Oh boy I really need to expand on my character idea beyond "hot-tempered and aggressive girl who pilots a tanky linebreaker mecha" really.

At least messing about in Gundam Breaker 4 has gotten me a design for her mecha I guess.

Although I'm probably most interested in Earth or Jupiter from what's been noted? But I'd be fine with anywhere as long as I'm not the only one there. XD

Compared to that nightmare, the pain that woke her up was completely insignificant. She opened her eyes slowly, initially only able to make out a bunch of blurry green blobs around her, her eyes taking their time to adjust to the light as she raised a stubby little hand to rub the sleep out of them.

...Stubby? Little? Were they always like... Yes, yes of course they were, it would be silly if her hands weren't her hands after all, so they must have.

Minor existential quandaries about limb size aside, her eyes were finally getting used to the light, and the green blobs were focusing into more coherent shapes, like trees, and grass, and bo-

...Uh.

Was that a goblin poking her?

Of... Of course it was. She could trust her own eyes, and if a shortstacked green girl was poking her cheek, then it only made sense they were a goblin. Why should she overreact to this? Goblins couldn't be anything weird if one of them was trying to wake her up. Groggily, she sat up and rubbed her temple.

"Uuugh... My head hurts..."

Born in some no-name backwater town in the sticks, with no real prospects in life, the only time the aimless drifting was disturbed was when someone gave you a nasty shove? No wonder you spent most of it in your room, rotting away, all alone. All you did was read and watch and play trashy fantasy stories, wanting to just get away from everything but unable to do anything about it yourself. And the one time you tried to get away and do something? What's that, the plane crashed and you died as pointlessly as you lived? It's only fitting, really. You were never going to be anything anyway. Good riddance.
