Name: Sylvia Plessis Gender: Female Age: 22 Alignment: Neutral Good Rank: Cause Objective for the Grail: Her aims are synonymous with those of the Clocktower. Command Seal: A symbol representing quintessence, made up of three shapes.
Personality
? ? ?
A positive worker. Apparantly, she's something of a bully magnet. Compared to others in her department, the demeanor she carries seems rather relaxed. Unlike the vampires of the Facculty of Law who scare even freelancers with no attachments to the Assosciation, she seems like a rather well adjusted person.
They have kept sight of Ymir's Gate even within the Faculty of Law, so she can't be called a heretic.
Bio
? ? ?
Born in Normandy, France. A secretary working in the Faculty of Law, being brought in sometime in the last few years. The Plessis are rather notorious as a family of not alchemists, but good husbands and brides. Formerly members of the aristocratic faction, but after some controversy and a hushed up scandal they joined the democratic faction.
Apparently, they were once a quasi free agent who helped delve for supplies within the Dragon under Clocktower.
A completely average Magus with no exceptional talent, and they are only proficient within a few specializations. However, her family is rather well off as it has been blessed by at least two genius heads in the past.

Sorcery Trait Sympathy
Trait which affords the ability to 'enhance' others by sharing life force. It is an ability similar but dissimilar to the variant found within the former Fujou clan. Through proper breeding and management, the Plessis have managed to maintain this trait ever since it cropped up nearly five hundred years ago. Unlike a flashy pair of Mystic Eyes, it is not particularly powerful, but it is the basis of the families wealth and power.
Attribute(s) Reinforcement At the lowest possible level, this is enhancement of physical attributes. At the mid level, it is used to improve, fortify and 'modify' tools. At the highest level, it amplifies the meaning of somethings existence. Sylvia is specialized in reinforcement at its most difficult tier, and doesn't make much use of its more mundane abilities. This could be called exceptional.
Synchronization Based around the concept of allowing 'something' to work with another 'thing', or aligning them perfectly. It has applications with or without "lines" drawn between those that are synchronized, but fundamentally it is "something that manages connections". Like any other attribute, it has vast applications for just a single element. A different attribute than 'empathy', however. Though inferior to empathy in the respect of 'sharing', it is still well aligned toward curses- however, such things are barbaric.
Magecraft
General Magecraft The basic knowledge and techniques of a Magus. The study of basic spellcodes and understanding of the pulse(lifeforce) of the land and self. In particular, her training in basic systems was especially rigorous as the fundamentals are always essential. As an aside, this covers formalcraft relevant to the particular needs of the Plessis.
Alchemy Outwardly, the main talent of the family. The western paradigm of transmutation, one of the pillars of modern thaumaturgy. In particular, her family specializes in core, basic compositions- rather than complicated transmutations. Sylvia is doubtlessly proficient in the use of Alchemy. Sylvia is capable of using something close to High-Speed Aria by taking advantage of her various mystic codes computation abilities.
Spiritual Doctor Capacity as a 'Shaman'. The original and true focus of the Plessis before they were the Plessis. It is distant in origin from Eulyphis coming from darker, more archaic practices. Sylvia is a talented user, and excels thanks to her families particular talents and focus. However in the Plessis case, they focus on 'surgery' and 'refinement' of spiritual bodies. In that regard, they have already eclipsed even a Bishop. In particular, they use it to alter the core elements within bodies in conjunction with Alchemy.
Supplies
Archidoxis Magica Seemingly a standard grimoire. It has countless formulas engraved within it, and it dates as old as the Plessis. A mystic code that automatically and preemptively prepares the formulas engraved within it. Naturally, it finds its basis within the actual text. It draws on the power of 'Fallen Angels', and has for quite awhile. In that sense the Plessis have been a little bit ahead of others.
In actuality, it is a living thing- a familiar, constructed with the same materials used to create the Plessis crest. Typically, it is stored within the Family Heads body near the Magical Crest.
Thankfully, that reduces the workload needed to manage the various perceptions a Magi requires. It also performs minor spellcodes to hasten the users work.
Elemental Masses 'Conceptualized Elements', or rather, the elements crystallized into a form close in appearance to jewels. However, it is said that the Plessis varient involves coining methods and spiritual bodies. Each one can be approximated to a instant familiar that is activated when needed. In appearance they are something close to slimes, but they can form expressions and have sapience.
In other words, they are ultimately a form of Familiar. These are different then the cores listed under War Supplies, so please keep that in mind.
Their creation is a family trade secret.
Purple Weave 'Old' clothing from her days exploring the Dragon. A form of emergency defense that can nullify and reject magical energy or spellcodes equivalent to a single action. Also offers an equivalent level of protection against other interference sources. While it can block multiple hits, it must be repaired out of combat if it takes too much damage.
She has multiple sets.
Formal Glasswear A tool from Clocktower. A very powerful mystic code with a basic ability focused around astrology and divination. It is excellent for keeping track of a battle or doing paperwork rapidly. Primarily, it helps assist in the stress of too much perception Magi can have. When used in conjunction with her Grimoire, computation is massively increased.
However, its true purpose is to allow the user to better support their Servant in combat with direct attack spellcodes. Normally, the likelihood of hitting nothing or wildly hitting ally or foe is high, but this compensates for that.
For someone trying to directly intervene in a battle between Servants, something like this is a godsend.
War supplies Elemental Mass Cores(High-Quality) Ether Projectors Bodily Fluids(Magus) Crate of Animals(Dead) Crate of Animals(Live) Box of Figurines(Holding Spirits)
Exceptional Benefit Mages Association Representative They have been provided with an exceptional mystic code, prepared ground within the city, and have brough two high quality homunculi maids with them to Montana. The primary benefit is a direct line to the top echelon of Clocktower, and a high level of clout otherwise.
Name: Gudrun(Kreimhild), the Shinning One; Queen of Hunland Faction: Red Class: Caster Attribute: Earth Alignment: Neutral Good
Personality:
A woman who experienced a terrible life full of tragedy, death, and near constant betrayal. Under any other class, her personality would certainly be much more dark and somber. However as Caster, it is the Gudrun who found peace during her several year tenure in Daneland. During that period, she distracted herself by creating a grand tapestry describing the past, present, and future of the Volsungs. In other words, she focused on her magecraft and found fulfillment within it. Caster truly gives herself over to the advancement of magecraft, finding comfort in a beneficial distraction. However, if she were a scientist instead of a magus, the moniker 'mad scientist' would be more than apt.
Regardless, the mental and emotional damage from her life is still manifested within her personality. Despite outward appearances, she still has a very alien mindset. Called "pure" by Brynhildr, this assessment isn't wrong at all. Internally she can very easily become envious or jealous. Her outward personality is vastly different from her feelings and true self bubbling under the surface- which is full of pain, despair, and malice. If these feelings reach a certain point, the result would be terrible- her story is that of a dark avenger, after all.
Caster is still a shield maiden who fights on the "frontline". In spite of the class container, she is still the Gudrun who will go on to oppose "even Attila" in open combat. Perhaps given her (relative)lack of burdens, the reasons for this will be more positive. Caster admires Heroes, seeing both her family and Sigurd within them. Without any hesitation, Gudrun takes up arms for what she sees as 'Justice', and what is 'right'. However, don't be fooled-

Territory Creation: D Ability to create a territory advantageous to oneself as a magus. Because of her lifestyle the rank is excessively low. In Casters case the territory she creates is almost exclusively for item manufacturing. However in conjunction with the Noble Phantasm, it is possible to create a space favorable to 'Dragons'.
Item Creation: A+ Ability to create tools having magic power. As one of the main uses of this, there is the creation of Mystic Codes. Caster has numerous anecdotes of tool creation, gaining it at the highest rank. Among even Casters, she could be considered a special sort of genius. A witch who crafted tapestries foretelling the end of the Burgandians, armaments invulnerable to weapons, and various other powerful trinkets. Casters true talent lies within potions and various other tinctures. It could be said that her love potion(memory potion) guaranteed the various tragedies that took place within the later Volsunga saga.
Personal Skills
Seidr: B The ancient system of the shamans and seers of Northen Europe, the Volva. In comparison to Runes, this thaumaturgy descends from the Great Mother Freya, making use of chants(Galdr). The owner of this Skill is given a plus modifier towards checks related to divination(precognition).
Primordial Rune: B Possession of runes - the magic crest of Northern Europe. Caster has the capacity to use the 18 primal Runes discovered by Odin. By making proper use of this ability, powerful and varied effects are mastered. Her husband was granted the original runes by "that" woman, and Gudrun made use of them to warn the Niflungs of Atli's trap.
Crystallized Wisdom: A+ The wisdom gained from consuming the heart of a Dragon crystallized as glasses. Originally, a magical equipment that shouldn't exist in mythology. Even if another individual uses it, due to the enormous amount of information, a severe headache would occur. It is a skill that is most suited for the Caster class in particular. Gudrun foresaw the rise and fall of the "King of Warriors" Sigurd- that natural aptitude as a Prophetess has manifested within this skill.
Andvaranaut Cursed Yield of Andvari Rank: C Type: Anti-Army Appearance: A flawless golden ring with such luster that it truly embodies the concept of wealth itself.
The cursed Rheingold contained within the form of a ring- in other words, the physical embodiment of the unending wealth of Fafnir's horde. It was a ring coveted by the Gods, Giants, and Dwarves until mortal heroes found it in their hands. Its true capacity is to create or amplify 'wealth' without limit. Andvaranaut was Sigurd's bridal gift to Gudrun, alongside the heart(wisdom) of Fafnir. Simply put, it is Gudruns wedding ring- to her, it has meaning beyond just its material value.
Within the context of a Holy Grail War, it is used to produce volumes of treasure(resources) useful for Item Creation. With this function in mind, it can even be used to gain access to precious metals unavailable to the modern world. Because it has authority over "wealth" itself, even something like modern money can be gained or amplified. Not only that, it is an excellent storage tool for 'treasure' as well.
With true name invocation, the event of distracting Atli's massive court with gold is replicated. Cursed treasure streams forth from above, drowning Gudrun's target(s) under endless 'wealth'. It can be manipulated to focus on a large area, or directed toward just a single target. The Noble Phantasm's rank is the damage value inflicted by this rain of gold. Per legend, the true intent of such an attack isn't necessarily damage, but 'pinning' the opponent.
The owner always has LCK at rank-down. Not only that, but LCK cannot be raised under any circumstance. One cannot forget that it is Gold that was cursed by the Gods, Dwarves, and Giants who desired it.
However. . .
From the lunatic perspective of Gudrun, even those terrible curses are a 'resource' to be exploited for Item Creation.
Auðun Gram Heaven's Ruinous Dusk Rank: A+ Type: Anti-Fortress Appearance: A hybrid between a norse styled sword and a magical stave.
The greatest demonic sword, "Gram". The weapon of the great Norse Knight who was said to be the equal of a certain British King.
A weapon borrowed from her husband, and perhaps used by Gudrun to kill King Atli in the climax of Volsunga. It has been modified to be more suitable for a "Caster". Typically she stores it within Andvaranaut until it's needed. While it is still functional as a melee weapon, she typically uses it in conjunction with her magecraft as a amplification device for curses.
When its true name is invoked, the full power of Gram will be demonstrated. Using her wedding ring as a power source, Caster uses Gram's capacity as the Demonic Sword of Ruin to amplify its curses. Suspending Gram within magic circles as the central component of something like an Ether Cannon, Grams attribute of "Ruin" is pushed to the limit. A great curse taking the form of flares from the sun are released on the target, bringing calamity and ruin on whatever is reached. These can be released in a multitude of 'flares' or a singular massive one. It is a strike that burns away the world, leaving nothing but accursed land abandoned by the Gods.
Embodying a dolorous stroke which brings a great cycle to its close- the beginning and end of the Volsunga saga is demonstrated through the combined power of Andvaranaut and Gram. This is a conceptualization enforcing the end of the Hero-Race of Niflungs, as well as Atli himself. In other words, the strike that smote both Atli and his Hunnic Empire.
Gudrun's compatibility with the "Sword of the Sun" is high, which is no oddity given her epithet as "The Shinning One". Even still, it is an unwieldy attack and not normally useful in a personal duel. It is best used against enemy Noble Phantasms or static opponents under normal circumstances.
As an aside, within the Ring Cycle, the story of the Burgandians and Sigurd runs parallel to the Twilight of the Gods and the beginning of Ragnarok. As the cycle and story of the Niflungs ends, so too does the story(authority) of the Gods.
Folded Grimhild into Gudrun per Fragments. Tried to synchronize some of Gudrun and Kriemhildes elements.

Folded Grimhild into Gudrun per Fragments. Tried to synchronize some of Gudrun and Kriemhildes elements.
Oh I was talking about the concept from the LN specifically that they morhped into the weird GO skill. I just used the GO term because it brings the concept to someones attention quicker, but that was a bad idea. Sorry, I've really messed up in communicating with you so far. The ideas I'm trying to get across are good I think but I keep putting them in weird terms which is why I wanted to take a step back from speaking about them at all.
Regarding the IA B- stuff, I was just talking about how True Assassin could stay in the world for around a day without a Master. PC seems to help you stay in the world somewhat even without a Master. That is the implicit reason however it isn't directly stated so it's not absolute.
Gudrun seems scarier as an Assassin... oh, unless you're doing her Norse variant? Oh, the part about not being able to give me any swords to project is a shame, but it's not like it's a lost cause! EMIYA has a couple of things like mystic codes and even a Holy Shroud, so I'm sure he'll be able to adapt to what's given to him! I'll PM you my ideas, though... how is her Territory Creation looking like? Asking for... Archery reasons.
I'll be doing Gudrun not Kreimheld even if they did many things similarly. EMIYA does seem like someone who'd be interesting to a Caster, and also someone who'd make use of their items. So I'll get to you on that after I'm approved, I feel uncomfortable discussing things if my sheet isn't accepted yet.
Territory Creation wise, she'll probably be really bad. Sorry. At least if you're expecting a super cool temple like Medea can do anyway.
Oh, uh... sorry if I'm interrupting your conversation, but I was wondering what sort of Caster you were considering? EMIYA is a very... unique Servant, so I'm trying to see what all my cards are, if that's fine? Specifically, anything I can take advantage of, like a good Item Creation, or....?
I hope you don't mind me asking...
Well I've been somewhat holding out for the discord for real strategist talk but we can probably go over general details since EMIYA is a canon, I think. Eitherway it'll just be talking about my (intended and not yet accepted so take it all with a very big grain of salt) character concept.
Currently I'm going for Gudrun simply because it may be really awkward for me to be on Red as Morgan. She would've been great on Black, though. Still I do enjoy being on Red since I'll be able to watch the Iskander-Arturia banter going on.
Item creation wise that benefits our team a lot, since that's not really Morgans big focus but Gudrun's legend is her making love potions(and way more high tier stuff than that) and owning and controlling Fafnir's horde. However I likely won't have any swords or weapons for you to project sadly.
Did you have any ideas for what you'd want from Item Creation? May want to send that over PM, though.
... there's nothing in Fate/Zero by the name of Knight Tactics. That was only added in to Grand Order so Diarmuid had the necessary three skills, the entire concept of exploiting weaknesses is subsumed in EotM, and can only barely bridge the gap between Diarmuid and Saber--and he's hardly a pushover. It's not going to help an Assassin.
I think you're missing my point like with the 'B- PC' stuff, so I grabbed some quotes to try and explain it. It'd be hard to catch if you watched anime only, which is a possibility. I was just using Knight Tactics as an example and you seem to be stuck on it.
Calmly studying the opponent's light footwork, Saber measured the timing of her strike. Lancer too was probably estimating the speed of her charge with the density of prana she put in her body. But she still has one more secret ready for that...
By a little, just by a little, Lancer's movement weakens.
The asphalt torn up into gravels created many obstacles for a good foothold. Lancer's movement stagnates a little when he puts strength into his legs.
Saber didn't miss it.
Saber's sixth sense can theoretically surpass thought for a natural talent for battle decision, but it didn't predict her blunder.
The idea is that instinct is only valid if Saber herself isn't the one messing up. It still doesn't full 'counter' instinct even if that's the case, but it can certainly help to pull off an ambush(Something normally impossible, though there are ways like for example Snake vs Saber)
Also, instinct is very weak to things you can't 'Understand', such as Snake-style. The idea for the dance Noble Phantasm was that it invites check failures in the actual dance moves, and that it's difficult for her opponent to 'understand' what she is doing. In other words, thematically it works a lot like the Snake fight combined with the Diarmuid fight- both things that actually work quite well against something like 'Instinct' or 'Eye of the Mind'.
Naturally of course someone with high ranked instinct can deal with both, as Saber has, but it still definitely gives you a first time ambush advantage on an enemy. It's an excellent way for an Assassin to score kills, and under the right conditions, even defeat Servants they normally couldn't with team support- Like True Assassin and the Shadow.
Keep in mind I'm only posting this since I don't think we've reached a very good understanding on what I've said so far, so I wanted to clear it up. I'll keep my mouth shut on further sheets and anymore discussion regarding instinct because you asked. I'll only respond to someone if they ask for advice over the OOC or via PMs. I don't like cluttering the OOC anyway.
Basically, my idea for the NP would be to make it kind of like an evolved form of Knight Tactics where you invite check failures by viewing her dance, which you can then exploit. It also opens up the enemy to 'critical hits'/Counters and such. Think of it as a better version of Knight Tactics but focused around dancing and used constantly.
Knight Tactics really messed up Saber in Fate/Zero, as an aside, so it's a really potent ability.
Mental interference is very easy to resist so having that as your exclusive noble phantasm would be very weak, especially in a war with so many top-servants.
