An advanced Good Morning then.
Banha Akiyama

New York, Arcadia-1

@Absolis @supertinyking @thewizardguy @Tyki @Flamelord

Banha was almost in admiration at Nova's leadership, addressing people he met only hours or, in some cases, minutes before. He nodded at the armour clad man, gesturing to the two Krogans behind him. They were both veterans of multiple campaigns against the Dominion and loyal to him until death. The twins were suited for the job but there were enough veteran soldiers in the group that they wouldn't be missed. As Nova spoke to the group about the dangers of their job, he also thought back to the potentials of the technology he gave them.

The excitable scientist he had melded with moments ago is now sharing all the details to the head of R&D, babbling about science and other things that flew over his head. Whatever the telepath showed to him must've been millennia more advanced than their own, technology that they could previously only have dreamed of. The kind gesture gave the Batarian the confidence that allying with Nova wasn't the worst idea he ever had.

As Banha gazed across the assorted group of people who have supposedly allied with Nova. He had no opinion of the crystal man named Stephen, a valuable asset with powers that seemed to come out of a crappy vid. Ruiko.... he didn't know what the point of Ruiko was. As she was being poked by the admittedly annoying Stephen, he pondered on what kind of strange magic she possessed. He didn't know what to think of the Rivard brothers, Absolis and Saber. Although they seem to befriend the creatures that "friendlified" his men, they seemed alright enough.

KABOOM

'Oh you are fucking kidding me.' Apparently, the world really loved explosions. As he looked up, the fiery explosion seemed to slow down. It seemed like he was on really hardcore drugs. And soon, it all came back to normal. Except there was no explosion in the sky and a writhing pile of reptilian aliens seemed to appear in front of them. A drop pod, at least that's what it looked like, appeared next to them. "Please, Banha. Tell our new guests to behave." Nova seemed strained, holding his head as he massaged a headache

The reptilians formed into a rank and file formation, seemingly discussing what to do next. Banha hesitated to do anything, the possibility for hostilities to arise were high. He clapped his hands twice before whistling the first few seconds of Symphony No. 1 in E-Flat Major, K 16. Multiple medics, mainly Asari and Humans, ran up to his position and halted just behind him. Several Turians and Batarians surrounded them in a protective formation. Meanwhile, the pod opened to reveal a human male hiding in the pod.

When he finished speaking, the Yakuza leader switched between the human and the group of reptilians looking towards him. 'Eating other intelligent species?' His head fringe scrunched up in disgust. 'What kind of sick bastards are these guys?' The Batarian almost had to stop himself from squeezing the trigger on the reptiles and mowing them down. He looked around in their little group, wondering what everyone else was thinking.
Tomorrow and the day after that, I have no internet and no ability to buy 3G or 4G. I am not sure if I am able to buy today. So if I am not able to post in the next two days, you can NPC the Democracies crew and the Yakuza for a little to move the plot until I get access to internet. This is all my fault really, I wasn't ready for this trip at all XD.
Oh no, you gave Rōnin a trigger. Psychotic Inner Alphonsé shall rise to the smell of dead corpses!
Ah shit. We'll soon be moving into a place with no internet for two fucking weeks! The only way I'll get to access the Internet is through Internet cafes. I'm so sorry guys, I may need to quit if I don't get my hands on 3G or 4G soon.

Edit: I do all my writing on my IPad XD
Anyone have any tips for passing the time on an aeroplane except for sleeping?
@SgtEasyso what you cane prayed in front of the shop then left without a word ?

Pretty much. Rōnin is a very silent person and usually only communicates in hand signals.
@SgtEasy Where to?

From New Zealand to the Philippines. A straight flight home.
Alphonsé Akiyama

In front of The Forgotten's Base

@Jangel13

"Psalm 119:105, Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." Rōnin lightly brushed the ruined brick wall of the abandoned building, dust and dirt falling to the ground. He travelled alone mostly, paying no attention to the outside world of the wasteland except for the occasional visit to The Gamers. He never stayed in one place, moving from building to building, collecting as much water and medicine as he could. You could survive two weeks without food but only three days without water. That was what killed the young ones in the wasteland.

'O simple ones, learn prudence; O fools, learn sense.' Alphonsé thought grimly, stepping over the corpse of a rotting child. He gripped his trusted AR-15 tightly in his hands, eyes scanning the road in front of him for any animals. Damn animals carried the Virus, killing most of the adult population. He had kept track of the time, the man realised that as a 22 year old, he was one of the oldest people in the wasteland.

Alphonsé spent most of his time contemplating his previous life, the horrors and abuse that came with fighting in a damn street gang. '2 years in prison and I still didn't learn.' He paused to stare at his callous hands, the famous four fingered hand stared at him back. Shaking his head, he looked up to see a pawn shop up ahead. It was the base of the so called "Forgotten." They were conducting a funeral for a few of their people, killed by the Scorps. In his opinion, the gangs of Kano were full of wannabes, people who have never climbed up the ranks of a street gang before. Bunch of murderers and rapists who grouped together for mutual survival.

Rōnin walked forward slowly, making sure to his hat to cover his face. He was pretty famous out here, known for his bloody gladiator matches and as one of the longest living loners. He loosened his grip on the rifle and used the strap to sling it on his back, right hand holding the hilt of the gūnto sword. He walked to the front of their pawn shop confidently, holding a cross in his left hand. He knelt down on his knees, laying the cross down in front of him.

And there, he prayed. He prayed for the dead and dying. He prayed for the wounded. He was known for these kinds of acts, praying publicly for the dead. He was known to be the "Wandering Priest", although he wasn't qualified to be one and his sins weighed him down too much. He looked up at Shiba and made the sign of the cross before turning around and walking away. The cross he left was one of dozens in his possession
I'll be travelling to another country soon (15 hours of flying with the possibility of no television! T_T) and some of the places I'll be going to will have very sporadic internet connection. So over the next month and a half, I'll try to post regularly but it's not guaranteed. If you are waiting for me on something, PM me so I can get onto it as soon as I can.

{{This message is sent to all of my Rp's}}

Luckily I'm not as involved in this RP as I am in the other one but I will finish Rōnin's introductory post soon.
