Jackson Tanner

Location: Outside -> Medical Bay

Straining somewhat, with the help of Atticus and Lionel, Jackson managed to lift the Horse off the boy and push it aside. Watching as the man lay there for a few long moments, the realization of his condition sunk in, Jackson staring down at him with a look which said something akin to - 'Are you fucking kidding me'. Letting out a sigh, he reached up and pinched the bridge of his nose in a frustrated manner, holding back the urge to just shoot the man then and there, but he was only a kid, he was terrified, and Jackson might've been a petty thief, but he was no murderer.

Gazing back over to Genevieve as she spoke up, Jackson scoffed somewhat. "Oh no, everythin's just fantastic here, what with the messenger we want to send back having a broken leg and all." He commented in a tone of frustration, glancing over to Lionel for a moment before looking back to the boy on the ground. "Unless you got any idea how best to deal with a man's broken leg, best help you can do is go let Dorothy know she has a third patient on 'er hands." Moving closer to the man, he'd carefully move to pick him up and over his shoulders in a fireman's carry. "Lionel looks like he could use a hand, though." He smirked, nodding in the older mans direction.

Starting to make his way back up into the ship, Jackson carried the boy down toward the med bay, seeing it was quite full, he set him down on the couch outside carefully, pulling out his gun and keeping it trained on him for good measure as he moved toward the medbay, peering in and rearing back for a moment at what he saw. Heading inside, he holstered his gun and forgot about the boy on the couch for now. "Y'best not be killing the Captain, Dorothy." He said as he approached, looking over the Captain cautiously, unsure what exactly was going on.

Gregory Quinn

Location: Captains Office

Moving to sit in his chair quietly, Quinn watched the two in silence. Part of him urged him to speak up and question why Foy, whom he had deliberately paid little attention to since his arrival on the ship, was present, but he forced himself to keep it to himself, simply choosing to listen for now. Leaning back on his chair, he tapped his fingers idly against the arm of his chair as he kept his eyes on Jahosafat, waiting for him to begin. As he did begin to speak, Quinn was almost pleasantly surprised, seeing the change in his tone and the way he seemed to be acting was refreshing to Quinn, and the Captain made a note of the doctors ability to shift into what was to him, a more workable attitude.

Reaching out to take the pile of papers handed over to him, Quinn remained silent as he looked through the records and maps, taking a note of the pattern that he described. As he got onto speaking about Whitefall, Quinn set his papers back down and looked toward Jahosafat again, listening intently as he got onto the topic of the ship which the Captain had already been briefed on. Keeping his tongue as the doctor continued to explain his mission, Quinn made no move to touch the glass of alcohol Foy set down on his desk. Quinn's steely gaze was only momentarily damaged as he saw the file set down before him. For a fraction of a second, the harsh facade which Quinn usually wore was clear to see through, the pained man beneath making himself known for only a moment as he'd reach out, taking the file and looking at it intently.

There was something about Jahosafat's last words which sent a shock of anger through Quinn, he understood what the doctor meant, and deep down appreciated that he had been chosen to retrieve Camilla over any other officer, but there was the inescapable feeling of being used, which Gregory resented. He suppressed the urge to dismiss the two men in his office as his mind now swam in thoughts, but he remained silent as Foy spoke up to question the doctor, a fair pair of questions - even though Quinn barely understood a damn word the man said. He remained silent as he had the whole time, thinking on their new mission, and the new information they had, this mission had gotten considerably more complicated.
@Lmpkio

Heads up, you're on day 6!
Liam Matthews

Location: Aunt Sue's Inn #10
Interacting With: Sariel @Morose

Liam, oblivious to the murderous woman just a room over, settled in to finally get some sleep, comfortably tucked into bed with Sancho sitting curled up at his feet, purring quietly as the animal let sleep take it, oblivious to the horrible goings-on of the outside world. However, Liam's comfortable sleep was not to be, as he felt a pair of eyes watching him, it wasn't exactly the most relaxing of feelings, even if they might've belonged to an angel. Liam concluded that he wasn't exactly going to be able to sleep while she was there like that. Sorry Sancho.

Letting out a sigh, he pushed himself to sit up again, disturbing Sancho somewhat as he was awoken, standing up and stretching its legs in a typical fashion before wandering around the bed looking for a non-disturbing spot to sleep. Gently running his hand over the cat's fur in an apologetic show of affection, Liam turned his gaze over to Sariel, watching her for a moment or two and letting his eyes glance over the blade in her hand as he sat there. Sighing, he cleared his throat as he spoke up. "I'm just going to assume it's normal for you to sit there and watch whoever you're 'protecting' sleep, right?"

The fact that it was the end of the world wasn't enough to stop Liam from trying to force out at least a little humour, being a supposed prophet of god wasn't enough to stop him, and in fact, the archangel sitting by his bed encouraged it more than anything. Though he wasn't quite sure how well she'd take his humour, or if she'd even understand it. He didn't exactly know how cultured in the way of humans angels were, until a day or two ago he'd assumed they didn't exist.

Darren Andrews

Location: Forgotten Relics
Interacting With: Howard Brighton, @Morose Zachary Carpenter, Mitsukuri Katsumi @BlueSky44

Darren's eyes flicked up from the blade and toward Howard's when his staring was called out. Forcing a somewhat awkward half-smile, he shrugged his shoulders simply. "Just curious what it is, is all." He'd comment simply, watching as Howard moved to retrieve the book, listening to his explanation of what exactly it was. It could have been useful, but he didn't understand a word of any of it as he looked over the pages Howard flicked through. The question got his attention again, something actually relevant to Darren's goal there, he'd almost forgotten it in the grim events which had taken place.

He glanced back toward Jade briefly, letting out another sigh as Zachary held back the girl from socking Howard in the jaw more than once. He shook his head when he looked back over, he didn't know what to make of any of them, but he kept his mouth shut on that regard, at least for now, as he looked back up to Howard. "We're looking for a spell book." He'd say plainly, as if to gauge Howard's reaction before he continued speaking.

"Specifically, one details how to stop a phenomenon called 'The Rise of the Witnesses'." He explained as he watched the man, he figured if anywhere nearby was going to have the kind of book he needed it would be this store, he just hoped that was indeed the case, and he hadn't recklessly wasted Jade's life for absolutely nothing.
@Morose

I'll get one in as soon as I get home from uni, class has been kicking my ass the last few days :P
Lucas Walsh

Location: Justice Memorial Recovery Ward

Smiling softly back toward Risa, Lucas gently squeezed her hand again as he sat by her bed, pleased that she seemed relatively comfortable, though he figured a great deal of it was likely the drugs in her system as he sat there. "Oh believe me, I don't plan on heading into work until you're home and safe." He assured her with a nod, an intense honesty in the words. After his message, he didn't plan on letting her out of his sight if he could avoid it, he didn't at any point want to be too far from her. Partially he appreciated the fact she was drugged up to the nines, worrying her was the last thing he wanted at that point.

As she spoke up, he was to be forced to let her out of his sight, at least for a few moments. Giving her a nod, he smiled and leaned down to kiss her hand before he stood and carefully moved out of the room. Moving down the quiet hallway, he sighed as he made his way to the nurses station, leaning on the counter and having a brief but polite chat with one of the nurses to get a spare blanket, folding it under his arm and wandering back toward Risa's room quickly.

Quietly moving back into the room, Lucas smiled as he looked over Risa, moving over and carefully laying the blanket over her, leaning down to plant his lips on her cheek softly. "I love you too, sweetheart..." He said quietly, running his hand over her head gently as he sat beside her again, pulling the chair closer as he settled there, content to sit beside her throughout the night, watching over her until she was going to get better, however long that would take.
@Morose

No worries! I'll be sure to give you an extension 'till monday, just focus on your move and post when you're able. ^^

Joel Grau

Location: Outside Tapri
Interacting With: Claire, @Lady Amalthea Alcander @POOHEAD189
Time/Date: Morning/August 2nd, 2016

Chuckling as Claire decided against fighting him, and began to settle on his shoulders, Joel adjusted his grip on her legs to keep her held firmly there as he began to wander down the street with her, knowing Alc would be right behind them as he moved along. Glancing up to her, he chuckled softly, amused by the sight of her looking out over the crowds. He still couldn't care less about glances from people around as he continued along.

Glancing back over his shoulder as Alc caught up to them, he shrugged his shoulders and chuckled, shifting Claire upward along with them as he did so. "Wherever the angry Irish lady directs me." He smirked, glancing up to Claire then as he felt her patting me on the head. Joel hadn't had a chance to stop and pick up any cigarettes since arriving, after all, he'd only arrived that morning, and immediately been dragged out to eat before he could do anything else. "Ja, actually, I could use a few." Turning in the direction she pointed him to, he began to make his way through the crowds, actually pleased she was there to guide him.

Making his way to the store, Joel ducked down low as he moved inside, so as to avoid hitting Claire's head on the doorway, luckily the roof was high enough that she could stay up on his shoulders as they moved inside. Moving up to the counter, Joel reached down into his pocket to grab his wallet. "Hallo, one packet of cigarettes, please." He'd say politely to the man behind the counter, making a sign in front of his mouth to perhaps make it more clear what he was talking about.
@Lady Amalthea

Hmmm... Could it be something along the lines of... 'incoming post!'? :P
Luke Teth

Location:Main Hold -> The Bridge

"Somebody's gotta do a job on this ship, Sutton - can't all just be swash-buckling space adventurers." He'd grin, throwing a smug wink in her direction as he watched her moved off toward the bridge to get settled. Turning over to the Senator, he smirked at her comment, shrugging his shoulders. "Gamblin's always worked in the past, colour me surprised it didn't work out perfectly this time." He grinned, shrugging his shoulders as he stood there. "Though maybe in future i'll consider buying the parts."

Glancing about, Luke watched as people moved about between the medbay and the engine room, shifting away from the Senator with a nod to head up to the bridge, taking his seat after giving Sutton a slight nudge with his elbow. Settling down, he cleared his throat as he began the take-off sequence, bringing up the entry ramp as he reached up to activate the PA. "This is the Captain speaking, I hope no one left anything outside, because we're leavin'." Ineloquent, but it got the point across as he lifted the ship up off the ground.

Luke was a reasonable enough pilot, he'd flown by himself for a long while without Stehrr, and he could handle a simple take-off by himself. Starting up the thrust, he edged the ship upward slowly, taking only a short while of the ship rocking somewhat to get up and through the atmosphere, piercing through and out into the blackness of space. Shifting part the few lanes of ships coming down to Dantooine, he began to pilot the ship clear of Dantooine itself, it would be a short while before they were ready to make a jump to hyperspace, but before long they'd be on their way to Tatooine.

Kordath Targon

Location:The Vindicator

"Oh worry not, dearest Commodore, the Rebels could never conjure up one such as me, they'd lack my charms." He commented with a hearty chuckle, positively narcissistic as always. He stuck close behind her as always, content as her shadow as always, listening intently as the Commodore spoke to Shira, listening as she was provided with her orders. He chuckled at the Commodore's careful wording, and as he looked toward her he was unsurprised to see Jesmand's gaze directed back toward him. "My work is a kind of investigation, Commodore." He commented in a more amused manner than anything.

Eyes shifting up to the man hanging from the platform, Kordath could not help but let out a chuckle, finally taking a step back and away from the Commodore to find his dearest Jaina. Finding her, even on a ship of this size, was not a particularly difficult endeavour, she stuck out like a sore thumb, between her actions and happy demeanour, one could tell where Jaina was miles away. Beginning to move behind her as she wandered about, he kept his grin as she moved out onto the bridge, watching her closely as she spoke up to acknowledge him.

"Oh my dear, i'm sure he saw many wonderful things." He chuckled as she hopped up onto the metal bar and began to hang down, watching as she dangled there and chuckling as she pretended to be choking. There was something he adored about Jaina's happy demeanor, she was always so cheerful, and well, insane. As she swung back up onto the bridge, he clapped happily, laughing as she ran over and hugged him, wrapping his arms back around her firmly and giving her a squeeze. "Oh no, I couldn't, i'm just an old man my dear..." He'd let go of her, approaching the bar.

Rather suddenly then, he'd hop up onto the railing, leaning forward as he'd hold his arm out, getting a firm grip on one of the lower rails as his body slipped off the rail itself, swinging down and under as he flung himself over to the other side, chuckling as he hauled himself up over the other side and flipped onto his feet in a similar fashion, dusting off his uniform. He may have been a little older, but he was spry as always.
