Bio

I am a man in my mid twenties who has been role playing since I was 10. I just recently moved to a new town to attend university, and I'm attempting to open up to new people, both in-person and online. I'm part of the official guild discord, so feel free to add me if you want. I love reading and writing, science fiction, and fantasy. In my off time if I feel like using my brain I enjoy reading classical literature. I recently finished Anna Karenina and have started Tale of Two Cities. I have also been slowly studying and learning French. Don't mind the low post count I normally do my RPing through private messaging.

Yeah, I'm a noob and got fairly far into the character creation process before I realized I was making a Homebrew. But @GodOfWar did some balancing on it and pronounced me fair game. I hope none of you mind I plan on playing a bit more unconventional and nefarious of a character.
Walter pulls his arm away from the excitable guard harshly, and gives him a glare. He wants to make the man suffer for his insolence, for his prejudice, but knows that spilling blood here will result in nothing but further trouble. He decides to let this so called Priestess lead the conversation, as they seemed more trusting of the Holy woman, which was fine with him. He recoiled his already throbbing hand into the folds of his dark robes, and rebound it in dark cloth in an attempt to obscure and hide his shame. As he did this, He looked about their surroundings, wary of more surprises hiding in wait.

He already disliked these guardsmen, and by extension this village. They appeared ignorant and frightened, and reeked of desperation. Turning to his companions, for the first time he actually gave them a good look over. A woman was among them with fiery hair who stood several heads taller than than the youth. She seemed fierce and savage, and he had the thought she'd be a useful protector if he could manipulate her correctly. The other man in darkened colors and hides, the one with the hood, appeared to be some sort or Ranger or Woodsmen, and appeared to Walter like some kind of survivalist, perhaps another solid addition.

Turning his attention to the Elven Druid and the woman who appeared to be some sort of Priestess, a bitter taste came to his mouth. Their ideological differences were apparent enough, and while he may be able to stand all the green hearted mercy for the trees bullocks, he didn't think he'd be able to stand the presence of one that undoubtedly had no true idea what she denounced and combated. She had no idea the power of the darkness within.

Scoffing quietly to himself, he turned his attention back to the landscape around him.

Hey you guys, sorry for my absence but I'm here now and ready to kick ass!
Walter hopped out of the cramped and smelly inside of the carriage and stretched to his full height, multiple joints popping and cracking as he did. He was glad to finally be free of such close proximity to his fellow Adventurers. He’d never cared much for other people, and being as close as they were was unbearably uncomfortable. He took a brief look around, taking in the haunting sight around him.

When the Halfling bid them his brief farewell and the horses whinnied before leaving, he barely heard them. He felt as if he was in a dream, having finally reached the destination of his long travels. Wormed Tail would be overjoyed to know they’d finally arrived. His companions shared brief acknowledgements to one another, but Walter didn’t bother. They’d probably all get themselves killed soon enough, anyways, the fools.

The sound of the bells ringing out in the distance broke him from his train of thought, and he shuddered slightly at the light bite of the evening air. Having little alternative, he decided to stick with these companions for now, and continued onward to the church with them. He looked about as he walked, catching glimpses of moving shadows in branching alleys to either side of them, with window panes and doors occasionally suddenly slamming shut, yet not from any wind he could feel. The whole place unnerved him, but he relished it in a strange way. He’d always been more confidant in places other people despised, such as the deep and the dark.

’So this is the land the whispers said is home to Pitrius… Perhaps I shall see if this hidden maiden is as powerful as they say.

Eidolon Summoning:
2 hour long summon ritual, Wormed Tail understands all the same languages as Walter and vice versa. He is treated as a native of the plane for sharing a soul with Walter and reacts accordingly. An eidolon returns to their home plane when dismissed as an action, or when they are reduced to 0 hp. A summoned eidolon has the same number of hit points as when it was dismissed. If it was slain, you must wait till the following day and it instead appears with half its total hit points.

The eidolon has a maximum number of hit points equal to five times your warlock level. Add your proficiency bonus to the eidolon's AC, attack rolls, and damage rolls, as well as to any saving throws and skills it is proficient in. The eidolon obeys your commands as best as it can. It takes its turn on your initiative, though it doesn't take an action unless you command it to. On your turn, you can verbally command the beast where to move, and command it to take the Attack, Dash, Disengage, Dodge, or Help action, as a bonus action. How it makes its attacks is up to you. Some examples include bites, claws, slams, stings, slaps, punches, etc. This attack does a d8 in damage. At 10th level, this increases to 2d8.

Starting Statistics:
Size Medium
Armor Class 12

Energy Blast: You can use your action to channel your energy into a beam of light which can be fired at an enemy. It has a range of 60 feet, and your attack roll bonus is your Charisma modifier + your proficiency bonus. If it hits, it deals 1d10 + your Charisma modifier radiant damage. The damage increases to 2d10 at 5th level, 3d10 at 11th level and 4d10 at 17th level. After you use your energy blast, you can't use it again until the next combat encounter.

Condensed Energy: Beginning at 5th level, you gain the ability to transfer one of your Hit Dice into a small vial, directly after a long rest. You will always be one HD down if you do this. The liquid inside of the bottle can function as a healing potion that heals hit points equal to one of your HD plus your Constitution modifier. You can regain the lost Hit Die at the end of another Long Rest.

Healing Touch: During a short rest you can touch a creature to heal it. To do so you expend one of your Hit Dice, you roll the die and the subject regains that many hit points. You do not add your Constitution modifier to this roll.
Sorry to double post, but this Character Sheet is a bit more in depth and confusing than I originally thought. I'm slogging through it slowly but surely, but if anyone wants to PM me and earn some OOC brownie points to help me with this, it'd be much appreciated!
Seeing as how I'm quiet the Noob, I have no strong preference on which system we use. Though I do have to say using the point buy statem to keep people honest does sounds nice.
Just letting everyone know, I'm planning on making a Necromancer/Warlock type.
Hey there! I'm not entirely convinced this is going a direction I care to go in, but you do have my interest. It also seems like you lot need more opinions and feedback on all this, and I'm the most opinionated motherfucker you'll ever meet! So shall I get started..?

•I'm not entirely sold on doing an RP with an OP who hasn't finished the series.
•We should use Imperial arms.
•I don't care much for Canon characters.
•I am Pro Empire, and will play nothing else. Perhaps I could be an Antagonist for your group?
I'm a complete and utter noob to DnD and Tabletops in general, but I'm interested.
