I believe I've already sent the Hyper Photosynthesis desc to you, so you must know that those 500 Uri, even if they had trained in the power, would only be able to use it sparingly. Just throwing that out there so you don't mess things up :/. Although I don't know what effect Vestecs corruption would have on the power....
MMkay. Vestec's corruption would simply make it more powerful, but more damaging too. As in, their body starts tearing apart. It's not a lot of them training in it anyways. A dozen max.

. No matter, Arguis has his signature, with his soul attached. Nothing says he can't, I don't know, create a written contract that overrules the verbal one, he has his soul bound signature on it, so he had basically agreed to what ever Arguis writes on the page. Yay loopholes!
