When Avary opened the door his mouth fell open in surprise, it was his room, HIS ROOM! The one in the abandoned building in Chicago.
Avary looked around, and every detail was there, even his picture of Ren. He looked out the window, and he realized he could see what was happening outside HIS window in Chicago.
Avary looked up at the ceiling and yelled, "Thank you what ever lady the bartender was talking about!"

Avary went along with everyone else participating outside for the rules. He noticed his tunic/shirt was coming undone, showing his chest, and, never mind, he pulled it up and continued outside.
