but she's always supportive, and she delights in games. Nevertheless, her noble and disciplined nature may lead one to think her a warrior, and rightly so. Pallas is a proud knight of Faerieland and a defender of the light. She doesn't hesitate to help those in need, or to act in defense of the innocent. When things get complicated, she tries to talk things over for as long as she can before resorting to force.

Backstory: Ms. Skygarden is a light faerie whose mother was an air faerie. The two were always close, and some have said these facts explain why Pallas has some traits that are more typical of her mother's type, such as blue wings. Ms. Skygarden became a squire to one of Fyora's faerie knights. She trained under him for a few years and eventually became a knight herself, under his command. She showed skill with a mace, but her real talent laid in magic - using her natural connection to channel light and healing energies. Pallas would travel all around Neopia on missions from her superior officer. Mostly courier and escort missions. Things seemed so much more peaceful in those days; although, more than a few fights did break out on these outings.

Things changed when Faerieland fell. Pallas' old master died during the events. When she finally got word, she traveled back to Faerieland to investigate what happened, and to try to pick up the pieces. She was very hurt by the loss of her mentor, and she decided to take charge of her own destiny. She no longer serves Fyora in any official capacity, but on her own initiative she has spent the last several years helping rebuild Faerieland and continuing her practice of knighthood.
The administrator seemed a bit disappointed, but she left her special offerings out and returned to the school after a few minutes.

Alice seemed somewhat preoccupied dealing with her pokemon, so Charlotte felt compelled to give her some space. "Thanks again for playing. Pi, return." The P-shaped pokemon buzzed and disappeared with a shimmer. The tile in her hand briefly glowed blue again as this happened. She put it away and looked at Alice again. "I'll hang around and see if there's anything else going on with the club, but I think the meeting time is almost over for today, isn't it?"
Alice and Charlotte had just wrapped up their game and were winding down when someone new came out to join them. It was an middle-aged woman with short brown hair who was carrying some items on a metal tray. Charlotte winced. "...Mom?" she said in surprise. The woman was dressed very properly and had a put-together air about her. She was one of the administrators of the school; the one who had adopted Charlotte after the death of her parents.

"I remembered that your club was having its first meeting today. I thought I would bring some special treats for you all to celebrate!"

"Oh, mom, you didn't have to -" the young girl said, somewhat embarrassed by the situation. "...you really didn't have to."

As she approached, it became clear that the treats were a series of colored pastries and some chilled juices of different varieties. "Don't worry," she said. "I won't stay long. I've got work to do."

"We'll, I've got to say, your timing is pretty good. We just finished playing pokemon volleyball." Charlotte went for an apple juice first and took a sip of it to cool off. She gestured to Alice, offering her some.

"I heard about that dear. I see you brought out one of your favorite unown for the game. Who ended up winning, anyways?"

"We decided to call it a draw." Charlotte said happily.
Sorry for the wait Vampire. I was busier the last few days than usual. Are you ready to handwave the rest of the volleyball game, or shall we continue?

Also, am I allowed to bring in minor NPCs? I feel like it might spice things up until we get more players.
”That’s the way, Raichu!” Charlotte cheered. “Now Riolu, it’s your turn!”

The Pokémon broke into a sprint and dove for the ball. He managed to hit it as he slid across the ground, but the wall went wayward and landed out of bounds.

“Your point. We’ll get you next time,” she added playfully.
1. I wrote the backstory keeping that in mind. But for some reason I thought I remembered it being two weeks? I’ll change the times a little, my apologies. (EDIT: It should be corrected) And sorry for posting it in the wrong area.

2. I don’t think it would be easy for a possessed person to force her out. But since she is in contact with them mentally, perhaps a big mental assault would make her leave. Or alternatively, if she tries to make them hurt someone they really care about, perhaps the resistance would be really high. I think we should put the difficulty for “protected” NPCs in trying to possess them in the first place. Like maybe some people have a natural psychic resistance that is difficult for Sarah to overcome. Or maybe superpowered people are altered in some way that makes it hard for her to possess them. (She would require an extended time period to gain control over them, I think. Like if they were already defeated and in prison.) Maybe some people can’t be possessed at all. I’ll leave that up to you. I’ll just handle who she targets and why. But at any rate, injuring the possessed one is going to force her out eventually. Both because she shares the pain and because the body will become less effective.

3. As to the sword thing. Maybe the drawback for item enhancement in general should be related to how much her powers have protected the thing from abuse? So, if she’s a door or something and it is hit by an attack that wouldn’t have affected it to begin with, she’s fine. But if the attack would have broken the door, it puts a strain on her powers to be able to make it resist. If this happens enough, her powers wane and she can’t maintain the possession. I’m essentially suggesting an exertion limit rather than a time limit. Though in the case of Camille’s sword (which presumably would be under constant duress if we are in need of this technique), then there would be an effective time limit for activity.
My character sheet is up! There might be a few mistakes left in it but I'm pretty sure I caught them all.

@Izurich - On the topic of slicing up steel like Raiden. Maybe we can make it happen if we work together? One of my character's main abilities has to do with enhancing the objects she possesses, making them much stronger. If she possessed your sword and enhanced it, it should be able to cut through other pieces of metal as long as they aren't too large. It would also make it more likely that you could block something really forceful like in the video you shared. We'll keep that in mind and see if it ever comes up.
