Hi there, I’m Rumi to those that don’t know me and I was reviewing some of my table top game systems when I got to reading an old White Wolf game system called Aberrant to think of a way to adapt some of its power structures to forum RP.

Then I saw a simple plan, I use the Attributes only to make an RP. Brilliant at least I hope so.

In a Nutshell

In the RP for those who’ve never read a White Wolf CS there are 9 Attributes in three associated columns and assigned three blocks of points to spend in each column 7/5/3 which are usually spent on normal attributes like those everyman has; I’m changing that.

Physical

Strength

Str. Is the physical power of an individual, their ability to lift objects, cause damage, and resolve leaps and jumps...details I love them.

Dexterity

Dex. measures agility and hand eye coordination. It helps determine how fast you can run, your chance to hit a target and other matters of speed, grace, and control

Mega-Strength
Level 1 = Stupendous, Olympic weightlifters stare in awe as you deadlift 1 ton
Level 2 = Amazing, When your car breaks down you can carry it home on a shoulder (Deadlift 10 tons)
Level 3 = Incredible, you can toss cars (Deadlift 25 tons)

Mega-strength enhancements
Crush = this is the ability to focus your strength in a Bearhug, Punch, or Kick to max it’s damage
Shockwave = Stomping, punching or striking the ground causes a shockwave to strike every target in Mega-Str X 10 meters stunning them and knocking them off their feet if they have no Mega Counter such as Sta vs stun and Dex to remain on their feet.
Leap = Allows you to leap 100 meters for each dot of mega strength and survive most falls no matter the height.
Thunderclap = Less destructive and non lethal shockwave.

Mega-Dexterity
Level 1 = Stupendous, You can juggle knives in Zero-G with your feet and stand a chance at dodging bullets
Level 2 = Amazing, Bruce Lee and Jet Lee blink trying to see your punches
Level 3 = Incredible, When you run by someone they see a blur

Mega-dexterity enhancements
Accuracy = You are a legend in the art of ranged attacks
Enhanced movement = You can cover 100 meters for each level each movement phase (meaning 100 meters every 3 seconds for level 1 and 200 meters for level 2 and so on)
Fast Tasks = Halves time doing things like mechanics, knit a sweater, build, clean and assemble for each level
Flexibility = You are an escape artist, contortionist, spooky sexy creature.
Physical Prodigy = Sports, Dancing, and related skills are where you out shine anyone else except others with this enhancement at higher levels
Catfooted = You are the Ninja of ninja when it come to stealth, you walk on eggs without leaving a trace of making a sound (Levels in Dex help you oppose a Gamma with Mega-Perception)
Rapid Strike = This is your extra attacks 1+ 1 for level 1 (2 attacks) 1+ 2 for level 2 (3 attacks) 2+ 3 for level 3 (5 attacks)

Gamma were in the beginning known only to a select few world wide by 1948-49 then he showed up “Celestial” he called himself and he could fly or make other things fly; a talent he demonstrated on Live TV when a freak storm blew the Dumbo Macy’s parade balloon into the air with 5 boys who’d received the honor of joining the 30 man crew and had refused to let go too late as it sailed up striking the 14th floor of a skyrise throwing the boys into the 10th knocking all but one lose to plummet to their deaths.

Long story short “Celestial” caught the falling boys and floated them to the pavement safe and sound then grabbed 3 towlines and pulled the runaway back down to its handlers and saved the day while blowing the secret.

In two months you could count known Gamma on both hands but 2 years later Gamma numbered in the 100’s worldwide.

Here it is 2018 and Gamma are born to HS to HS (Homo Sapiens) in every 1 in 250,000 births - Gamma to HS 1 in 232,000 - Gamma to Gamma 1 in 217,000 meaning they think there are maybe 3 or 4 million Gamma worldwide.

TRINITY CITY

Welcome to Trinity City, a city of Heroes and where you’ve always lived or come driven by fate. I know that sounds hokey but its true if you’re a Gamma, think L.A., New York, London, Tokyo, or your country’s city of dreams.

There are 22 million souls living in a city built in the area that was once the Trinity Test Site and where this all started July 16, 1945 in the Jornada del Muerto (Journey of the Deadman) Desert.

Things could have remained quiet as they did on your world but on Earthe 3 years later Transemium a new crystal that could hold enormous amounts of potential energy making electric cars and planes reality was found by a White sands Air Force unit out picking up pieces of test materials blasted by a test of a dam nuke howitzer.

The story is long and boring who and how it was discovered but the new crystal caused a huge rush when it’s potential was revealed by accident to the public at large. Well for the first two years of the Rush Trinity sprang up near the mines which were thought to be the only source of the energy crystals, but you already know how that went bust when it was revealed they were now all over the Earthe and all you needed to find a deposit was to wave a fluorescent light tube around till it glowed.

Still Trinity had the Edge because it was where the first crystal labs were established and the Biggest Fish in that pond Wonderworks “Where Impossible is just another word” started. They were ahead of everybody and it was because of Norwegian born Kel Randolph the Gamma age’s Edison and Einstein in one package and it turned out a Gamma...one of the first.

Elvira continued to dance in the air to her tunes till she noticed she had people's attention so she flipped from music to Axel's Comms which she rewound to when Zack spoke up saying they call it a day; just what she wanted to hear.

"Wow great to hear sweetie because I have a better idea and one we should at least give a go." says Elvira just before launching herself at their fearless leader and spiraling him twice.

"I say we learn if flying, ghosting through solids, and hard areobatics reveal any limitations in our new gear...Besides It'll be fun an we can bond."

Lacy tapped into the Comms circuit and toyed with it's electronics adapting it to send a bluetooth signal to her ear buds then selecting a broadband carrier and patched in her parents Law offices server as a pre-filter as she called up one of her favorite Playlist of AMV's. Then she sort of zoned out till things got interesting.

She had changed in temperment since the day she'd become a half/ghost and Elvira as she called herself in Ghost was an almost a fully formed secondary personality she sometimes felt she was channeling and Elvira was the type who'd have been at home on Lan Kwai Fong not that she'd ever been there.......she was too young when her family moved.

Moved by the tunes pounding into her ears, even her body as she tuned it through her ability Elvira Dances provocatively to the music as she awaits a decision.
