Who came up with the idea to make our statuses quotes from philosophers, anyway?

We could be doing something productive with our lives... instead, we're here.

So You Want to be a Hero

Already Tori was having fun in this new-found adventure. Exploring the area of parts unknown, meeting new companions, and doing a quest. It was like she was in a video game. Tori had so any questions about this new world she found herself in, but there didn't seem to be anyone to ask to get the answers. Well, except maybe the ones she woke up with. Those were questions for another time, though.

The scenery then changed from the grassy area to the forest as Tori followed the others. She turned her side to side, wondering if they were even heading the right way. That question was quickly answered as a trio of lizard beastmen things ran past everyone, one after the other. Tori had quickly darted to the side to narrowly avoid the first one and watched as the next two followed. Tori also noticed that the third one's tail was on fire, though why that was so she had no idea. I thought we were saving a damsel in distress, Tori thought to herself. So why are the monsters running away?

That next question was also answered in the form of a flaming fireball hurtling from the direction the lizard beasts came from, and a red-clad woman with a rather large sword appearing as well. At once Tori could see why the lizard beasts were running as if their lives depended on it. It was because they did. Tori immediately grabbed the nearest tree and moved behind it, shaking in both excitement and fear as she peeked at the woman from behind the tree. Tori still had little idea as to what was going on, but.... yeah. The blue-haired woman of their group walked up to the red woman, which made things more exciting to Tori while also making Tori concerned for Mimori's well-being. All Tori could do in her confusing confused state was to watch the scene unfold itself.
@Satoshi Kyou Are you sure you mean tabletop sim and not table flip sim? :3
Alia took one last look at Edric before going over to help Xavalzo with the rubble. She got to work pulling away some of the smaller bits and pieces, then occasionally using a spell to levitate a larger piece of rubble away and set it down gently. The spell was simple, but it took quite a bit of energy each time. The job was quickly finished, though, and Alia sat down to regain her strength. Xavalzo had gone off to explore the new area, leaving Alia to watch over Edric.

Speaking of Edric, he had begun to look awfully pale and sweaty. At first, Alia hoped he hadn't gotten sick or anything, although she knew that such a thing happening so quickly was highly unlikely. Then Edric awoke with a fright, panting heavily. Must've been a nightmare, Alia thought as she looked at him in concern. In an attempt to comfort Edric and make the situation a bit less awkward, Alia placed a hand on Edric's shoulder, gently rocking him ever so slightly, and soothingly said, "Hey, It's all right, you're fine. Whatever you saw in that dream of yours isn't real. You're not weak." Alia actually wasn't sure about that last part, but she wasn't one to judge. She wasn't exactly an Arch Mage, after all.
Phew, I got my character sheet done

It took a while but it was worth it :D

Those are, um, interesting characters. Bit lost on the "dunk lord's" backstory.
I think I'll not create a forge god next time. That idea may have been a little ahead of its time.
So You Want to be a Hero

Tori slowly opened her eyes, feeling a bit groggy. Rubbing her eyes, she pushed herself up and looked around, wondering where she was. She was in some grassy area, and there were a number of other people as well, either just waking up, still asleep, or already awake. She took a moment to remember what was going on, and remembered why she was here. She had died, then given a chance to start a new life. She remembered her character creation selections and stood up to examine herself. She grabbed a lock of hair over her shoulder and pulled it in front of her face to get a good look. Green hair, just like what she had selected. Tori also looked down at herself and noticed she was a bit more skimpily dressed than she liked, but that could be remedied easily.

Right now, though, was the time for an adventure. A scream reached Tori's ears, and there was the sound of metal clashing on metal. A notification pops up before her face, startling Tori. What is this? Tori thought as she read the message. Become a Hero... The others were already running off towards the noise. Normal people probably wouldn't get involved with whatever was going on, but then again, it's not like anything here fit Tori's definition of "normal". Smiling, she ran after the others, wondering what this new life was going to give her. She had a feeling it was going to be fun.
Editing in @mentions don't work, btw.
Wait, people are still here?
The second scenario's title is "420 blaze it" in Japanese, apparently.
Holy crap has it really been 3 weeks? Jeez.
