Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

Am I correct in assuming that healing magic can heal the soul injury that Aurora has?
Okayyyyyyyy...

Big bat thing appears, everyone's hurt, Lucius feels betrayed, Octavia's trying to save everyone... Is that everything that happened in the past page?
Ulrich Halechstin

Ulrich's heart sank when he realized that he was in the presence of many nobles. From the way the others spoke and acted, he could guess as much. In all honesty, the mercenary didn't know if he should kneel down and show them respect or do nothing but greet them back since statuses don't seem to matter right now considering that they were all trapped inside this dark room with seemingly no way out. Or at least, nothing that he couldn't currently see. He hasn't been looking around and just stood there while everyone else introduced themselves. Well from the way everyone spoke too, he knew who he could possibly stick by, at least for now.

His eyes traveled to the ground, a familiar object coming into sight. It was his knapsack. Thank God, he could practically hug the thing right now. He picked it up and began to rummage through it. His books were there and so was his inkwell and feather pen. But there were no signs of his original weaponry, replaced only by a thunder tome. Oh man, he really didn't like that. He didn't even see any of his staffs anywhere near him. Maybe it was somewhere? Some other things that he could use? From what he could see right now, there were a lot of warriors among them and only a few mages. Not that he minded.

"As for where we are and how we got here..." The boy said as he looked at the lords and other people. He could see that they were still suspicious of each other, not that Ulrich could blame them. I mean, being bunched up in a group like this so suddenly and they had no idea how they got here, of course you'd suspect the other that they were responsible. "My guess is as good as yours." He continued after a very short moment of silence. He then secured his knapsack upon his bag.

The gray haired male then proceeded to walk around, to check the walls or the floor for any kind of opening so they could escape. Of course, he expected that it wouldn't be too easy to see if there was any path. After all, it seemed like some sort of dungeon. When he didn't find anything, he would just merely look back to the others who were possibly infinitely better than him in wits. After all, a mercenary is just someone who follows orders right? And they were older than him and possibly more experienced.

"Ow. That actually hit a part of me." Alex muttered as Eliza countered what he said. "Never said anything about them helping you. I said I would help you train in baseball. One doesn't need to look good to do sports." The batter pointed out. What he said was true. If you had the physical body for it, then you're in. He then opened the door to the cafeteria by the time Eliza touched his shoulder to get his attention.

"Ah. Sure." He said before turning around and then giving her a bar of chocolate. "No problem really." He didn't mind sharing it. Yes, he liked chocolate but that didn't mean he had to be selfish. Once he gave her the chocolate, he would head straight inside the cafeteria before leading her to the storage. "You can have whatever you want but I'll have to stop you if it's too much. Can't have our supplies go down because of one person now can we?"

"Nah, just some popular baseball idiots who can't stop blabbering." Alex replied. He didn't really like the others talking like that but he never cared enough to actually fight them. He never spoke to the subject itself so he never felt like defending or insulting her, after all, who was he to judge her, good or bad, when he hasn't even seen her? He then noticed that she was growing increasingly uncomfortable and embarrassed about the subject, something Alex didn't quite understand.

Her quick changing of subject was gladly taken by Alex. "You should've come to me and I would've helped 'ya. Klaus and Rev are the most famous though. I was just that underdog you know?" He said, seemingly underestimating himself, before nodding and then gesturing for her to come along. "Food and water's in the cafeteria as always. Electricity's still good so we store most of them in there." He continued. He then took out something from his pocket, the chocolate bar he managed to scavenge in the gas station. He then opened and took a bite off of it.

When Eliza started to explain who she was, Alex started to comb through his memories again. Okay, who did he know that was a loner back then? There were a lot of people who he knew that was like that. Someone who dressed weirdly? Well, he never noticed any of them. If you came from a neighborhood that had a lot of odd people, you would learn how that is normal. But when she said her name, well, that was when it dawned upon him. They never talked but he always heard of her from his friends before. But he never paid attention to it. "Oh! You're that girl they keep on talking about. Nice to meet 'ya Eliza."

He then chuckled. "Well, don't you recognize me? Come on, baseball player? Close to being ace? Homerun hitter? Nothing?" He didn't really mind if she didn't recognize him. Sure he was famous but he was completely overshadowed by their ace pitcher and ace batter. "Alexander. You can call me Alex though." He said with a smile before extending his right hand for a shake.

Ah but wait, I already put in a character to help Aurora so you're clear I hope.

Hale was wondering what all the commotion was about. She lived near the border and no one was capable of going to her to deliver information. After all, the elf didn't really like anyone going to her house without advance notice. As a traitor of both sides, apparently, she had to be on full alert all the time. She had decided to go to Minora when she saw a bunch of Dark Legionaries. Wait, what were they doing here. Hale covered up her ears with her hood and then began to talk with them. Apparently, they did a number on the castle grounds but they were asked to stand by. She thanked them for answering her question and fled into the forest.

She began to climb up one of the trees and use that as a means to travel. One hand was firmly on her bow while her staff was strapped behind her back. She jumped from one branch to another, sometimes swinging on the vines like some sort of jungle boy. She actually fought the childish urge to do a certain jungle man's trademark howl whenever swinging. Although he did hear voices followed by what seems to be bashing. She settled on one of the branches, near Caezel and Aurora.

The two seemed to be fighting and the Child of Fae seemed to be more injured. It was like a royal rumble between the two. Honestly, Hale wanted to intervene now and heal both sides but that won't do anything. She took out her staff and then aimed a lightning bolt, just enough to temporary paralyze the vampire, at Caezel. True, she didn't take any sides in the war but it seems the fairie was struggling against the vampire, even if she did manage to score a hit against the vampire. Hopefully, the attack would connect to avoid further harm that would happen. Hopefully.

He had his orders to stay in border town and yet here he was, hurrying over to the forest. The prince was taking too long in there. Uriel was more than sure that he was in trouble somehow. He wasn't sure what was happening but he didn't need an entire legion for this. He didn't even take his two most trusted legionaries. He blindly went into the forest and trusted his gut in it. Oh if only he had wings... he stopped thinking about it once the fear of flying came back to him. Soon he heard fighting and fighting meant that someone was there.

He reached the edge of the clearing and saw it all clearly. A wraith was there, and an unknown witch that seemed familiar, the human mage from before, a mutt, and the prince was there. And the Children of Darkness seemed more exhausted than the lone Child of Light. Now, that was odd. But there was no time to think about that. From what he could see, Asher was hurt and he seemed about ready to pass out. Wait, where was the angel? Ah, forget about that.

He did the first thing that came to mind. He extended his hand towards Lucius. Dark tendrils started to wrap around his hands and he prepared to shoot it out when suddenly, the witch attacked Lucius and then began to threaten him. Quite brave for a witch. Then suddenly, the princess came and practically begged Lucius to spare Asher's life. This act greatly confused the general but then she gave off a reason. Hm... to think the Prince would do something like that. Well then, that was a surprise.

But to further help the witch, spears formed from the darkness and shot forward, stopping mere centimetres away from the human mage. If he didn't follow Naya's orders, he might get impaled. After all, one wrong move and his flesh would meet the dark spears positioned in front of him.
@RiverMaiden

I'll have Hale step up then. She's the traitor I once told you about but she would help anyone who is injured, in this case, Aurora.
