@Partisan Don't give my acceptances you asswipe, I hope you die.

@Angel Eyes Alright if it's generally weaker and not an entire cave killing everyone you're all set.
We're still waiting on chars and we're probably accepting more since some people never showed up, yes.

EDIT: @Alan Hawke Okay, Technique wise it's acceptable. However the general quality of the CS could use some work. We're not strict on this but I expect at the very least a paragraph on personality. The rest is fine I suppose.

Also if you can put the links in the [url] format that would make your CS prettier. C:
Aoi Don Maquia

"Owwwww! Hey, kyaaaa, stop it!"

Cried the little clown, dragged away by an overly Tsundere Sentou. Aoi could only guess her friend was ashamed of her little tricks and decided to take matters in her own hand. We was held rather submissive to Sentou's lock, but there were amusing alternatives to like working up the young Uchiha's temper with even more tricks. Luckily she and Sentou were tight, and as such Aoi didn't feel the compulsive need to impress her as much, so little practical jokes were not to be scrapped. Secreting mucus from her head and ear, she'd cover Sentou's hand with that thick, sticky liquid while letting her slip away.

As Aoi swiftly bounced away from Sentou's range, she purged her pigtails to release her medium length hair. The party had indeed started since almost everyone who was invited had arrived, including a certain redhead. There was her good friend Daiki, someone she enjoyed more than most, probably because she could get over his depressive act, and he was being all sulky as usual. Despite solicitation he didn't seem that enthusiastic, so Aoi would cure that with one simple action. The little clown quickly cartwheeled her way behind the lad facing the lake, only to greet him with a kick on the ass.

"Gueeeesssss Whooooooooooooooooo!"

At least Aoi wasn't wearing shoes, sticking to only to rainbow colored stockings to keep her from the cold, but he could still feel that marvelous kick on the behind mercilessly damning him to the warm waters of the lake. A smile of satisfaction formed on her face as she bent herself over to peer down at the poor, poor Daiki boy.

"Teehee~ That'll teach ya' to be boring in my parties!"

She added emphasis on the fact that is was her event, and thus anyone being ridiculously depressed or boring would suffer great consequence, like Yamato, but the lakehouse party was enough of a punishment for him. But as amusement roamed in her mind, she recalled having someone bring the 'interesting' consumables. Upon hearing Shin inquire females, Aoi finally remembered what was missing. She dramatically pointed at Shin, soliciting his attention for the important factor of this party.

"SHIN! Did you bring the... You know, magic potions?!"

The little carny called alcohol like that, simply because it magically turned reserved and shy individuals like Daiki a lot more social and active during such events. It also made them forget about all their worries. She also had to be discreet in case there were goody two shoes snitches around... A little beer would likely lighten the burden on the redhead's shoulders after all, plus she always wanted to see Naomi drunk, so having those ready before she'd be around would prove to be tactical for Aoi little scheme.
@Angel Eyes I really like the character and the KG coming with it. Before I accept it, I'd like you to explain the difference in power scale between Hymn of manipulation and this. Your jutsu also manipulates animals which is a plus over this powerful jutsu. Also does it affect summons?

The rest is fine~
@Reflection Alright, we can offer two teleports per fight. Above that it'll have nasty side effects. The fact that you're basing your arsenal around Swift release does make things problematic. Your call.

Also wires are still out. o;

Edit: Refer to Partisan's premature review. I'm still denying wires.

J8 accepted.

Don't have a problem with yours, Ken.
@Reflection I'll get back to you on this. However I don't think range is that relevant. I'll let Vuur have his say as well.
<Snipped quote by Savato>

Alright. (I chatted with Masaki Earlier, and she said it was alright. But it's understandable that doesn't work for everybody.) I will attempt to figure something out for the Swift release, and if unable to find anything that isn't just "Cooldown rate" I'll just scrap that and figure out something else.

I was going to add ideas but the cooldown rate is really the only viable way I can see. Reducing the speed would be just making the KG pointless and could just be replaced with a jutsu that increases speed. So. If you have something better, I'm open. I'm unsure why Masaki allowed this KG without at least mentioning limits though.

Thank you for understanding.
@Reflection Okay. I'll flat out say it. After consulting multiple people over this, I'm going to have to deny Swift release altogether. The reason being that if we nerf it, it'll be so pointless that it'll be unusable. If we don't nerf it, it's ridiculously strong, and there's no arguing in its favor.

If you find a good alternative to nerfing Swift release altogether, the wires have to go, they're overkill. Your call.

@Suku I think you can, wait for Masaki to confirm though.
@Renny We can easily discuss this through skype since it'll be in real time.

Do you have it? Mine's: korakkmaster
Camille Mahroug - Oops

She had done it now, Camille was in the lion's den, a lamb for the slaughter, she could recognize at least three confirmed enemies before her she had confronted in the past, notably the cartoon celebrity who nearly decommissioned the small underground agent. Camille swallowed her pride and took another step back with the approach of the owlman who, despite not releasing any form of hostility, kept a unnerving fixation on Camille. It was more than logical that he'd be on his toes concerning her, but she saw it as adversity, especially with all of his backup. With her condition and the fact that one of them was a complete mystery to her made it obvious she had no hopes of gaining the upper hand here.

She took another step back, hands over her hips as if she was ready to pull out a gun from an imaginary holster. Her gaze clashed with the owl's concealed eyes, ready to kill as many as possible to survive. She was like a trapped animal, rationality becoming less and less a relevant factor in this circumstance. She continue to walk backwards at a really slow pace, only to bump in Cindy Wade's belly as the woman inquired about her current location. Camille's body being evidently petite enough to not actually harm the woman. Camille jumped in surprised and quickly turned around, only to recognize a familiar face.

"You... Cindy."

She paused, delivering the same glare she returned to owlman right at Cindy. She was not happy to see an apparent traitor around and further accumulated Camille's insecurity in this particular position. A stressed and cornered girl like this can be capable of many nasty things, and Cindy may as well be a victim of that wrath if she doesn't select her response carefully. With all that, little to no attention was brought to the roaring occurring nearby, after all it couldn't be worse than what she was confronted to as of now.

Boogeyman

Within a hidden area of the ship, placed remotely from the general containment area, specialized cells of massive sizes held rather peculiar subjects that were submitted to the same simulation as the rest. One of them would be the now famous Solf Patel. The cell was sealed and nothing could possibly give off the identity of the host, but the ridiculous amounts of locks and security meant a lot. When the monster awoke as everybody else, it noticed its cloak had not been taken off, actually nothing of it changed unlike the other abductees. It didn't matter too much as it didn't have to cloak itself out of scrap.

It didn't react immediately to being in a giant aquarium of strange, blue liquid, mostly because it didn't feel any danger nor harm to it health. But enough was enough, as bubbles ran out of its steaming body, the vectors from the monsters annihilated the sealed door before it, knocking it off clean as the liquid spilled all over the place. Patel casually walked out, acknowledging its surroundings only to conclude it had no idea where it was. Angered, it screeched a terrifying sound that echo'd through the ship. Unrecognizable by even its colleagues, it simply brought a wave of dread and fear to all those hearing it. And thus, it wandered through the corridors, casually walking at a slow pace, searching for a possible exit or at least a familiar face. It would, however, kill off anyone it deemed a threat without a second thought.
@Alan Hawke Before you go any further with your character, I'd like to bring up a few.. Glaring points.

-We obviously put quality over quantity, but it still has to be consistent. Though I'm sure you were going to edit that.

-Blade of wind is an A rank. If you're going to downplay it, make it a custom and explain the differences.

-Game only moves should be customs as well with a link to the game reference. We prefer canon moves because they generally are easier to evaluate while game ones are not.

-Unstable version of rasengan? What does that mean? If it's a different version of the rasengan, you'll have to make it custom.
