Post-By-Post: Each post will be reviewed. But do not worry about making posts long and intricate. Though it is appreciated. I prefer detailed posts with small increments of time between them. Often times posts can have far too many actions. So for each post one action that may or may not affect the other character is the recommended amount. You do not want to edit your post to reduce your actions. Instead focus on possibly needing to edit it for more actions after review.

Rules

Try not to do these as best you can.

Autohit - Establishing a confirmed hit or contact in the same turn an action was initiated on an opponent is prohibited. Participating parties are allowed to react to any action when applicable, and recipient of a perceived hit is permitted options in response to the proposal of an enemy player in accordance with Play-By Post rules. Ruling An interception may infer an autohit if the receiving party is unable to respond to the action of the proponent.

Godmodding - Control of the opponent or their actions is forbidden. Negation and Immunities may full under this category.

Meta-Game - Using Out Of Character knowledge and information in character. Blatant unjustified actions is prohibited pertaining to precise disassembling of a character or ability/power they control. Retroactions and Precognition fall under this category. Information your character does not have access to constitutes as Meta-gaming.

Precognition - The power to perceive predetermined events is not allowed. Calculations and heuristic creativity is permissible.

Retroaction - To undo an action proposed by the original party in the next post is unacceptable. An action can be cancelled by a player with minimum committal when applicable, but the act of resetting or reversing a previously stated action is disallowed. Example: creating an action, and upon the enemy player's response, deciding that said established action never occurred. Meta-gaming with explicit intent in a Retroaction is forbidden.

90%+: Can summon a three foot wide and twelve foot high gout of fire on the ground within ten meters nearby within a few seconds. 2 Soul cost
80%+: Immune to virtually all heat. Can control nearby (10 meters) fire and turn it into balls of fire in the palm of the hand up to 3 meters wide. Can be thrown up to 40 mph.
70%+: Can control flames up to seven meters nearby. Can breathe a ball of fire up to 3 meters wide. Flames can be lifted off the ground and moved freely.
60%+: Can control flames up to three meters nearby (Mostly just making them move and grow) Cannot lift flames midair. Stamina x2. 2 Soul cost
50%+: Fire breathe up to twenty feet. Can sense heat up to 8 meters. 2 soul cost
40%+: Resistant to normal fires. Fire breathe that reach up to 12 feet. Can sense the heat off of others up to 5 meters around you. 2 soul cost
30%+: Resistant to basic heats.
20%+: You are resistant to basic heats almost entirely.
10%+: You can resist the most basic of heats. Cooking doesn't burn you that often.

90%+: Can control winds up to twenty meters around up to 125 mph.
80%+: Can control strong winds up to 100 mph up to ten meters around and amplify winds to move faster over time. Can make tornadoes this way. 2 soul cost per minute while controlling winds.
70%+: Can now fly and create gusts of wind with wings up to 30 mph with constant flapping. 2 Stamina cost per five minutes flying.
60%+: Can lift stones or gravel up to 100 ibs 8 meters around. Can shape the material to a wall or launch it in mass up to 70 mph.2 soul cost per manipulation.
50%+: x2 Denser bones and wider lungs. Can detect the earth all around up to 8 meters.
40%+: Rock hard hide, claws & scaled wings. Can only glide with wings. x2 strength.
30%+: Thick Hide. Denser claws.
20%+: Bleed resistance.
10%+: Density increased by a bit.

100%+: Can unleash beams of light that can cut through flesh within seconds.
90%+: Can absorb light and recover wounds stamina and soul. Can create light beams or flashes of light. The beams can burn flesh and can only reach up to four inches wide. 2 Soul cost. +1 Stamina & Soul per second under light.
80%+: Can read the mind of those they meet eyes with. Can lift objects up to 50 ibs and move them around swiftly up to ten meters around. Can meditate to project a ghost form that is immune to physical damage nor can it wield a weapon but can command all other abilities. 2 Soul per activation.
70%+: Shield resists all minor forces effectively.
60%+: Physical force resistant shield stronger than steel up to two meters around. Invisible to the naked eye. Can absorb plant energy to recover wounds stamina, and soul. 2 soul cost +1 Soul & Stamina per plant or handful mass.
50%+: Can rapidly move and grow plants nearby up to eight meters around.
40%+: Can sense someone's location up to five meters around. Can speak with someone mentally and read their minds by touching them. Can slowly grow and move plants up to five meters nearby. 2 cost per activation.
30%+: Can sense someone's emotions up to five meters around within sight.
20%+: Immune to being blinded by lights. Can sense plant life up to five meters around.
10%+: Resistance to bright lights.

70%+: Can turn invisible within shadows. -1 Soul per five minutes
60%+: Paralyzing bites that take affect within three minutes and lasts for one minute. Can make shadows within sight physical by shaping them into various forms up to five feet tall or wide. They become as solid as thick glass. Shadows cannot be moved midair. 2 Soul cost per manipulation.
50%+: Gains double the speed for three minutes after drinking 5ml of fresh blood.
40%+: Resistant to poisons. Sharp fangs. Can drink blood to slowly recover wounds, stamina and soul.
30%+: Can hear at double the distance.
20%+: Can see in the dark.
10%+: Can smell fresh blood nearby up to ten meters.

100%+: Choose an element. You can become that element entirely and manipulate it freely up to ten meters around for thirty seconds. Immune to physical strikes while in this form. Has a ten minute cooldown. (You can only choose one element)2 Soul cost each manipulation
90%+: Choose an element. You are entirely immune to it. (You can only choose one element)
80%+: Can absorb soul from those you touch. Recovering wounds, and stamina as well. Can conjure steel armor or weapons. Can only conjure and use only one piece of armor or weapon. When one is destroyed then another can be summoned. 2 Soul cost +1 Stamina or Soul per second.
70%+: Can form small portals down to the size of a fist.
60%+: Can create a person sized portal up to twenty meters away within sight. If two are made can move between the two. Can only have two portals active at once. When a third is made the last two disappear. 2 Soul cost
50%+: Can sense when a portal is being formed nearby up to five meters.
40%+: Large angelic wings allowing flight.
30%+: Small wings on the back to allow even swifter movements x2 speed.
20%+: Can see the souls of those before them.
10%+: Naturally lighter and a bit swifter.

100%+: Can shapeshift into a fifteen meter dragon with metal dense scales, claws and teeth. Can shift back but needs a five minute cooldown. 5 Soul cost -2 Stamina each shift
90%+: Choose an element. Can breathe that element or form a sphere. (Can only choose one element)
80%+: Can fly with their wings. x3 Strength boost. Flight -1 Stamina per two minutes
70%+: Breathe can be unleashed as four feet wide balls of flame or debilitating frost that moves at 50 mph. 2 Soul cost.
60%+: Stone tough scaled skin. Heat and Frost breathe reaching 12 feet. Metal dense teeth.
50%+: Decent Heat and Cold resistance.
40%+: Binocular vision. Five meter accurate smell detection.
30%+: Tougher hide. Rock hard horns and teeth.
20%+: Wings and or tail (One or both) similar to a dragon. Can only glide.
10%+: Scales that are scattered on the body that are fairly tough.

Wounds - You will be injured. These injuries will affect your characters in variable ways. The severity will be noted. Minor wounds to major wounds. Incur enough of either and your character will be defeated. Wounds will be judged based on what hit, where it hit, and how it hit the character.

Soul - How your character does their supernatural magic. Even breathing fire costs soul. Keep track of what you are using. If you run out of soul you can no longer manipulate elements or much else. Most uses of power cost 2 soul. Such as forming a fireball, firing a beam of light, or creating a shadow spear. The cost is set in stone and so is the limits of the abilities.

Stamina - Actions require energy and that is your stamina. Without it you can no longer move. Keep track of it or be easily defeated. Most actions require no energy. But performing strenuous maneuvers or constant activity will cost stamina. Constant running for example will cost 1 stamina per five minutes. Anything above that will cost 2 or more depending on the severity.

This will be the start of a new role play game I want to get rolling with good faith. Though I'm not used to the Arena I think this fits better here and may increase overall activity. This game will hopefully be easy to get into and will have many different fair ways to play. Where you can make a fighter using the abilities available in anyway possible. Then once accepted you can challenge other players or go through trials to test the character or to develop them.

This will be mostly strategy based. Your writing level shouldn't matter too much just how you use your character's chosen abilities. The abilities will be predetermined based on the bloodline you choose. Not based on what unique ability you've made. But it is possible that someone can develop their character over time to attain rewards that will allow them to.

"I'm just headed back home to Twilight town after picking up some goods in Sunfire." His carriage seemed to slow down as it came closer to her. The rider seeming a bit worried. "You and your pet going to be ok out here all by yourselves?"

"Oh please." She came to the door quickly. Upon opening it an elderly woman with long white hair curled up in rows going down her back. Small white bark like antlers on her head with a yellow flower and a few vines hanging down them. Her eyes, for the few times they were visible, were a light green. Greying a little from her poor sight. On her simple white robe was the symbol of the sun as a necklace around her neck. "Do come in." She opened the door and let the boy in, but paused at the sight of the monster. "Oh my. Is it possible for you to leave your pet outside?"

Once Donovan was inside she would sit them down on a giant mushroom table with chairs with no back support. Yet she felt just fine on the cushioned fungus. In her hands and offered to Donovan was tea. "While we Sol here in Sunfire don't mind it much. This tea clears out spores and pollen. It's nearly always spring here." She had a kind face and lightly laughed. "I do miss my grandchild. He just up and vanished. I sent the Taxis to find him but they said he left to be with a woman he's been seeing! But where is he? Why doesn't he let me see her or tell me where he is? Can you please find out for me? No one seems to believe me when I know there's something wrong here!"

Twilight Town was a ways away. With a beaten path already set though she could move directly there. Though invariably thick the jungle was quite hospitable. Insects did not travel across or move down the path very often nor did birds. A communal agreement between the natives of Vrondian land and the many creatures that exist in nature. This is not seen anywhere else. The sounds of their buzzing and singing was undeniably loud. There were scarcely anyone moving along this path. The only visible traveler was a single man on a wagon full of goods and a ox. All headed to Twilight Town as well. He began to pass Jones before eyeing her creature. He tilted his farmers sunhat and greeted her with a "Good day."

Petra waved Jones goodbye then she had to notice Bidzil rolling in. She laughed a bit uneasily as they seemed to be happy about completing their job. But she was indeed worried that these kids are focused too much on fun. If not she would never get out of this tent. "I'm glad you completed your job." She had a letter rolled on the table and grabbed it. It opened unrolling. "Lets see. You did your job perfectly. Full payment is due. So good job!" She reached under the table for another chest. She counted up coins and placed them on the table in two stacks of ten. "Here you go. Twenty pieces as promised."

Indeed the peel was tossed to the wolf. It gobbled it up greedily much to the knight's intrigue. Taxis knights were more likely to be slaying a dangerous beast than taming one. He waved the boy goodbye as he made his way to Henreta's home. Sunfire's homes were simple and seamlessly merged with the inner workings of the Sunfire tree. There was no light inside the tree save for light emitted from a single giant glowing orb on the high ceiling. The orb that emitted an intense light like the sun. The house was right ahead. Indeed it had white flowers, many of a specific kind growing in its unenforced front yard. The other homes all had their own colored flowers and types. The sign on the homes even read "House Rose", Or in this case "White Tulip House."

Once Donovan knocked on the door he would have to wait a minute or two before an unmistakably elderly woman's voice called out. "Who is it?" @Zealous Blade

"Sakuya! Nice to finally meet you. You're soon to be ready to be on your way making mone- err I mean helping out here. As a tamer you will receive benefits. Umm, once they start coming in. Oh but ofcourse you get these!" Petra showed Sakuya the bag of essentials for her travels and then held out a paper for her to grab. "This is a job list. Lets see. Two have already been taken. Maybe you can find another? If not you can maybe wait a little bit and we should have more jobs coming in soon."

Munching on his fruit the knight paused to begin a leisure chew and swallow. He smack his lips from the sticky texture. Just to clear his throat before speaking. "An old woman? You mean Henreta? She's been looking for her grandson who ran off with some girl to be wed. He likely cut off contact with her." The knight seemed pleased to meet Donovan's acquaintance. Speaking at length to be as informative as possible. He then pointed his free hand to the homes, pointing far west from their position. You might not be from here. So I'll let you know that the homes are each representative of a certain flower. Find the home with white tulips. A few homes down that way." He smiled as Donovan thanked him and began finishing his banana in a few more bites. "Does it like banana peels?" He asked. Genuinely curious.
