"I can get her there faster than your guards could." Avary said to Vlad picking up Aly. He ran off to the med bay and laid her down in one of the beds. He grabbed a pencil and paper and wrote her a note and left it on her bedside table.

You fought good against Eryx, I could give you a few pointers about anticipating his style of fighting, I hope you are alright. And just because I act like some goofy kid doesn't mean I'm that way always. I have my own reasons for acting this way, it hides my pain.

No one deserves something like that, I could get into all the, "Oh my god, I'm so sorry, you poor human being," crap, but I don't do that. The thing I will never understand is why human beings do things like this to one another.

Just tell those people with the couch thing, "This is America, I have the rights to lay however I so choose to on a couch." Add swearing wherever you think necessary.
And if your family doesn't listen, make them listen, yell, make sure your voice is heard.
And then, you can always follow my philosophy when parents are bitches, "If you're nice to me I'll be nice to you, if you're a bitch to me I'll be a bitch to you." It's unspoken but effective. The main principal is this, if they are bitches, hide their stuff or destroy it. Go onto their computer(s) and delete some files, whatever you deem best, just make sure you aren't caught.
And finally, let them know you're an equal, not a minor, age is just a number, and experience isn't everything.

Avary stumbled from Eryx's attack, he had moved his hand enough so it wouldn't break his hand, only cause a bruise.
He then went next to where Aly had fallen, and felt for a pulse.

Been there, it was my last day of school today, worst part of that? Dropping my freaking notecards in the street, then having them run over, albeit I didn't need them anymore, but still.
