The Room

*Thoth nods*
Thoth: It will be shortly. I am attempting to locate any allies or friends of Horus's that may call this place 'home'.
*He head turns 180 degrees to look at the Doctor*
Thoth: I would ask you not to draw your weapon Madam. I currently have no desire to harm any individuals residing here

The Room

*Thoth nods gravely to both Lecter and Sasha*
Thoth: I am here to prform his funeral, and found attendance.... lacking. I believe Iris would appreciate a few additional mourners, to show that her lover did not die unknown. I would of course call upon his own personal friends, but alas I know them not, and Iris is in no condition to be asked for the names of those he would know.
*He stands stiff and straight backed, only swiveling his head to look at them both.*

The Room

*Thoth sighs and frowns, thinking thoughtfully*
Thoth: Hm. Very well... I shall return shortly.
*The next time Elewynn blinks Thoth has vanishes before her eyes re-open*
*He appears suddenly in the kitchen causing Xan to very nearly jump out of her skin*
Thoth: Excuse me, would any of you here happen to call Horus, an ally or friend?
*His hands are clasped politely behind his back and he peers shortsighetedly around*

The Room

*Thoth nods simply*
Thoth: I see. Please excuse me.
*He walks stiffly over to Jilial and kneels down next to her. He presses one hand to the side of her head.*
Thoth: Rest.
*Jilial's eyes cross and she passes out. Thoth takes her ruined hands in his own and they glow for a moment. When he takes his hands away Jilial's are fully healed. He walks over to Horus's body and snaps his fingers. The blood is wiped away, the clothing repaired and the body prepped in seconds, as if done by a professional mortician. He turns to Elewynn and bows his head*
Thoth: I would think this man would have made friends, or at least allies here. If you know of any, would you mind gathering them? He should have a more... populated funeral... He is worthy of more...
*For a moment Thoth sounds sad, and very, very old. *

The Room

*Xan snarls and nods*
Xan: She be much Evilbeast. She like... hurting other people... We be her slaves, when we not do something right, she hurt us...
*She pulls up her baggy fur garments to show her belly, which like Mergoux's has several long claw marks etched into it*
Xan: She worse than her brother sometimes... and he badbeast... She deserve to suffer! Not be goodbeast, deserving of quickdeath!

*Thoth sighs and looks mournful*
Thoth: Ah... that is... unfortunate... I shall be there presently.
*He stands up and runs his hands over his pinstripe suit, turning it into a form black suit. He then steps out of sight of the scrying stone's view and a shadow looms over Elewynn from behind. Thoth's voice comes from behind her in a sorrowful tone*
Thoth: How unfortunate... He had much of his life left to him.
*He towers over her, hands clasped behind his back as he peers over at Horus's body*

The Room

*Xan nods, her jaw trembling slightly and her face covered with an expression of fury.*
Xan: Good. Burn her.
*She's trembling with anger as she resists the urge to take out her resentment on her former master's body.*
Xan: She suffer?
*She looks around the kitchen in general for an answer to her question.*

*Jilial takes the stone in ruined hands and shudders in pain as she runs a bloodied finger across it. The blood seems to be absorbed into the stone and the image flickers.*
Jilial: Show me... the Lord of Magicks...
*The stone shimmers and an image fades into existence on the polished surface. The image is of a extremely tall, extremely thin man who seems to be wearing a mask of some kind. He's sitting in an armchair with a cola in one hand and a tome propped open on his lap. The book must weigh almost as much as Elewynn does with it's sheer size, and the cola can compared to the being's hand is tiny*
Jilial: Thoth?...
*The being looks up, and the mask's eyes blink. It's not a mask after all, the man has the head of a Ibis*
Thoth: ...Do I know you?
*He peers short sightedly at her for several seconds*
Jilial: I am Jilial the Thunder Serpent, formerly known as Iris the Rainbow Goddess, formerly known as Aphrodite the Goddess of Love.
*Thoth nods*
Thoth: Ahhhhh, I see. The change then? Very well, why have you called me? You know as well as I that the change cannot be reversed.
*Jilial shakes her head*
Jilial: No... Horus... I need you... to... to...
*She breaks down in tears as Thoth stares blankly at her*
Thoth: Yes? What is it? What has the boy done now?
*Jilial shakes her head and passes the stone to Elewynn. Thoth stares blankly at her, one foot tapping impatiently*
Thoth: You, Elf, what is going on? Please explain at once.

The Room

*Mergoux has gotten careless and allows herself to pass out in a booth. She's drunk an amount of booze that would have killed an ordinary human, but between her Norsic and Elven ancestry she's far more resistant to alcohol. She slumps over onto the seat of the booth, splayed out and completely smashed.*

*Xan watches the forest through the windows for a bit before standing up and walking to the kitchen. She nods to Jillian and Lecter then gasps as she sees Taboo's corpse.*
Xan: Taboo! Why she be here!?
*She notices the pool of blood*
Xan: She be dead...?
*She prods Taboo's foot with her own and when she gets no response she looks visibly relieved.*

The Room

*Xan goes to the sofa and curls up to sleep.*

*Mergoux is getting plastered at the bar*

*Jilial is waiting for Elewynn to come back*

The Room

*Xan looks alarmed at Zeta*
Xan: Zeta wait!
*She runs after her a few steps then hugs her from behind*
Xan: Be careful...
*She lets go after a few seconds and watches her friend walk away. After she's out of sight she turns to the doctor and nods, holding out her arm.*
Xan: Burn...
*She allows the doctor to treat her, as she doesn't have her usual supplies to treat it herself.*
