Just want to do another check on progress. I've started writing my responses for @c3p-0h and @DepressedSoviet. I just worry that it's going to take too long and you two are going to disappear. :'(
@Hekazu Added the Perception Check. ^^
I'd like to add a perception check to my post to see what Ramando can hear at the distance he is suggested to be. I'll add it when I get home. I just wanted to let you know @Hekazu before you write your next post. ^^
@Imperfectionist I've filled out the rest of it for you. If you don't want to use those numbers, that's fine. I don't know if you've already finished it, anyway. xP
Yeah, I get where you were going with that. Maybe a disclaimer saying that that travel distance is for constant movement (without breaks). But we can always adjust the descriptions should it come to that. The general idea is there which is enough. ^^

I don't see anything wrong with those levels, but we can always go back to it. :)
@Imperfectionist Wow, you've put in a lot of work for this. I really appreciate all that you've done so far.
I wouldn't mind following your formula and completing the routes for you, if you don't find a problem with that.

There's just one item I was thinking needed clearer description. The Travel Times (specifically the "a day" descriptions) are a little vague. Does "a day" mean 12 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours?
Perhaps listing it as "4kph or 30km in 8 hours" would be more definite in something as "specific" as this. Still, the math doesn't quite work out.
If we just do the hard math from the "day's travel" with the speed already determined, we'd have this:
30km in 7.5 hours.
100km in 6.67 hours.
130km in 6.5 hours.
Flight would be undetermined by "days" (though it wouldn't need to be determined by "days" unless you're traveling out of the region).

So if we want to go for 8 hours, it would be the following:
32km in 8 hours.
120km in 8 hours.
160km in 8 hours.
800-1600km in 8 hours.

The math would obviously differ if you wanted to define "a day" as something longer or shorter, however. I just noticed how "inconsistent" it was (though not dramatically).

I don't know what other factors you put into those numbers. So if I'm totally off, then ignore everything. xP

Regardless, if you'd like to take a break from it (and focus on your post), I'd be totally willing to finish it up for you. I love doing stuff like this anyway. xP
But, yeah, this looks amazing. Probably a niche thing to love something like this, but I'm a freak about numbers >.>
@DepressedSoviet Sorry, I never even checked. Dx
Yes it looks great! I hope it wasn't too much trouble. :/
Ramando was about to leave the room when a soldier rushed by him, almost knocking into him without consideration. He would have let it go if the soldier didn't jolt his attention away from finding the other monks and finding a place to rest for a short while. He spoke with no consideration for the injured and dying. His voice covered the cadences of the stone walls. His words were informal yet unfamiliar. It seemed he was sent here to shout the names the few strangers and then leave.
He'd tried to ignore it, wanting to rest despite his conscience demanding his attention to Brother Waladra. However, a thought, a conspiracy leapt forward in his mind. What if this has anything to do with Leosin or had the possibility of discovering where he disappeared to. Perhaps he was taken by the Kobolds or went to investigate some kind of lead.
The large man tried to play off his curiosity by descending the staircase casually. Still, he made his way to where he believed the others were being gathered. He'd try to keep his distance and his presence unknown, but he was hoping to learn something, anything, about Master Leosin.
I know I lied before, but the past few days have been terrible and I needed today to recuperate. I'll be writing a little something for this tomorrow, though.

I just want to say I appreciate the diversity of this group and I love reading everyone's posts. I just wanted to make it known 'cause I need more positivity in my life right now. I appreciate everyone here and I'm glad I have this to escape as well as work on creativity, etc. ^^
