Sabine got the sense Danni was less than thrilled with her choice, but she wasn't thinking of friendship. Zelda needed to connect with Danni and Dorian and she needed to connect with Percy if there was going to be any hope of them coming together as a team. She didn't hold out hope, but at least she could get some blood running with competition.

She glanced at Percy and nodded. Despite how annoying he was, she could tell he was skilled. "Don't slow us down now." She eyed the obstacle course. Nemo put it out there, for sure. Still, she was sure it was nothing she couldn't handle.

Once they were good, Percy used his power to teleport them. Safely through the first obstacle, Sabine was going to proceed onward until she felt her stomach turn. She coughed, doing her damndest to not puke. "Ugh, really? Next time, warn me! Merde..."

She took some deep breaths and stood back up. The next obstacle could easily be done by Percy again, so perhaps she could use her power to stop the competition. "Can you get us through the next bit? I'm going to see if I can slow them down."

Sabine is going to attempt to enter Dorian's mind and manipulate his memory to make him disoriented, in an attempt to have them all fall since Dorian is in the middle.

Brooklyn is a native New Yorker. She is Caucasian with light blonde hair and light gray eyes. Her casual attire consists of Rockabilly fashions, usually denim jeans or skirts, leather jackets, and 50's fashion trends, though Brooklyn will occasionally dress in the current styles. Her makeup is typically red lips, black eyeliner and mascara, and some color eye shadow. Her tone is consistent with New Yokers (hey I'm walkin' here!").

Brooklyn was raised primarily by her grandmother, who often was called to watch the kids while her mom worked two jobs and her dad stayed out late getting drunk. Cancer took her mother from her, leaving her and her siblings with an alcoholic dad who used his fists one too many times. When Brooklyn's metahuman ability showed up, Brooklyn used it to protect her siblings, knocking her dad out. Eventually, child services were called and took all of the children away, separating them. Brooklyn, having been the oldest, was able to stay with her grandparents.

Her grandfather was a mechanic and taught her the ins and outs of fixing up cars and bikes. Though he never said it, Brooklyn knew her grandparents were fearful of her and her powers, but her grandfather was a staunch protector of her and ensured she always felt safe.

Despite this and her grades in school being all A's, Brooklyn got in trouble more often than not, usually due to tagging, vandalism, petty theft, or staying out past curfew. Unbeknownst to most, Brooklyn also used her powers to protect others and often got the short end of the stick despite helping the community. This solidified her distaste for local authorities like the police.

Once she turned 18, Brooklyn set off on her own, working out of a rundown mechanic shop, fixing up cars and bikes (and even customizing her own). Until the law caught up to her.

Brooklyn looks out for her own. Despite her rough exterior, she values respect and loyalty and, when earned, she follows through with her protective instincts. Brooklyn realizes there's a lot of evil in the world and often it is disguised as those that say they want to help, but usually don't. Brooklyn stands up to authority and isn't afraid to speak her mind, even if it gets her in trouble. She doesn't back down from challenges and prefers fists over words, though she can cut someone with wit if the need arises.

Prudence pressed forward in the land of the unknown as her two companions, if she deemed to call them such, consorted amongst themselves. She kept an ear open to listen, unsure as to their conversation and its details. It seems the two of them know each other, which put her at a great disadvantage. She especially didn't trust the man, if for no other reason than the fact he was cursed with his gender.

Once at the cemetery, Prudence glanced around her, noticing the graves adorned with cherubs. The graves of children. She knew all too well what death does to someone, but to lose a child? She pressed inward despite feeling the cold temperature. It was unlike anything she felt before. Almost as if the cold itself was a presence and no amount of heat would satisfy it.

A building stretched out in front of her, almost beckoning. She was unafraid, though she was tentative in her steps. After all, two strangers materialized in this world along with her and she could not contact her Lord.

She rolled her eyes as the man highlighted everything he saw before them, though she was quick to bite her tongue as she noted the woman was blind. "Pray tell, do you plan to narrate everything you see before you? Tis quite irritating, even if it is in service of your betters. The mausoleum, as you pointed out, is the only structure. You may stay here and freeze, but I do not attempt to stay here." With that, she made her way toward the torched entrance.

Sabine waved off Nemo's threat of detention. Like that would deter her from twisting the annoying freshman like a salted pretzel if he tried to hurt anyone she cared about again. Whatever the case was, Danni was happy again. Once the exercise was done Nemo had named her the winner and put her in a rather interesting position of deciding what the teams were. The obvious choice was to put her with Danni and Dorian and let the two unknowns try to figure it out, but that was too easy.

Sabine grinned wickedly.

She had noted that Danni and Dorian seemed to give unwanted opinions to Zelda's attempt at Nemo's task. Granted, she agreed with their advice, but there was a time and place. It would also be funny if she put Percy with Danni since Danni had nearly set him on fire. There was also some...tension between Percy and Dorian which would be a laugh. Zelda was the only unknown entity here. According to her, she would rather fade into the background and make costumes. Barf.

Sabine looked at each one of them and made her decision. "The teams will be me and Percy versus Danni, Dorian, and Zelda."

She looked at Danni and gave him a look that read 'trust me on this'. It was part team-building (if they had any hope of winning this thing they needed to be able to work together) and part knowing this would be hilarious. In her eyes, she had already wow'ed Nemo. The rest was just icing.

Post-P.R.C.U. Pitch Platter

I just want to write with y'all. That's been my main thing since this whole thing started. I like the idea of Ju-V and, hell, I have been wracking my brain and I kind of like the idea of Calli being in it (though I would tweak some things and I recognize anything she did in PRCU is null in this new setting).

My only snag for PRCU was that I was under all impressions it was ending and I made peace with that. Should it not be ending now that we have Roman adding his own awesome-ness to it, then I am just tingly all over that I get to be a part of two great stories.

But ONLY concern (and please feel free to assure me it's invalid) is that with some people opting out of PRCU and going into this new game (and vice versa) that there will be some type of 'my rp is better than your rp' feud. I truly don't see it happening, but I can't help but have it in the back of my mind.

With that being said, you dorks are stuck with me, so you better enjoy it!

It seemed their team was getting their heckles up, which led Perry to believe this was a normal thing. Before she could be the obvious voice of reason, the steps were filled in by bodies, those of which did not take kindly to them, shooting water and electricity at them. The water nearly hit her before Flynn stepped in front of her, shielding her with his hot body (literally!). "Thanks!"

Now it was her turn, she sent both of her spirit boys after the water lady that nearly hit her. Barry shot his taser at her, missing and swearing under his breath. Detective Ed tried to freeze her, but only chilled her so. Perry cursed. "Gotta do everything myself."

Perry had been wanting to punch someone in the face since that douchebag introduced himself and now was a perfect opportunity. She ran up and unleashed hell.

Or she would have had she not overstepped and grazed the water user. Still, better than nothing. "What they said, we don't want to be here nearly as much, if not more, than you all want us here! So how about letting us off this rock?"

I still want to do Ju-V, but if people aren't feeling it with PRCU still being a thing, I would understand, but I think that would be great. People could make new characters if that feels better? I know I was toying with having Calli be in it or not.

Again, I just would not want to do Zelda. Please do not make me do Zelda...

So I am torn. As others have said, I was under the impression this RP would stop and our energies would be put into getting a new one going. From the sounds, the new RP is still going to be a thing and I was looking forward to it. If I opt for that, can I continue with PRCU?

I am also not the type of RPer who can sit comfortably for days or weeks when nothing is being done. I am not saying I expect Wraith or whoever to give this RP or any RP full-time commitment. I don't want that. If we, as players, are expected to push things forward, that's fine. But with some staying and some going...what are we going to do? Are they going to be NPCs? Written out? I am NOT going through another application run.

As of right now, I am tentatively staying put in PRCU. I said if most wanted to continue I would be happy to. I like everyone and the story we told, but if we are going to continue poking a dead carcass hoping it will move, then I can't say I'll stick around long. If we ARE committed to keeping this going, I am ready to help.
