Alright, the time has come (albeit a... bit late).
I thoroughly enjoyed reading all of your character sheets, and I certainly do appreciate the time and effort you all put into making them. Seriously. There's a very diverse set of powers, personalities and backstories - all of which I really do like (which was part of the reason that it took so long to finish deciding - we had a 3 hour discussion about it).
I do want to stress that the other judges and myself have put a significant amount of thought into this, and our decision came from several different factors. If you're curious of said factors, shoot me a PM and I'll gladly explain.
Those of you that were accepted: feel free to put your character sheets into the character tab. If any of you want to make any edits to your completed characters sheets, please just PM me about it before you make them. If any of you are curious as to what's to come for the first arc, feel free to ask.

Well, we've reached 7:00PM (more like 7:10, but that's not the point), however I'm not actually at home yet so I can't really review everyone's sheets right now.
In other words, I'm "extending" the deadline to 8:00PM GMT. Basically an hour. Hopefully that will give some of the people with difficulties a chance to finish their sheets.
After that, give me an hour to review all the sheets and I'll have made my decision by 10:00PM GMT.

@BubblegumQueen @Ryuji Sakamoto Both of these characters are really cool. I like the Taskmaster-esque power Ruby has, and the tech-based power D-Code has. Both powers can be pretty versatile, while having appropriate weaknesses.
@The Whacko Yep. It's viable, although I won't actually be selecting any characters until the deadline is met.

@The Whacko Artstation tends to be a good place for various kinds of artwork.
Zerochan, Safebooru and Pixiv (if you can read the moonrunes) tend to be good for more weeb anime/manga-oriented artwork.
I personally don't use them often myself, but DeviantArt and Tumblr are likely good spots to find images of superhero OCs, too. I don't really "get" the interface for Tumblr though.
@Er0r I recently updated the OOC with some examples of the art style I'm looking for for this RP. @Dblade26's character is also an example of fitting character art.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, Pinterest might be a good place to search, too.

@The Whacko Hm. That could prove to be a bit problematic, since I'd like to get a relatively consistent art style among the characters of the RP. I'll update the OOC/Character Creation Rules to reflect that, since I feel as though I've inadvertently mislead you by being unclear. Apologies.
@Er0r Mimicry as a power is fine, but probably limit the strength of copied powers/abilities to being weaker than the original.
Energy Manipulation doesn't rule giving your character things such as magic, pyrokinesis, etc. It just means that you need to be specific about what type of energy your character is wielding, be it solar energy manipulation, plasma manipulation, magical energy, magnetism, ki energy, etc. "Energy Manipulation" is too vague, basically.
In regards to the character image choice, it's a similar situation to @The Whacko, in the sense that the appearance doesn't match up to target art style.
Also, while I don't mind people borrowing concepts/ideas from the DC Universe (The various dimensions come to mind, for example), straight-up importing characters 1:1 isn't quite what we're going for either. In other words, Trigon isn't actually present in the universe this roleplay takes place in.
