I just remembered that I once read a creepypasta about slenderman killing Hitler and it was actually pretty good. Grammar-wise and stuff I mean, but it was about still slenderman killing hitler :|

I wanted to find out how to communicate to wild Buns that I am their ally but it's a bit late because there's only one around our house now ;_;

I'm pretty sure I'd want Alto's second date sometime after the two weeks so that it can get delayed indefinitely but I can't think of a good reason so I just won't have one.
3(ish?) hours after Behir...

There was a dead silence at the cafe table. Alto sitting across from Melissa, brows furrowed in thought.

"...I feel like that could've been better." Alto said, breaking the silence.

"I know right?!" Melissa retorted, slamming her hands down on the table. She flinched at her own sudden outburst. She took a quick look to check that people weren't staring, but she didn't seem too apologetic anyway.

They had just finished watching Ghost in the Shell. Alto hadn't known all that much. Melissa apparently knew the source material fairly well. For an outsider like himself, all that he could say was that the visual effects were stunning, but there wasn't all that much else to the movie. The way Melissa was taking it, she seemed to be treating it like it was... not the angriest he'd ever seen something, but it was certainly up there.

"It's such a waste to have such a good baseline to build on and then, they... made it! Like that! Why?!" She said motioning furiously.

Oh actually, he'd forgotten until now but Melissa had dressed up for the occasion. A light, airy dress with simple accessories, which worked well. He didn't know how to judge fashion, obviously. He wore the same outfit every single day but he didn't really feel self-conscious about it. Melissa was fuming she still looked like she was glowing next to Alto. He smiled at the comedy of it all.

Melissa took a moment to calm down.

"...Sorry..." She said finally.

"I didn't know you were that passionate," Alto said with a lighthearted laugh. "I could stay and listen to you all day if you wanted me to."

She blushed a deep red at that, and Alto realized the way he'd phrased that last sentence. He didn't mind the reaction, but he sort of knew somewhere he didn't feel the same way people said you were supposed to feel when you said something like that. The only reaction he had to her blushing was the compulsion to pat her on the head which felt like a weird thing to do.

"You want to go out again sometime?" He asked.

"U-Umm... yeah! Sure!" She stammered.

Maybe he'd be able to say it next time.
Been busy with schoolwork. I'll do a post for Alto when I get home which should be just about 4 hours from now
"Got it." Alto said, shrugging Dragon Heart off.

Normally people wouldn't get that close because they'd feel the heat a ways off, but Dragon Heart was one of the few Epics that could stay next to him like that. Still, he didn't need to be that close, and it'd be easier to deposit the turtle if he closed some of the distance to the lake himself.

When the turtle was in position Alto took out his bandages. With his free hand he started winding it around the Vice Claw. Neither his hand nor the bandages caught fire and when he wrapped enough around it the Vice Claw disappeared instantly, dropping the turtle.

"If that's taken care of then I'm gone," He said, turning to walk away from the lake. "I've got places to be, after all."

"Hey now, I was making sure there was no possibility it would do anything, and this happens to be a good way of doing it." Alto said, putting one hand on his hips.

The fire he'd tried to smother the turtle with didn't seem like it was doing too much so he stopped adding more. It seemed like all the civilians were gone now but he didn't know whether putting it down would be a good idea or not. It was angry, maybe he could toss it into the park somewhere and it'd forget about him. If he was honest, lifting it up was probably not the best way to deal with it period, but Alto didn't have any better ways he could think of that he could've done instead. It was already enraged when Black Light threw the person at it, or at least that's how he saw the situation.

"I can keep this up all day if I have to, but if you want it down then I'll put it down." He said, turning towards the ensemble of Epics still left behind. "At least tell me one of you has a hole I can throw this in."

I probably could've posted more about Alto's lack of game knowledge or acknowledged anomaly's presence a bit more but I'm post8ng from mobile on 16% and I have to make sure I can still call someone to pick me up when I get home
"I'm gonna be real honest, I don't know what Mario 64 is." He said, flames washing over the Vice Claw. He couldn't really tell whether it was his fire or not, but it didn't matter at this distance.

Swinging around it around didn't seem like the best idea. Alto would get dizzy long before it did. It didn't seem like slamming it against the ground would do too much because the underside of turtles was usually armored as well. Even though he hadn't really gotten a good look he wasn't going to bet on it. There was one thing that did work on almost any living creature, actually.

The lines had been blurred somewhat with all the new monsters running around but most living organisms still needed to breathe oxygen. The turtle probably had nostrils for a reason besides smell, after all.

"You better get back, it's about to get hotter." He said to the girl.

More flames surged up from within the turtle's mouth, and they started to engulf its head. He only needed to block its throat and nostrils so there wouldn't be too much fire. He seemed to remember somebody saying something about turtles being able to breathe through their anus but it might've been a different animal. Either way he was going to find out.
@Banana
Damn, he hadn't been able to react to that one. Hopefully the bystander didn't have any family, but the chances of that were depressingly low. To make sure that wouldn't happen again, he needed to act fast.

"Everyone, get down..." He said. They were mostly running away already, but for the sake of making it known he was trying something it was probably had to be said.

He tugged on his bandages and they came loose. Under that he also had his silver necklace for added security. He stowed them both in his pockets as he walked towards the raging turtle. The Vice Claw flared to life, and the turtle took notice. Just to make sure it wouldn't get distracted, Alto shot a blast of fire towards its eyes. Judging by the smoke coming out of its mouth the fire itself probably wouldn't actually do anything. Sudden bright lights and the sensation of fire probably would though.

The turtle roared and charged at Alto. He didn't know turtles could roar, although he couldn't really think of another sound it would make, and he didn't know it could charge but he'd been expecting something like that to begin with. He put his arm out in front, goading the turtle to come and bite down on it. Alto jumped backwards as it came close, then rotated its head to bite him.

It was close, but the turtle missed its main target. Instead, it clamped down on Alto's arm. It looked understandably confused as it failed to bite through what appeared to be a puny human appendage. It looked even more confused as the Vice Claw expanded in its mouth and flames started coming out of its mouth. Alto slowly started to lift the turtle into the air with just the Vice Claw, making it grow longer and longer until the turtle was well clear of the ground.

"Anybody know what to do with this thing? I don't think fire's going to kill it that easily." He said to the crowd behind
Might be late, snapping turtle in central. I'm going over to make sure nothing happens.

He looked at the text he was about to send with more than a little incredulity. The movie was in about half an hour, but he still sent the message.

Epic City was, most of the time, a rich tapestry. You had all these heroes running around, all these stories of all kinds. But every once in a while you got these snapping turtles emerging who just wanted to snack on the trees and the benches. There were reports of harpies in other parts of the city but Alto probably wouldn't reach them in time to do anything.

He had to say though, the turtle was pretty damn zen over there. Lightning going on in the background and all that but it just kept going at its own pace. Dragon said something about clearing off to most of the people there. It probably wasn't a good idea to intrude on him either.

"Well, not like keeping watch is a bad thing..." He said.
@Regitnui I've got too many games to finish but if you can schedule it sometime after July 30th it should be ok
