...I don't quite understand what you're on about here. (Given that my character's name is Zenovia)

* Do you still want to play this RP?Yes.
* Do you still find it fun?Kind of? I understand that hype tends to slow down when a RP has a few posts in. It's a natural thing. It's like trying to stay excited about one thing for a long time. It's difficult to do that.
* Is participation difficult?No not really

Additionally, about that comment on Character relations. Due to the fact that we were all thrown into a fight the moment we left the town, it's hard to say "We should've establish character relationships". There was no time for that to happen. Everyone was busy with figuring out the situation, looking through their chests or chasing Vert around.. And then we've been fighting the Warlock until now.

If you don't allow there to be some breathing space, I don't think you're allowed to harp on about it. That's just my two cents.

Might I add something else, regarding Xeno. He wasn't really saying that you're bad writers. He came into this RP with a certain expectation of how this RP should be run. Most casual RPs have posts with a paragraph or 2 with a good amount of lore set in place. And he was disappointed to see 'Rapid fire' posts of one sentence, even though this was advertised as 'Casual'. It had nothing to do with anyone's ability to write.

Personality:
Ruarc can be described as a pretty easy-going guy. He enjoys drinking, gambling and everything that's wrong with the world. He usually comes off as quite self centered and cynical. Due to his occupation, he's quite distrusting of others and he doesn't expect them to trust him back. He can be quite blunt at times, just saying things that are on his mind for the sake of saying them, whether it pisses someone off is really none of his concern. His demeanour often shows that he doesn't care if he's alone at all, however deep down he appreciates it when people decide to keep him company. It's always nice to have someone around. Despite his shitty attitude, he's quite open minded and accepting of most things, no matter how bizarre they may be. He just takes it into stride. At times Ruarc can be quite silly and childish, especially when he's putting random things in people's pockets, he finds it hilarious. He's of the opinion that people need to just 'chill out' and think before they open their mouths, because it always leads to bad things.

Escape Artist: 
Due to Ruarc’s quick wit, he’s able to escape from situations that most would find impossible.
Agile: 
As stated among his strengths, Ruarc is able to perform many acrobatic feats in and out of combat. He is able to dodge and weave between various attacks. Effectively, parkour.
Sneak: 
As a thief, Ruarc is able to conceal himself and move inconspicuously with ease. Paired with his skills as an Escape artist, he is able to get himself out of undesirable situations without much trouble.
Sleight of Hand: 
A self respecting pickpocket would always be skilled in subtle hand movements, allowing him to take and place whatever he pleases without anyone noticing before it’s too late.
Knife Fighting: Despite Ruarc’s obvious avoidance of combat, he’s actually quite good at fighting with knives and daggers. These skills are only used in life and death situations.

History

Childhood:
Ruarc had an unfortunate childhood. From the moment he was born, he was abandoned at a nearby orphanage; his parents unable to tend to a new life like his. The owner of the Orphanage took him in and raised him. But not as a child, but a criminal. From the moment he was able to walk and comprehend speech, he was trained in the arts of thievery. Every time he made a mistake, he was scolded. Beaten. Bruised. Scarred. Thus he was quick to perfect what the owner had taught him, he wanted to survive after all. Anything he managed to steal was taken away from him as ‘contributions’ to the orphanage. He didn’t own anything. Not a single penny. The owner had given him one thing though. A tattoo on his arm. The tattoo trailed and coiled down his left arm in the shape of a thorny vine. It was the owner’s way of saying “I own you and you cannot escape.” A sick joke.

By the time he reached his teen years, he had become the topic of the town. Things disappearing left and right. Houses ransacked. Knights losing their purses. All investigations were futile as there was no evidence left at the scene. They never caught Ruarc. Like a mouse stealing food from a farmer; the thief stole without remorse. Yet he owned nothing still.

Soon the half elf was tired of it all. He wanted to own his own things. He had enough of these bogus contributions to the orphanage. He barely got enough to eat even though he did all this work… He steeled his resolve as he drew the dirk that he had stolen from one of the patrols. During one fateful night, Ruarc snuck into the owner’s room; slitting his throat before he could so much as wake from his slumber.

He escaped the orphanage, sickened by what he had just done. Taking a life isn’t as easy as taking money.

Adulthood:
By his early 20’s, Ruarc had travelled to other cities and towns, stealing from anyone and anything to create a small fortune for himself. He’d often spend his time at taverns, having drinks with the other patrons and flirting with the waitresses. By now he had loosened up quite significantly, leaving his strict childhood behind him. Unfortunately, he couldn’t get rid of the tattoo, however some people thought it looked pretty cool along with his scars.

Special Moments:
Once upon a time, Ruarc had fallen in love with a woman while he was in Astaras. He’d often joke about stealing her heart, but it was his that she had stolen instead. She taught him many things; about magic, science and the culture of her city. In return he had taught her a few things of his own, but that’s a story for another time. Perhaps the story will never be told, for his lover was taken by another criminal. A murderer. Needless to say, the perpetrator got what he deserved. But it didn’t solve anything. No amount of riches could fill the void that had opened in his heart. 

Current Events:
The scent of gold and luxury lures those who seek it. However Shezze doesn’t have any of that. There’s not luxury or gold in the run down place that he once called home. Every so often, Ruarc would come back to his town to see how it looked. It never changed. Everything still looked terrible. However, now that he was confident enough in his skills, he thought he’d try find his fortune within the unexplored tunnels. Nothing was going to stop him from obtaining something valuable.
