Honoria's response to Rayvius' statement about proper deference was to roll her eyes: whilst she could respect his knowledge or achievements, she saw no reason to show deference to a member of the Ecclesiarchy. Their raison d'etre was essentially a cause that she didn't believe in, so why should she defer to them? They were all on the same page about how likely that was.
Being split off of the fool was good news, though, and she perked up a little as a tent, mangled in the crash, was cannibalised for its rope--definitely an ancient design, this. Handy to have it around, though, and with a little more work the logs were being lashed together. Now to hope it floated...
