*Mergoux glowers for a long time, then pulls a bottle of alcohol with a label Lecter can't read from her bag*
*She grabs a pair of glasses, pours and pushes one towards Lecter*
Mergoux: He's... a devil... Name's Tiaz, he was a slaver up North, kept a secret base deep in the mountains where he bought and sold slaves of all purposes, farming, building, general labour.. and pleasure...
*She shudders involuntarily*
Mergoux: That all stopped when I came in with a group of knights from The Order of the Setting Sun. They killed the slavers and rescued the slaves, but apparently that... devil had been practicing forbidden magicks. Necromancy. He raised his dead men back to life, and while we fought them off again, he escaped. I haven't seen him since, but he's sent me messages, always telling me that he's watching...

*Iris hesitates then shakes her head*
Iris: She's is... but she's more. It's a long story, and not mine to tell

*Horus nods and grunt in agreement as he drinks*
Horus: Aye, that's true.
*He finishes his bottle and stands, seemingly unaffected by drinking an entire bottle of bourbon.*
Horus: I'm going to retire for the night. You have yourself a good one John

The Room

*Mergoux's permanent frown increases in intensity*
Mergoux: No, don't blame yourself. Blame whoever sent those men, and the Devil who animated those bodies.

The Room

*Mergoux grabs herself a bit of food and sinks into a chair*
Mergoux: M'fine... Just hurts. It's stiff. I should soak it later.
*She looks slightly suspiciously at Lecter from under her helmet, not used to people caring about her health*

*Silvan's blood is blackening*

The Room

*Iris speaks back in her lowered tone*
Iris: He... took Hanna for questioning, she came back okay but I'm still worried... He seemed nice enough, but I can't shake some feeling that something's up...
*She shakes her head worriedly and looks down at the sleeping Hanna*

*Silvan's up-until-now forgotten body quivers on the ground*

*Horus chuckles again*
Horus: Not technically speaking, but again, worshipped as one.
*He sips his drink for a moment before giving a brief rundown of what Elders are. That being a race older than humanity who often rule from the shadows and who were worshipped as gods by less civilized nations*

*Mergoux limps from her room towards the kitchen, still injured from the leg-stab*

OKay, guys I'm really sorry to have to say this, but I think I need to pull out of here for now. Work's started up and it's made me busy and tired. For now I just can't keep up with this thread, so I'm going to pull back for now.

The Room

*Iris smiles happily down at Hanna, reaches over and grabs a blanket that she draps across the sleeping girl*
*She then probs chats with Jillian or something until Horus returns, occasionally casting slightly worried and curious glances at Lecter, as she doesn't know what he and Hanna talked about. She'd never intrude or pry, but she is curious none-the-less*

The Room

*Iris smiles and shakes hands happily*
Iris: Iris the Rainbow Goddess! Good to meet you. Where are you from? This Gilead place I'm guessing?

*Horus chuckles*
Horus: Me? I'm a god.
*He waits a moment to let that sink in*
Horus: Or rather, I was worshipped as one by ancient humans. I am THE Horus. The Avenger. In reality I am of a species called Elder, my Iris is one too

The Room

*Horus looks around a nods*
Horus: I know... it feels like it could house an army, it's certainly got the supplies to do so.
*He takes a swig from his bottle*

*Iris smiles at Jillian*
Iris: Hello! I don't think we've really gotten introduced beyond names.
*Seems happy, bubbly and friendly*

The Room

*Horus chuckles*
Horus: I like him already. Mind if I join him इन्द्रधनुस्शक्रधनुस्इन्द्रायुधशक्रकार्मुक?
*Iris shakes her head*
Iris: Nope! Have fun दण्डयति! I'm going to stay with Hanna

*Horus nods and hugs his wife before going to the bar and sitting next to John, towering over him. He grabs himself a full bottle of bourbon and nods to John*
Horus: Good selection eh? Was here when we found it

*Iris looks over from where she was seated next to Hanna, watching over her little friend*
Iris: Oh? Who?
*She stands up and walks towards them, wrapping her arms around Horus's waist and looking at John curiously, knowing that if Horus brought him here then he's friendly*
