Fablemaiden: a Magical Girl RP

I hope it's okay that she doesn't have a magical girl appearance just yet. I want to try and draw it myself, eheh. ^^; Also, I hope it's okay that I went with a Japanese fairytale rather than a western one. I had the character first (she's a really old character that I like reusing in things ^^;), and it seemed to fit her more really.

Fablemaiden: a Magical Girl RP

• Name: Kotori Ryuuzaki
• Gender: Female
• Fablemaiden Name: Momohime
• Normal Appearance: Whee~ She's actually pretty tall for a Japanese girl.
• Personality: Ryuuzaki sees herself as a modern day samurai of sorts, and is something of a traditionalist as her clothing choices seem to imply. She applies herself to any task she performs with utmost seriousness, and can come off a little intimidating at first, but she is a well meaning, honest and loyal to a fault. She dreams of becoming a "Samurai of the People", not bound to a single lord but pledged to help mankind as a whole, and as such tries her hardest to trust the word of those she meets completely, her staunch belief in the better nature of people often coming off as a naivety at odds with her otherwise serious demeanour. She seems as though she was born a few centuries too late, and would've been much more at home during the time of the samurai; she's not at all comfortable with the modern world and finds it difficult operating most appliances. She can come off as somewhat tomboyish, and were this being written in Japanese she would refer to herself using masculine pronouns. Ryuuzaki hates her given name, Kotori, and prefers to be called by her family name, Ryuuzaki.
• Occupation: Student, Kendo Club president.
• Fablemaiden Appearance/Costume: Here we go.
• Fablemaiden Artifact: Momotaro's Peach
• Fablemaiden Weapon: N/A; instead, she uses her bokken.
• Attack: Peach Moon Slash - Ryuuzaki's attacks will be based on Momotaro and his animal companions, and the first one represents Momotaro himself. Peach blossom petals billow out around her as she circles her sword, energy charging in the blade before she slashes out a powerful pink sword-beam.
• Other: Insanely skilled with her sword. She has been taught kenjutsu ever since she was old enough to walk, and it's no wonder why she's the president of her school's Kendo Club. She's also generally atheletic all around, and possessed of far greater strength and agility than one would expect. Ryuuzaki is also a somewhat skilled cook; whilst she's not quite the best cook in the world, her food is still usually delicious and edible.

Oh no, don't get me wrong, I like the Joker. Well, depending on the author I guess. But it's kind of hard not to like him when you grew up watching Mark Hamill's superb performance of him in the 90's animated series. Plus he's pretty much the main reason my favourite Batman villain even exists (Harley Quinn, if anyone's curious). I just think people get him wrong far too often, which is kind of sad really.

@AsuraWell, I meant more the real robot genre (Gundam, Code Geass et all; not Macross though because despite being real robot that's far from grim 'n' gritty XD), buuut I'll admit that got a chuckle out of me anyways. XD @Master CrimI like you. You get it. I just wish more people could think like that, honestly. ^^;
