And then you wake up because sadly that can only exist in the land of dreams.

I'm really not a dog person (crippling cynophobia will do that to you) but I would protect Pombon with my life.

Oh hey, the IC went up whilst I was asleep. :O I... Will wait until I'm more awake before introducing Kohaku I guess.

...Why is Dio speaking Japanese? He's English, and spent most of part 3 in Cairo. He really only speaks Japanese in the manga and anime since... It's a manga and anime. Translation conventions and all. XD
Eh, I think there's some stuff that would fit well, stuff like the more superhero-ish magical girls (Sailor Moon, Precure, Nanoha et all), super robot stuff (there's even precendence for that, what with Shogun Warriors being part of Marvel canon and being some of the classic super robots), and the straight up western-style superhero stuff like Tiger & Bunny and One Punch Man. Stuff that would make sense in a superhero setting and all.

...Then again, it's kind of hard to fight street crime whilst at the helm of a twenty meter tall titan of steel, as amusing as that thought is. Hmmm.

I'm fine either way honestly, though. Just like to play devil's advocate from time to time. Besides, the main Japanese superhero thing I'd want to take stuff from if I did go that route is live action anyways. XD
The verdict is still out on Manga/Anime material though.

But what about my beloved live action Kamen Riders I mean okays. XD Makes it easier to figure something out if there's a bit less choice really.
There's one thing I want to ask, actually, although if it was answered in a previous incarnation of this RP then I apologize for bringing it up. Basically, was just wondering if we're restricted to just Marvel and DC stuff, or if we can use things from any kind of superhero media? Just wondering is all. ^^; It's fine if it's the former so yeah.
I know Gil is one of the characters who GS will instantly reject, so yeah. XD
Um... So I don't usually go in for advanced stuff but I might just lurk here for the time being. ^^;
@VitaVitaARSo you're glad I kept bugging you to watch it then? >.> <.<
@Dead CruiserWell that sounds, as they say, pretty fucking metal.

...Thinking about it, seeing her reactions to the Neko-Arcs Kohaku is probably going to be freaked out by the likes of Fawful and the pony. XD That should be fun to do.

Indeed. I may have a character at hand even more outlandish than a time-stopping body-stealing vampire.

And then Kohaku just shrugs because she lives in a world with really frigging weird vampires. XD
  • Name: Kohaku
  • Universe: The Nasuverse, specifically the Tsukihime/Melty Blood side of things.
  • Appearance: "It's needle time~"
  • Personality: In the past, Kohaku used her perpetually cheerful and manic demeanour to mask how hollow and empty she was inside; however, this mask has broken as of late and began to bleed into her true personality. Thus... She's rather manic, and seemingly perpetually cheerful and smiling. She's also rather conniving and devious, however, and a constant schemer; whilst the intended end results of this behaviour aren't as sinister as they used to be, it's still not a good idea to let your guard down around her. On a lighter note, Kohaku has a fondness for video games, and owns the only television in the Tohno Mansion in order to indulge in this hobby. She's very protective of her twin sister Hisui; whilst she is not involved in these events, she serves as the main reason Kohaku wants to get home as soon as possible.
  • Brief Bio: When Kohaku was still young, she and her twin sister Hisui were brought into the Tohno household to be trained as maids, but more importantly because of their Synchronizer abilities. Some... Stuff happened which I'd feel really uncomfortable writing about, which left her as a hollow shell who only cared about her sister and her plan to destroy the Tohno family from the inside. Thanks to the influence of one Shiki Tohno, however, she's dropped this plan (for the time being) and has slowly but surely transformed her personality into the fake one she used to hide just how hollow she was inside. During the Night of Wallachia, where the reality warping powers of a powerful vampire known as the TATARI caused rumours to become reality, the rumours of one of the Tohno family's maids being a witch and a mad scientist made her a bit... Different than before.
  • Equipment: Various cooking utensils, such as frying pans, pots, knives, etc. As can be expected from a maid, she also carries a broom; a bamboo one in specific, which actually has a katana hidden within the handle. She also has a few seeds which she can use to grow the plants mentioned above, and several syringes full of rather dubious substances; these include tranquilizers and anaesthetics, and a healing concoction derived from her own blood; but also more outlandish substances she has only been able to produce due to her TATARI-influence descent into mad science, such as the growth serum Makikyu-X (results may vary) and its antidote Tonamin-Z.
