It’s none of my business what people say of me and think of me. I am what I am and I do what I do. I expect nothing and accept everything. And it makes life so much easier.

Bio

“There is no such thing as a new idea. It is impossible. We simply take a lot of old ideas and put them into a sort of mental kaleidoscope. We give them a turn and they make new and curious combinations. We keep on turning and making new combinations indefinitely; but they are the same old pieces of colored glass that have been in use through all the ages.”

In Hey! 10 yrs ago Forum: Introduce Yourself
I have already begun a roleplay, called "Never ending battle"...

It already sounds tiring :)

J/K!, but welcome to the place where *happiness comes in a can! (*also available drama-free for a limited time)

Posted! And added some throw away NPCs, with @AcerRo's approval ;)

EDIT: @Xandrya @Subject Zero Don't forget the NPCs are also going after you guys as well, so get in on the action!
Yep, Vincent had definitely stepped into something that stunk worse than a warm bag of raccoon shit, and yet was unrecognizable all the same. He stood a good distance away from the woman, unsure of the situation, and a bit perplexed overall. Once caught up and in better view, the guy who’d been following her looked more like a kid who’d just jumped the fence of his high school after getting pinched for smoking dope behind the gym. Vin, adjusting his aviator sunglasses, slightly chuckled to himself for thinking such a random notion, especially since he had been that kid...once. The fact that the guy didn’t deny being a cop also didn’t necessarily make him one, but Vin wasn’t going to debate the particulars during this seemingly awkward meeting.

Just play it cool, Vin, you’ll be out of this and back on the road in no time…

Officer “muscles”, nonetheless, did bring a bit of humor along with him, albeit at the expense of the woman he’d taken into custody, even the last bit, as his snappy retort was aimed right at Vin. He kept still for the moment, furrowing his brow and actually contemplating the strange question as his eyes shifted from the cop, back to the underdressed, yet overly hot chick in cuffs.

“Pfft!” He’d suddenly burst out, trying to play it cool. “I mean shit...who wouldn’t, am I right?” Vin flashed the dark-haired girl a wry grin, but noticing her face wasn’t playing along to the same tune, he quickly wiped the cheesy smile away and shrugged.

“Eh...not my type anyway.” He continued, in a matter-of-fact tone, motioning his hand dismissively before raising it up to his ear like a mock phone and mouthing the words Call me in her direction.

“Well..” He said, starting to back up slowly toward his car. “It’s been a real treat meeting you both, and-”

The sudden sound of a gun being fired cut off his exit strategy, as he quickly ducked and turned to look behind him, catching a glimpse of a figure with a pistol shooting rounds into the front and rear driver-side tires.

“Shit!...what in the happy hillbilly hell are you doing, numbnuts?”

He screamed and instinctively, yet recklessly started running toward the bearded figure who had quickly pointed the gun at him in mid-step, causing him to stopped in his tracks.

“Whoa...friend, no need for this.” He said, holding both hands in the air. “Take the fucking car...or shoot it up some more if you want, I don’t care. Well, I mean I do, but-”

The bearded shooter, dressed in a gray business suit and standing only a few feet from his target, suddenly rushed him full force, tackling Vin to the ground before sticking the gun up to his head. “You goddamn freak, I should blow your head off right now so help me…” The man, obviously pissed about something, spoke through clenched teeth as he pushed the barrel of the gun harder into Vin’s temple.

Coming around the corner, from the other side of the alley where Nate and JJ initially emerged, three armed figures in similar suits and hand guns headed toward them both.

Vincent’s fearful gaze and painful guttural scream, from the gun pressed against his head, suddenly changed into an intense stare of anger, as he let out a sadistic laugh. He stopped struggling, and yet it appeared that the images on his skin were in motion, pulling, and lifting from the surface like tiny black tendrils. “I don't know what you want from me, but I'd run if I were you, asshole.” Vin said, straining to speak. The bearded assailant took notice and tried to get up, but was anchored down by the dark wiry matter that had manifested itself, and began to wrap around the arms, legs, and neck of the unknown man.

“Fuck, get it off me!” He yelled, and instinctively tried to pull the trigger on the gun, hoping to put a bullet into his target’s head and end the nightmare. His attempts, however, were futile, as the black ichor wrapped itself around his finger, pulling it backwards until it was clear of the trigger guard. The more the unknown man struggled, the tighter the black tendrils became around his neck, causing him to choke as they cut off his air supply.

@Subject Zero
I like when colour dialogue tags compliment eachother. :>

Agreed...definitely some GreenBay fans lurking around.

Seriously though, I'm thoroughly digging the exchange between two immensely contrasting personalities. Of course I'm also waiting for ol' "Mauly" to bring his fist down a little too close to Cedrics head next time ;)

Great read guys!

Sometimes I even get paid to write draw, woot!

I agree wholeheartedly.

Welcome to your greatest work of art since you were a toddler! :)
Gotcha.

Out of curiosity,@AcerRo, what time of the year does the story take place? It'll help with future posts as well.
Well here's a hello back and re-hug 10 years late!

Welcome to the fold and enjoy the show!
Hmm, I was referring more through my character's perspective, but I'd think Vin would just get a weird feeling overall being in her presence. Especially if he found out what she did to her father.

And, you need to remember, he's a city boy, and if Deliverance taught him anything, it was to not trust creepy kids (with Banjos).
I'm really digging @Thundercrash's character development. Very entertaining and yet Christi scares the shit out of me all the same seems like a character that would get along just peachy with Vincent.

Well played! ;)
@Xandrya You've been officially "run into" ;)

Be gentle...

Oh, also, feel free to RP them taking the car, etc. Just know he's most likely NOT going to deviate too far from going to his tatt shop, unless of course you have a damn good reason to be somewhere else...or the world ends *shrug*

EDIT: Had to fix the last part of the post since I missed that Nate was chasing her, and "duplinate" was still in the car. Damn clones ;)
