Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

Demitrius smirked as he saw the blonde musician and Tes embrace. So they knew each other huh? What were the odds? He didn't know her personally but he did love listening to her music. To think that she also dabbled in rituals (as that's the only explanation he could think of for them knowing each other), if it's music then she probably liked Apollo? That was a wild guess at this point. Well, he'll understand soon enough.

"Oh, you haven't taken your luggage yet? Well, let's go get them and load them up on the truck." He said, before gesturing towards the many cars parked outside.
Mhm, okay. I'll probably have a post up later after I take out the laptop.
Shall I post now and skip Unknowable?

Interacting with: No one

Jonathan let out a sigh as he neared what he assumed to be the entrance to the school. From the amount of people there, he could only assume that much. Pearl and Lapis brushed against his legs and he stopped. He knelt down and brushed his hand against their heads to comfort them. At least the school allowed him to keep the two Ragdoll cats. They may not have been dogs but they were still pretty much trained to help him.

He stood up once more at the sound of someone talking to himself. Something about him being "Frank fricking Sage" and that he can do it. He wondered what he was up to. He searched for the person who was muttering to himself and landed on a rather nervous aura. He made a mental note of him. Frank Sage. At least he knows one name. Now time to figure out the others. And to memorize their voices. He had his work cut out for him after all. It reminded him of the first time he went to school. It was exactly like this. So much unfamiliarity.

He began to tap his cane against the ground again as he trudged on forward, careful to avoid the people around him. There was another person who had a different aura from the others - different from human. Huh, interesting. Then there was another one who seemed more distressed than the others. He walked forward rather aimlessly, aiming to find someone who knows the school layout well so he would be able to head towards his rooms. The school hasn't given him a map (that he could actually read) yet so he was going in blind.

Literally.

Yeah, moving forward sounds good.
Brandon's eyes lit up when she had agreed and then laughed at her little dramatic display. "Well, good thing Shawn found you huh?" He said with a grin, the red tint on his face now disappearing as his focus was solely on her. Hey, this just might be a good time to make an acquaintance. This was a good thing for Brandon. He decided to see this to the end.

"Brandon Deschnik. Nice to meet you." He said before wrapping his gloved hand around hers and then shaking it. After a good shake, he broke the contact and then started walking, gesturing for her to follow. Shawn had also stood up and began following his master. Much unlike Jill, his social skills were no greater than mediocre. He hasn't exactly gotten a lot of practice in that particular field as he normally exchanges talking with reading. It led to him being a lot more awkward than he should be.

"Huh? Oh this?" He looked at his bag and then back at her. "I'm stocking up. Some food, some supplies, the usual." He replied with a shrug. Brandon does admit that it looked like he was packing up for some sort of voyage considering it looked like it was going to blow at any second. "Nah, I live at a clearing in the forest just an hour away from here." He said, gesturing to the direction of the exit of the town.

"Well I used to travel but I have some business now." He continued as he rubbed the back of his head. He did promise he would protect the farm so unless someone else takes up the offer of living there, he's stuck. "How about you Jill?"

Robert was really starting to regret his decision. Between waiting in a horribly long line to walking into stores with Emily trying everything but buying nothing, you can understand why. He tried to cheer himself up by thinking that at least she was having fun. She had her mind out of that weird trance she was last night. It was just so out of character. For him, it was odd and he didn't like it. At all. It really made him think how much of her he actually knows... or, how little.

"So? Do I look good in this dress?" His attention snapped back to her as she was wearing a form fitting red dress.

"No."

"Really? I thought I looked great in this one." Emily pouted before heading back into the dressing room. She then slid the curtain open and then showed him two more dresses - a white one and a red with black hues. "Which one do you think I should pick?" She asked, raising it more as if shove it in his face.

Robert placed his hand on his chin in thought. "I'd say go for the white one."

"You think so?" Emily asked with uncertainty in her voice. She looked at the dress then back at him. "Wait a minute, didn't you rank very low on our fashion exam before?"

"Yes."

"So why are you giving me fashion advice?"

"Why are you asking me?"

Emily nodded. "Good point. I'll try on a few more dresses." She said before disappearing into the changing room once more.

Robert eyed the person sitting on the chair. He had finally vacated it and the red haired male quickly claimed it for himself. Now, it is another game of waiting. He crossed his arms and then leaned back on the wall. He should have brought a game console or something. Surfing the net doesn't seem so appealing right now, to be honest.

"Mommy, mommy, look! It's that man that saved me!" A young girl pulled her mother towards him. Robert looked up. What the hell? That was one of the young girls he rescued when the Rat King attacked. But he had a mask on at that time, there was no way she could have known it was him. But she looked so intent and she even faced him.

"I... uh, think you have the wrong guy." Robert quickly said before looking up to the mother.

"See, Yue? You told me that the man who rescued you had a mask." The mother said before turning to Robert. "I'm so sorry for bothering you."

"No! That is him!" Yue insisted. "I know it's him! I know it!"

"Yue..." The mother took her hand but Robert motioned her to stop. "What is it?"

"I'll talk to her." Robert said before looking at Yue straight in the eyes. "Who am I?"

"You're Robert Dalhinsky, First Emergency Responder and Epic." Yue replied with the utmost confidence. She also had a wide grin on her face. At that moment, Robert understood. This girl was an Epic herself.

He looked at the mother. "She's right. I am the one who saved her while I was in disguise as an unknown Epic Hero. Your daughter is gifted with powers as well, it would seem. Did you know about this?"

The mother sighed. "Yes, but I'm trying to keep her from using it. It's a very dangerous power. I... think she can look at people's memories. That's how she knows who you are behind the mask."

"It's a useful skill, if she knows the limitations of it." Robert pointed out before smiling at Yue. "Hey Yue, am I a hero?"

Yue nodded enthusiastically. "To me, you really are!"

Well, that's a first. Robert patted her head. "Then promise me that you won't look at people's memories if they haven't given you permission. It's very rude and they will hate you."

Yue's smile turned to a frown. "You don't hate me right?"

"No. Of course not. But don't tell anyone else okay?"

Yue nodded. With that, the two said goodbye. Robert sighed and then leaned back. To think that his secret just extended to two people who he didn't even know. Then again, a lot of people who can read minds probably know who he really is. But that kid was really young to have gotten such a power. Wonder if the High Clairvoyant is helping her hone that power. He doesn't hold it against her but how far did that girl see? Way back to his childhood? That's a real breach of privacy. But it isn't like he had any secrets to keep so he guessed it wasn't much of a problem.

"I'm done!" Emily exclaimed as she walked to him with a bag. "Onto the next shop!" Robert stood up and took the bag and followed her. Well, at least he got to pass the time with them.
Nazir nodded at Hueco and then shot the Spacefillers that were too close to the drones. Once that was out of reach, he turned his attention back to the other viruses. They managed to smack him twice but it didn't really hurt and he swiftly dealt with. Oh my, oh my, there was quite a number of them now. Destroying them one by one isn't very effective. It would be a slower rate of fire if he switched though but it would be more effective. If he fired any faster with these guns, it would overheat...

Unless...

He cleared his area, enough time to get himself down. Tubes appeared and then began sucking the broken cement that was everywhere at the time. It finally filled and the tubes retracted. He grinned before firing two relatively big rocks, at least bigger than his bullets, and it barreled towards the viruses. The ones that didn't disappear was pushed back, giving them more time. Then he heard VAC giving out orders. At least the ones from the North was slowed down momentarily. "Roger that." He muttered.

Nazir started walking towards the East, shooting the last two rock bullets that he had which had the same effect as what happened in the North. He spun his pistols and then began to aim and shoot again. He would occasionally look back at Boreas but he would retreat from the front lines first before checking back. At least the ones to the East were slow thanks to VAC so it made his job easier.

Demitrius returned the grin as he was enveloped in her hug. He wasn't uncomfortable, far from it. There was a red tint on his cheeks but that was probably because he was being complimented, something that wasn't exactly the norm for him. "Thanks." He said anyway before she broke her hug and then put her glasses back on. Okay, a lot of people probably know her so it's best to probably retreat for now. There was another guy with her, her companion.

"Nice to meet you Simon." He said. "Mage Wars? I've heard of it but I've never played it myself. I'll play it when I have more time." It was a shame he wasn't able to play it since he did claim that he was researching rituals for the game. It also meant that he knew a lot of rituals which would be really beneficial. "Achilles? Yeah, I know him. The Ambrosia family is a friend of ours. They're witches too? Never saw them practicing as openly as us so I wouldn't really know." He admitted. He didn't know that there were other witches so close to him. He'd have to pry it out of them to find out for sure!

He perked up at the sound of music and then nodded. "Yeah! I know that sound!" He excitedly said before gesturing them to follow. He hurriedly exited the airport and saw the familiar blonde there. "It is her! The blonde musician!" He knew did get her name but he always loved listening to her performances. It's why is almost always late to come back to the farm from chores. "You're looking for her?" He asked as he turned to Tes and Simon.
"Roger that dad." Demitrius said with a nod after hearing quite a lesson from his dad. His dad then continued on to tell him that if those two from another land needed someplace to stay that they wold be more than welcome to stay at the farm. He really did highly doubt that Tes, an actress, and her companion would not have a hotel for their stay.

He looked at his watch for the nth time since he had arrived at the airport. This was the first time he would actually talk to her in person. It felt odd, really, to finally meet someone you've only talked to in mail. Ah, but whatever, it should be quite an experience.

They were easy to spot among the sea of people emerging from the airport. He already had his sign which had her name on it. Once they came up to him, he bowed his head. "Hello there. My name is Demitrius, or Alexander, whatever you prefer. A pleasure to meet you all in person." It was all the respect he could muster and more. Better to leave a good impression.
