Being truly on my own is a bit of a weird feeling. It's never really happened.

Let it never be said that sometimes extreme brevity isn't the most appropriate post, though. Everything is a tool.

Actually, what sort of thing/level are you after for the spells? Otherwise, I will gravitate towards this.
'Spam high attack monsters' is all I know how to do with Galaxy-Eyes. Say hi to these guys. XD

Krein: I too am skeptical about this Archfiend support. There aren't that many cards that outright utilize card position. Alien Infiltrator & Blast Fuse (or some such name) are the only ones I can think of right now, neither of which are good for anything. As Daze said, it mostly looks like having to keep track of more things just so we know which of our monsters is about to get destroyed by Darkbishop, or who will lose ATK against Terrorking. While I do have to say no to this, I'll at least give you five stars for creativity ^_^Jay: dem Dragons, son. dem custom ones, precisely. From where I see it, Gold's effect is abusable (for a gemini at least), and Electrum & Platinum and insane devastators. Combine this with having pretty much a Poly that has a self-restore effect like Iron Core of Koa'Ki Meiru, and this deck could wipe the floor with pretty much anything it wants. I did notice that the vast majority of these dragons are geminis (gj on that; we need more of those) which effectively only lets one monster gain an effect per turn, but the only two that aren't are also the ones I'm most concerned about. Especially with Platinum being essentially a REDMD on steroids who currently has the highest ATK of any monster in this RP, let alone custom ones (current 2nd-place for custom monster ATK is Bountr Skull General at 3500, iirc). I'd suggest toning down their ATK at the very least, but I really do like those dragons, and will preemptively add Cybell to the hider since I'm already in this thread.Van: I'm with Roxas on this one. They look like a pretty neat archetype (hell, I'd probably run these if they were real) but setting up would be a breeze. Seeing a decklist would be ideal so we can come to a final conclusion from there. Short of that, you're accepted.Matt: If you want to create a villain character, I'd wait a little bit. I'm pretty sure I already mentioned this, but one of my characters will end up leaving the RP after the tournament, and won't be coming back for quite some time. Shortly after the tournament would be the ideal time to create somebody working under the villain. I'll shoot a PM your way with further details.

... Holy crap, something that beats Charlotte's just-for-fun deck on sheer attacking power. O_o
Name: Minami Natsumi

Age: 16

Personality: Polite, easy-going, and always eager to try new food. She is, however, terribly squeamish around (living) fish, reptiles, amphibians... basically anything scaly or slimy will have Natsumi keeping a safe distance. Even though she demonstrably has a large selection of western clothing, Natsumi seems to go through a selection of more traditional wear... for some reason. She can get strangely passionate about the oddest of activities.

Background: A rather traditional girl from Nara. Her family is both expansive and bereft of money troubles, so when it came to moving into high school, the new educational centre seemed like a good choice. Since the journey time from Nara to Tokyo is rather... long, even taking the quickest options, she's got a flat in Tokyo proper. Rather than let her duties as a shrine maiden be ignored, she also tends to go home at the end of the week--which means she's regularly either tired or slightly late for classes on a Monday.

Abilities:
Fujiyama Volcano: It's essentially a fireball. Throw it, it explodes. Straightforward, no?

Immortal Fire Bird: Definitely more stylish: it creates a rather... large bird out of fire, which then streaks straight towards the target. Good for being thematic. Good for being dramatic. Not so good for anyone with dodging ability. Natsumi's spells are pretty straightforward.
You're basically making people do extra bookkeeping for no benefit. :/
That with the way you've set it up it's just a generic pay lifepoints for effect thing. The other player can't influence their card locations, whilst you're free to rearrange yours.

Ah, well just treat it as if it were a new archetype whose tricks and trades you have to get used to then.

Nope, still annoying. Because literally every other card in the game is just played in a fill-in-the-blanks manner, and that lets you freely rearrange things and actually makes this matter.
It's not the effects that bother me so much as actually having to keep track of something that's normally more or less irrelevant.
Not really a fan of something that makes card positions important.

Sheesh, that must be one of those newer archetypes with whacky effects that could probably cream me in 1, 2, 3 xD. Never even heard of them (save for maybe one or two), but I'm just running Archfiends as my secondary deck. Archfiends are fun, but if need be I'll make a new Archfiend deck just to make it up to par with whatever others are going to be using...

Well, the Galaxy stuff more or less just exists for the sake of getting 3000+ Attack dragons onto the field as fast as possible. XD

Looks awesome, though.
