WIP, but I'm thinking he's going to be, like, the Anti-Cedric. A total genius, but a completely Sadistic Fucker who cares for no one but himself and lives for the thrill of the hunt, the savor of the kill.

Description: He's around 6 feet tall, with spiked ginger hair, a somewhat handsome face with a spattering of freckles cross the bridge of his nose and intense green eyes. His skin is slightly pale, and his body is deceptively weak and skinny looking, hiding the strength he can muster at a moments notice.

Blood manipulation: Sebastian is a Haemokinetic, and a strong one as well, as he can not only shape and harden the blood into various defensive and offensive constructs, but he can also make it highly acidic, ably to eat through metals with ease. However, he can't make said blood un-acidic and it remains a danger to himself if he swings it around wildly, so hechoose to only use the acidic blood for foes that require such things, or whenever else he deems it neccessary.

Iron-blood Assimilation: He can take any kind if metal he can touch, and break it down into his blood, giving it not only increased durability,,but also some of the metals other attributes, like ductility, malleability, and luster. 

Blood-body(Active): He can change his body into blood, but he has to do so actively, as well ad actively change back. Thos enables him to become very stealthy, highly dangerous and nearly impossible to kill, but he is highly susceptible to flames, water, electricty and freezing while in this form, and can be more easily contained as well. In his bloof form, he can solidify himself, which negates his weakness to Electricity, as well as for easily knocking away opponents with instantaneous constructs, but still leaves him rather vulnerable to 3 of ghe above weakness.

Bio: Nobody knows how Sebastian joined the Underground Movement, only that he did and was soon brought close to Isabella as he proved to be a perfect subject. He did what was asked without question, and he neer failed in his duties. He flattered Isabella, feeding into her ego's and whims to keep her entertained, laughing all the while at her blindness. While he's been in the Movement, members had been disappearing right and left, with not a whisper of evidence to where it was they disappeared to. It was only by a stroke of luck that one of the disappeared returned to tell Isabella the truth before pasding on. Sebastian, from his joining to that moment had been kidnapping members and torturing them to fuel his own sick desires, all from right under her nose. She immediately sent a force to engage him, but he gave in without a fight, and has been locked up ever since. He's been locked away in the depths of the New Sun Corporation for 2 years, and now is his chance to escape.
