@Oraculumin most sci fi, blue weapons are the good guys, green neutral, and red bad. That's true in star trek and star wars.

Which is more or less the cosmetic factor I mentioned. Note that the colour of the lasers does not tendentially alter how effective they are; the distinction is there purely for identification purposes, or to occasionally serve as a plot point - which I understand is how it would work in this role-play.

It's flavor

Exactly. As I gather, what sort of weaponry is employed is essentially a cosmetic factor. The only specification on the matter I see among the guidelines is that energy weapons are more expensive to produce, and presumably more destructive, than, I suppose, kinetic ones. As such, debating the merits of energy, plasma or whatever other weapons would amount to arguing over whether it is better to fire green or blue beams, which does not strike me as a particularly insidious point of contention.
Still clicking in what had now become an absolutely unsustainable tone and swinging the stalk of his mushroom, Old N charged past the collapsed Grog, who was recovering from his unpleasantly loud and rather demented display, and into the prison's hall. Unfortunately for him, his timing was such that, in the interval between Grog and the building, he had caught up with the last bulk of the fireworks' fuliginous exhalations, but had not had the time to outrun it; the result was that both demon and smoke rolled through the door at the same moment, with unfavourable consequences for the former's sight. In fact, he was quite unable to either see or smell anything in his immediate surroundings, which confused his apathetic brain not a little. Uncertain as to what to do next, he stopped in his tracks, though it did not occur to him to cease clicking and swinging his pincers as well. He heard indistinct sounds - blows, grunts, the clattering of the knight's armour, even what was likely a gunshot - from beyond the grey haze about him, but, due to the annoying chittering he was himself producing, and which by now had probably filled the entire room, he was unable to locate their source with much precision.

Having remained in thoughtful deliberation for a few moments, he finally reached the conclusion that, if he moved in the general direction of where the guards were supposed to be, he would be certain to eventually distract at least someone, and perhaps make his way out of the smoke as well. Interrupting his clicking for a second while he took a bite from the mushroom stalk, he eventually resumed his advance, continuing his attention-drawing moves, which, in the proper circumstances and if executed by something which was not a monstrous bipedal crab, could have passed for an acceptable impression of a malfunctioning comic relief robot from some family-friendly science fiction film. However, he had barely moved a few steps when he stumbled over something which, judging by the metallic sound of the impact and the supplicating muttering, was probably Jonathan. Unable to maintain his balance, Old N toppled down, still chittering and waving about the munched stalk, careening slightly sideways as he made a half-hearted attempt to at least not fall directly onto the knight.

Why, is a boundless desert, it seems natural one should seek a safe Way to follow...

Here are the loyalist Golgotha forces. I have attempted to incorporate what @gorgenmast established into their development; do let me know if there is anything you would prefer to be amended.

Here is, finally, my completed faction sheet.

Greetings. This seems interesting indeed - I might be tempted to join, though wheher I effectively shall is yet to be determined.
I believe you mentioned that the setting's primary antagonists, the Golgotha, may be controlled by a player. In such a case, would they be free to determine the faction's species, culture, strategies and other such aspects, with only its history and present condition being pre-set?
@Klomster
My comment was mainly prompted by logistical concerns - given the size of the territory we are acting upon, the chances of a wandering agent spontaneously encountering a wasteland settlement would be comparatively slim (then again, probability could be nudged ever so slightly in the desired direction...). I figured it would be more plausible if the KR 112 were to perhaps be drawn, even "subconsciously", if you will, by some sort of trail or signal originating from someone's machinery, whether accidentally or not. As said, this was merely a thought of mine, quite possibly incorrect.
I suppose my entry was generally somewhat ambiguous due to being poorly worded (I blame haste and fatigue for this) - if no one were to have any more interesting suggestion to make, I would be most open to interacting with the KR 112, or, for that matter, anyone, at any point.
I hope this one is comprehensible enough, even though I presently am in an even less optimal state than when I wrote the previous one.
Excellent, excellent. I shall admit I am somewhat busy for the moment, which condition is indeed causing the delay on my sheet progress, but should return to posting readiness within the week. By the bye, @Sigma, could you add a not-overly-large field somewhere on the border between the Ashlands and the wastes to represent the Disciples' holdings?

As for @Klomster's introduction, I suppose I shall leave it to those better qualified - that is, more concerned with technology in the setting, and perhaps in a more central position - to decide, though I would not be opposed if our factions eventually came into contact. As far as I am concerned, any option is acceptable.
