A metal Logia type would be kinda OP. Um... Maybe Paramecia that turns you to Liquid Metal/Solid Metal, kinda like that Gold Fruit guy.
ok, I'll take out the part about makes the liquid metal like acid and the part that lets him create weapons out of the metal. it will only make him into a liquid metal state and create a sort of armor around him when its solid. would that work?
"As they exploded" Musta been painful. I assume it was just a small error, with it and Caption instead of Captain. I'd be alright with Seth, except for him being captain. The other guy, No way jose. Also, the Naming Convention is a Japanese Onomonatopeia said twice usually.
sorry for the mistakes. there's really no reason for it. I'm going to go back and change Seth's back story a little. I also deleted the Nails Character. being two characters might be pushing it. also, I was thinking of changing the fruit to the Tetsu Tetsu no Mi. it's a a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the a person to control, create, and transform into metal at will, turning the user into a Metal Human. I've been researching all types of Devil Fruit. Wow, I've got to admit Nails the Reaper is probably one of the most over-the-top Grimdark One Piece OCs I've ever seen and that's saying something. Also personally not sure how 'summoning chaos creatures from a bizarre hell dimension' remotely fits in with One Piece in aesthetic or function personally and not sure why you signed up with two characters when nobody else did. Bizarre all around really. Not sure if anyone else shares my sentiments.

History:
Seth was born to a black smith family. While he was still young his mother and father showed him how to craft great weapons. At the age of six he crafted his first weapon, a sword he called Gate Keeper because on the blade looked like the bars of a gate. From then on he continued to work on his craft as a black smith. By the age of thirteen he and his friends were out exploring the forest outside their village. As they explored Seth found a strange fruit hanging from a dead tree. His friends dared him to eat it. Seth being the adventurous type took them up on their offer. He ate the fruit in two bites and nearly threw it back up as the taste of metal filled his mouth. They were soon driven out of the forest by a hermit screaming at them. All Seth heard from the hermit was, “You’ve just doomed yourself boy! May the gods have mercy on your soul!”
When Seth returned home he felt sluggish and sick. He quickly got into bed and fell asleep. He awoke in the middle of the night as screams echoed in the village. He quickly got up and ran down stairs. When he ran out of the house he saw the village on fire as pirates attacked everyone. He found his mother and father fighting them and ran inside to grab a sword, but when he took his Gate Keeper from the shelf, it felt like it weight a thousand pounds. Try as he might, he was unable to lift the sword or for that matter, any weapon. He ran outside towards his parents. If he couldn’t use a weapon, he’d use his fists. He tripped over a dead body and fell at the feet of a pirate. The pirate smiled as he lifted his axe and swung down at Seth. All Seth could do was use his arms in defense. He felt a pressure on his arms and felt small fragments hit his body. When he opened his eyes he was dumbfounded. His hands and arms where covered in silver metal and the axe blade had shattered. The pirate was in shock and Seth took that moment to strike. He quickly got to his feet and punched the pirate with all his might. Seth heard the cracking of the pirate’s skull with every punch he delivered. Seth looked at his hands and arms as the silver metal suddenly changed into liquid metal and sunk into his skin.
He felt something hit the back of his head and he fell unconscious. When Seth woke up, he found himself in a warm bed and a nurse hovering over him. He started to get up but the nurse quickly stopped him. When he asked where he was, the nurse told him he was on a navy ship that passed by the island his village was on. He then asked about his parents. The nurse simply shook her head and stated he was the only survivor of the massacre.
After arriving at the navy base, Seth decided to track down the pirates that attacked his village and killed his family. He joined the navy and quickly discovered that the fruit he ate was a Devil Fruit called the Tetsu Tetsu no Mi. When he did research on the fruit he discovered his body could create liquid metal, become liquid metal, and he could make the liquid metal into a sort of armor. He also found that the Liquid metal was weak against extreme weather conditions like heat and cold. it also didn't protect him from anyone with an electrical ability like lightning or electricity.

When Seth was ready, Captain Siege gave him an assignment. he wanted Seth to act as a pirate and go under cover to understand how pirates think and to get a head start on any that wanted to cause harm to innocent people. Seth was nervous that his cover would be blown but with Captain Siege reassuring him. Seth went off to start his assignment. He was now one step closer in finding his parents killer. but something wade heavy in his mind. it was what Captain Siege told him when he explained why he joined the navy. "When you get your revenge, what then?"

Charmeleon grew up in the Charicific Valley with his mother and brother who, when he was born had already evolved from a Charmander to a Charmeleon. He would always follow his older brother even if it meant getting hurt. When his brother finally evolved onto a Charizard he wanted to follow in his footsteps of every day he trained and every night he wait for his brother to come home and tell of his adventures outside the valley. When he finally evolved it meant toe world to him and he waited for his brother to come home, but he never did. He soon learned why. His brother had been banished from the valley for attacking humans on a nearby boat. When he learned of this he ran away from home and whenever a trainer tried to catch him he did all he could to keep from being caught. He found his brother along his travels, but it wasn’t a happy reunion.

He didn't know how fast it was but when he opened his eyes he saw a lone Charmeleon standing in front of him. most of the Sevipers where gone while some lay on the ground dead. the Charmeleon turned to him and smiled. from then on he traveled with the Charmeleon. he felt the Charmeleon was his only friend in the world. after seeing his mother killed, Cubone couldn't speak or rather chose not to.
