Shorthand I'm a bit worried about, since you can just set the card and get a 2100 DEF wall monster. Hmm...

Celestial I'm a bit worried about, cuz even without the eff, you can get a 3200 ATK beatstick out.

Overclocking: add 2 counters instead of one. It's far too easy to avoid the one counter drawback.

Time Warp: add 2 counters too. It's turning back time, after all. :P

Legendary Clocktower: removing 2 counters is a bit much. I'd say only remove 1.

Cogmaster: Hmm... adding a single counter after using the effect doesn't do much if it can just remove it next turn.... I suppose some combo could be done with Clock Struck 12 or something.... I dunno.

Hound: it has no ATK or DEF values. Might wanna fix that.

Big Ben: the boss monster of the archetype. Nasty piece of work to go against, but....
Hmm, maybe have Clock Struck 12 to only allow it to be summoned from the deck. That way, Big Ben becomes a dead draw.

@Shiny Keldeo, Solemn Judgement is banned. Might wanna replace that with something else, probably Solemn Warning or something.

Grave Swordsman: I'd say maybe bring down his ATK to 2000 or 1900 and it'd be balanced.

Ring: Edit one little bit: "If this card has three or more cards equipped by this effect, it gains the following effect..."

Tenancy: Do you realize how many cards have the word "Swordsman" in them that doesn't involve your archetype? Flame Swordsman, The Little Swordsman of Aile, etc.
