I've done the same thing... Mostly in Arena RPs though. For some reason, I once thought that a 10 second time bubble that makes everyone within it slower than a snail, except for the user, was considered "low tier".

Though... Idk how gun control works in japan, but I'm pretty sure a lonely boy with no real connections couldnt find an illegal dealer who would give a minor a gun.
