I don't believe so, I haven't seen anyone so far with a level beyond 100, but I'm only at level 33 so probably best to not take my word for it.
Only lvl 33? Damn, even I'm at lvl 80. Lotta new missions out, and some can really dish out xp for successful runs. Of course, my friends and I spend an hour or so on the 1-day meth mission cooking meth and shooting dozers in the face. Good stuff, that.
Or are you not including infamy?
