Hmm, I thought the Concealment/Detection mechanism was rather simple and straightforward and didn't want to bore anyone reading the OP more than I already was. If everyone is having difficulty understanding how it works, I can go back and expand on it.

I think the problem was that it was too short and small for people to understand, especially considering how much information you put for everything else.

Any inherent Detection abilities she has due to her Domain (Portfolio) are accounted for in her inherent powers, just like a god of Earth's power over Earth is accounted for in the fact that they are an Earth god - if that makes sense.

Yup, that's all there is to it. Quite simple. Gods now have detection/concealment levels which naturally rise by 1 whenever they level up. A god can use Might to increase their concealment/detection level.
As all gods begin at level 1, both concealment and detection must necessarily begin at level 1 also.
I might want to also add that a god's domain and portfolio does increase or decrease inherent concealment/detection capabilities. A god of Light would be far worse at detection/concealment than a god of Trickery

That is what I was going for. Her Concealment is only Level 1 because, well, we don't exactly except Light to be able to hide well, nor would it have a reason to.

However, Detection would be higher because anything in the Light would be visible, and therefore more detectable (is that a word? I think so, since autocorrect doesn't do anything about it), at least more so than if one would be hiding in the shadows.

The one small excerpt you placed in the Levels hider wasn't very clear on exactly how Detection and Concealment worked, so perhaps I made it a bit too high. I can easily lower the level to, like, say, 2 or 3.

I have looked and double-looked for any mentions of concealment and detection. The ONLY mentions I have found them is only a very small area in the Levels hider. THAT'S IT.

Also, what exactly is wrong with it? I don't know how to fix it if no one tells me what's wrong.
