Pizza is a main course, but is also a pie. Therefore, I can eat pizza as my meal and have another pizza as my dessert.

When I need a left sock, there is none. When I don't need one, there is a surplus. I think the world is toying with me.

Eating a stick of butter is not as fun as it sounds to be.

Bio

I am Searat
Half sea, Half rat, All Aqueous Rodent.

My role playing career is something i consider as a hobby of some sort but as to how long i have been role playing, I would say that i have three to four years under my belt. (Though most of the times I was role playing, they were nothing as serious as this and were more of a means to relieve stress with my friends or test out ideas that came to mind with them.)

As for my preferences to genres of role play, I would have no biases nor specific preferences to any genre and would be able to adapt to the genre as best I can when placed into it.

Some of my hobbies consist of: playing games, surfing the web, walking, bowling, darts, and cooking. I sometimes write and draw things but not as much to consider it to be a serious hobby.

Astra stares at the screen for a second or two as she memorizes it for later tactical use. "Understood head researcher." Astra then heads to a locker and wears the vest contained inside. It looked similar to a tactical vest used by human and humanoid field agents when their assignments prove to be too difficult or dangerous. Though there was a number of minor differences, one most notable being a thin antennae sticking out of what looks like a small power supply on the back. One would assume that this was the device that would be powering the whole hit detection system and relay that to the simulator's AI. It was then Argus gave orders to stay at the base with Rost and deter any drones from obtaining their flag. "Directives updated. Will defend the flag at all costs."

Richard smirked at the thought of a paintball game. "I can't deny that I do like paintball." he says offhandedly while opening his respective locker. He takes a look at the rifle stowed within, it wasn't like the rifles he ever used before but Richard was sure he could easily learn how to use it. Once geared up, he heard Argus bark out commands to the other agents. It seemed that he was going to be part of the distraction team to keep the heat off Griffin. With a firm nod, he assures that he was ready for the simulation.

Those ten minutes were by far the worst ten minutes of Ethan's life thus far. Not only was the two bloody birds hellbent on killing him and eating his innards, they were clever enough to know when he was getting out of breath. He feels his bones creak and muscles ache in response to his strained efforts of getting away. It seemed that the birds were merely toying with him and had some sort of sadistic pleasure in seeing Ethan in fear. "F-fething birds! I hope you both be swamp slugs in your next life!" he huffed out with an exhausted breath. It was an unwise decision to curse his aggressors as he felt his throat burn and his lungs labor after each breath. It made Ethan feel slightly better though.

He glances back and sees that one of the hawks chasing him seemingly disappear. 'Where is the other one?' he quickly thinks to himself as he returns his attention to the road ahead. It was then he saw where the other asshole bird went. It flew ahead and was about to dive bomb at him. Instincts kicked in but there was too little adrenaline left in his system to make him react fast enough to avoid the bird. His brain opted to slow his perception of time and see his would be killer swoop in for the kill. He awaited the inevitable sharp sting of beaks and claws...but it never came. An arrow, seemingly out of nowhere, impales the murder bird to a nearby tree followed by a feminine voice calling to him. He looks back to see a woman and the remaining bird, seeming to analyze the situation. Ethan felt the pent up anger from being forced to take two trips as well as the hate from being chased well up inside of him. He grips his walking stick tightly and swings it at the bird with all his might.

Nice. Ill try to get a post up by the end of the day.
Just waiting for whoever is responsible for the simulation to set it up for us.
Guardsman from a Medival world. Most if not all of the other RPs he was in died before he could develop a personality. So minor tweaks need to be made for this one.

This whole job seemed so easy at the time he asked Sips for the opening. Go to point A and get ingredients, repeat process for point C and D, before returning to the tavern again. How did it come to this? Ethan stared wide eyed at the pair. Sweat slowly dripping down his brow as he felt his heartbeat hasten. In his panicked state, their bloodied dagger like beaks looked even more intimidating under the amber colored rays light of the sunset that shone through the lush canopy. It sent chills down his spine. Ethan starts running like a madman in the direction of the town. To the outsider's perspective, it would be a humorous sight to see. A strangely dressed man with a walking stick and a top hat running through the forest while a pair of birds chase after him. To Ethan, this was one of the most absurd yet terrifying experience he has ever experienced in his life.

Not even the time he had to ride a boar for a race in a festival in his home town scared and confused him this much.

Interested. JB, Can I recycle Karl here?
sure. Sad to see another rp die but such is the cycle of life.

Ethan stared at the pair of winged pests and thought to himself what was the best course of action. First thing he think of was just to turn back and leave the birds as is, second was to sneak around the problem, and third was just to leg it and dash through the two and hope for the best. He rarely encountered beasts like these hawks, the most Ethan had encountered in his trip to Frontier Town would be a stray fox getting to curious for comfort. He would have considered fighting one but those dagger like beak and irritable demeanor made it so that it would be near suicidal to do so...and going back empty handed would only lead to more problems than solutions. 'Guess I would have to sneak my way past.' Ethan thought to himself before, quickly nodding his head. He moves off the dirt road and opts to go around the area with the hawks enjoying their grisly meal and return to the road when a sufficient distance away.

Giving the two winged pests a wide ten meter berth, Ethan goes into a crouching position and carefully weaves around the trees and bushes hoping to make it harder for the birds to detect him sneaking by.
