Being truly on my own is a bit of a weird feeling. It's never really happened.

Let it never be said that sometimes extreme brevity isn't the most appropriate post, though. Everything is a tool.

And failing the armed guards I don't think any of the various people there who already have powers would really hesitate too much before eliminating the armed squidthing.
I thought the sampo made food? Well... food, gold, and salt. I'm not terribly sure how much use it is there.

... also I don't really get what he can actually do (plus the 'territory change' thing confuses me because I swear his whole story involves seafaring?)
Well, seems fine to me, but as a reminder, Assassin as a class is more geared towards taking out Masters than Servants. Seen people forget that way too often and worry about achieving anything as Assassin... XD

I would imagine that it produces strain relative to the extremity of use? Maintaining a magic spy network shouldn't be effortless, rather than reducing its power it should probably be counterbalanced with a large downside.B Ranked Strength isn't uncommon with Assassins, considering True Assassin had it, but also take note that Stay Night/Assassin had a crazy demon arm, while yours just has fancy eyes. I would suggest reducing strength due to your character being more of the subterfuge type, rather than the direct combatant that SN/Assassin was.

He was also a hulking brute, let's not forget.

I think one of the problems with that NP is that it too easily converts a random person into something superhuman. One look, and... they get a whole parcel of abilities and can spread them?
Public bathhouses? Don't most of those state either no entry if you have tattoos, or they must be covered up? Also you need to pay for entry. And it'd be REALLY weird to get a whole bunch of characters in the same one place at the same time. :p

Just stick one in the dorms (like Negima). Seems more practical/amusing. XD
Yeah, those stats are... baffling. He's Assassin, what is he doing with that sort of Strength? What good is it going to do him? O_o

Projectile--Daggers: specifying an exact stat is a bad idea. Especially those two. If a Servant doesn't have one of those... you are apparently taking on either someone extremely anaemic, or Caster.

Luck is actually somewhat understandable, as Assassin and Caster actually have high base Luck (B-Ranked).

... but that NP is outright insane. Every non-magus, non-Servant in the entire city gets converted to have Servant stats, Assassin abilities, and Servant skills? If this city has a population in the thousands, you have a B-Rank NP that can fight Iskander's army with almost no prana expenditure on Assassin's part. He turns one person, that turns two more, then they turn four, eight, sixteen, thirty-two... and that's if they only did two before stopping. No. No way.

(If each person turns ~four, then by the fifth iteration, that's already a thousand sleeper agents. It only takes 12 to turn the entire population of Tokyo into it--and that is the most populous city in the world)
Kumori Master said Also, I still do not believe a player's version of a Heroic Spirit has to coexist with Type Moon's version.

In this case, yes it does. As I said (and as the setting we appear to be using indicates), the Fuyuki Grail Wars are canon. Therefore, alternate versions of Arthur don't work.
Kotone opened the box, took out one of the buns... and held it out towards her roommate, doing her best to make absolutely sure that they were safe to eat before even considering eating the things. It meant sacrificing one delicious, delicious bun if they were fine... but that was much better than dying a horrible painful death from a bun stuffed full of arsenic or some similarly toxic substance. The loss of sugar would be mourned in due time, of course.

"Prove it."
Overall opinion is no. : |

This also probably takes place in the same timeline as canon, so such Servants literally cannot work.

Well I likely don't count since I'm not in this yet, but having another Arthur wouldn't be terrible. Comparing Arturia to another Arthur would be just as valid as comparing them to any Servant. However judging the quality of this imaginary Arthur that someone didn't write yet is pointless. It could be interesting to have Arthur involved, but I'm not begging for it. There really shouldn't be a problem unless the GM is against it.

I'm against it, and Tatsua is against it, and LittleWing doesn't appear to be expressly in favour, so that's GM consensus.

Oh, and... I think everyone needs to do a Master and a Servant, sorry.
