It'll always be confusing to me when some people regard two or three sentences in an IC post as putting in effort with the writing, yet they consider themselves at a casual/advanced level.

I am very interested! I'm guessing that this is inspired by "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen"? If that's the case, how fantastical can our character's be - in the same realm of Dorian Gray, Mina Harker, and Dr. Jekyll? I mean I won't take those specific characters, but a vampire could be interesting. Ooh, or an invisible woman.

What do you expect from a bunch of clods? Still, the stories of this world are very entertaining - I've been told to avoid something called "What-Pad", for some reason. Something about writing that'll make my eyes want to bleed? Which is stupid, because gems don't even have bio-fluids... unless we make some like that weirdo Amethyst.

Hi there! I'm new to the site and online roleplaying - all I've ever done is typing out stories with my friends with really terrible mary-sue self-inserts. Not that I'm bringing all that here, hah. That is staying locked up nice and tight in an underwater safe alongside incriminating photos.
Back on topic: As you can no doubt tell, I'm a big fan of Steven Universe. I haven't watched all the episodes in their entirety yet but I watch enough clips on YouTube to know any and all spoilers. On that note, I'd love to do an SU or SU-themed roleplay. Perhaps not as Peridot, not sure I could capture her particular brand of quirkiness. But OC's would be fun. Just... not Mary-Sue ones, hah.
My other interests are in Sci-Fi and fantasy - I enjoy Star Trek and Star Wars, but haven't watched all of the films in either franchise. I do love the Universe though, and (hopefully) know about them both to take part in a roleplay about them. I also love Marvel, DC, and Mass Effect. Again, not claiming to be an expert in any of those, but I enjoy them so who cares! But, I'm not exclusive to sci-fi. I like lot's of things; fantasy, action, horror. And those regular ones where you basically write a soap opera or high school setting. (Not sure what they're classed as?)
Um... not sure how the whole levelling system works here yet, but I'll peruse around the different roleplays, hopefully I'll find one that'll take me. The coding is real fun to get a hang of; I can't tell you how long it took me to fix my avatar picture.
