Tbh I was in the posting groove until Sho's weird three day absense threw me off the posting bus and now I'm lying face-down on the OOC Road.
My bitching is with games that seem to heavily and blatantly have an AI bias. Like, to the point that the game seems more like a spoiled child that can't stand to lose than a proper videogame. Though I love the game to (un)death, Dark Souls can be like that in a lot of ways. Funky hit detection, massive enemies with near infinite poise that hit ridiculously hard but are still for some reason really fast and agile and have a ton of attack range(ala the titanite demons) and just general AI dickery.

Similar to this, who decided rubberbanding AI was fine in racing games? Like, I can see why, but it's so stupid when I play a track literally perfectly and some AI casually cruises past me like it's nothing when they were just half a lap behind. So frustrating.
[...] and fight against political correctness

If you don't mind me asking, what's wrong with political correctness? Is not being able to make jokes about minorities that bad?
Actually, Silas is a name I've been using for characters since I was still in high school. Though, I suppose there's not much I can do to convince you of that. I just like the name.

Coincidence? I think not.

Clearly Nintendo of America stole the idea from you. Absolutely disgusting, Treehouse. Smh.
I literally thought you meant FE if Silas lmao I still think it should've been Cyrus in localization

I'm like 80% sure Hero got the name from the FE Silas

also I agree cyrus is like 200% cooler
Silas blinked, momentarily confused.

Cross-over confirmed?
Sato Hashimoto // Corporate War Zone, F2
When the timing was right, with the horde of shadows thinned just enough, the group started a mad sprint to the door at the end of the trench. Rui opened it as he got there first, and everyone piled inside. A jarring silence fell over the team when the door slammed shut, nothing but the breathing of four teens.

Sato straightened his back, looking around to see where they ended up running into. It looked like some kind of prison, with all the dull grey bars and cells. As they stepped through the weird shadow prison, "soldiers" filling the cells, there would be a complete silence if it weren't for the occasional murmur that sounded like a child's voice. When he first heard it, Sato was convinced he was going insane, but when he considered that the others seemed to hear it too, and their current location, it became clear it was just another one of those creepy mirror world things.

Eventually, they got to the end of the hallway and reached a door labelled "Solitary". It didn't take a genius to figure out this was the "correct" way to go. Correct in quotation marks because nobody actually wanted to go in there, an unlit solitary confinement cell. But they of course had to, and when they did, the lights soon flicked on with a click. Sato reeled back, not because of the lights, but because of the shadow towering over them. It was colossal, decked out in prison wear. Luckily, it had massive handcuffs on its arms, making its charge at the group less than graceful. Everyone dived out of the way, though even though they could dodge it, he could feel the power behind its attacks when it collided with the wall.

Rui called for Ayano to start scanning it. Just waiting for Ayano to tell them what to do wasn't exactly a reliable strategy, so Sato summoned his persona and drew an arrow from his quiver. Nocking it into his bow and pulling it back, he aimed up at the shadow. Right before he let the arrow fly, Chronos imbued the arrow with some kind of dark purple light. "Poison Arrow," He muttered to himself, right before releasing the arrow. It whipped straight at the shadow's side.
I grew up with Pokemon but I also play Digimon so best of both worlds for me me

Digimon. Pokemon. Long ago, the two nations lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the Pokemon Nation attacked. Only the Avatar, master of both games, could stop them, but when the world needed her most, she vanished. A hundred years passed and my friends and I discovered the new Avatar, a Pokemon-player named Ama. And although her Pokemon skills are great, she has a lot to learn before she's ready to save anyone. But I believe Ama can save the world.
