Someone was actually interest in her tattoos, but not what they signified? That was... novel. No-one ever cared about where they came from; their existence was all that anyone needed to know: maybe she should say? Though that might annoy the artisan responsible for her body's current state; he wasn't exactly running a business anyone could come into. With his permanent clientele, he didn't need to.
Then Tohru opened her mouth again and Kotone's optimism was crushed.
Which meant that when the huge girl straightened, her glare was cold enough to freeze the air. She didn't look at Tohru for long and instead bent down to whisper into the girl's ear: "That's your one free slight. I do not break the law. I do not co-ordinate such things. If you have some problem with ninkyo dantai, leave me out of it."
