"My name?" Serena questioned, "My names Jes-." She stopped short. It wasn't the first time she had introduced herself since the game had captured the souls of many gamers. . . But she started to answer it the same way many times. With her real name. They were in the game now though. . . She had best just adopt the name to keep it simple. "I mean, my name is Serena Landsworth! Light Knight at your service." She shrugged off Aeona's hand, did a bow and tried to keep a smile. This woman was. . . Awkward, to say the least. Nice, so far, but awkward to Serena.

Serena looked around to see if this woman, Aeona, had traveling companions. . . It did not appear so. "Are you by yourself?" She asked the woman. At this point, Serena was sure she was alone. "If so, you looking for a teammate?" The girl thought she might as well try it. She might say no, but there was never harm in trying. Even with the chance of her being a PK, Serena figured she could just shrug off her damage enough to escape or just batter her enough. "What do you say?" Serena had a look of hope in her eyes as she asked. . .

I had Serena bump into a certain knight not of the light. This knight stuff is silly.

Serena moved through the Cloudhaven Markets. It tended to be more populated which gave her a bit of relief as the Player Killers tended to avoid doing anything in the streets with this many people around. She still wondered though, how one could kill another so easily knowing that their life's flame would be permanently put out. It seemed too harsh a thing to do. By herself, it would be difficult as her class had be designed to assist allies. He three abilities (not counting her passive), were only useful when she had allies to capitalize off of it.

That aside, she wondered what she should do now. It was dangerous to go outside with Permadeath. At first she was excited to play the game, then came the news of being stuck in the game and permanent death. She wasn't sure what to think now, but she knew one thing. . . To survive she needed to get stronger. If nothing else, no one could kill her. She needed allies though. What were the best ways to make friends, she wondered as she walked. The crowds around her surged like a wave and were both a relief and an annoyance.

As the Light Knight walked her focus changed from where she was going to where she would go. As she contemplated, she didn't notice as she walked right into somebody. It was a woman much taller than her. She wore armor much like Serena. The girl knew this before she even saw the armor due to the sound of armor clashing with armor. Her skin was somewhat pale but that wasn't what caught her eye the most, it was the bright blue eyes. She had always enjoyed looking at blue eyes. To her, there was something mystical about them and that's why she picked the color herself at avatar creation. After coming back to her senses after a second, she straightened up and spoke, "I-I apologize! I wasn't looking, sorry. . ."
