Two crossed swords (his new Pokemon form) are sheathed over his shoulders, which he can draw to use cutting moves.

Written Appearance: His Leather armour is replaced by a set of long sleeved black and purple robes, with golden armour covering his chest, shoulders, hands, shins and feet. He has plain black trousers underneath, and he carries a golden greatsword and round shield on his back for combat. His right eye is covered by a black strip of cloth as an eyepatch, and he has a golden mask over his mouth.

Personality: Quiet and unsocialable, Honedge can come across quite sharp (no pun intended) when speaking with others, including any trainers that might capture him. He has no particular likes or dislikes and seems to react very little to the things around him. He displays a varied amount of emotions, but never to an extent beyond small facial movements like a smile or frown. He doesn't say much when he is speaking, sometimes barely more than one word answers, and is completely silent in battle.

When he warms up to someone, he is opens up a little and can even hold small conversations, but the only one he is this close with is a male Vivillon he has spent a lot of time with.

Standing at a fairly tall 6'01'' with a slim but well-developed build, his body is average for the hunters and warriors of his ex-tribe. His hair is black but streaked with silver since his birth, and is usually left wild unless he is being formal, when he then brushes them back with a single braid on his left side. His eyes are greyish green and hold a sharp, piercing quality that makes people think he is always scrutinising them. Due to the highly spiritual nature of his tribe, he was forced to wear the grey robes adorned with straps, chains and strings of a 'Ashen One' for most of his life, so he continues to wear them to spite their memory. He uses them to hide a multitude of scars from burns, cuts and whips he was given from the Shaman's attempts to 'expel his darkness'.

He is marked with his own personal mark, not that he aware of that, carved into his skin at the base of his neck, just above his left collar bone. As his powers are used, the black markings spread like a disease along his veins and arteries and the skin around them discolour, becoming more grey as it gets closer to his mark. They have already spread across his left shoulder and his neck, just stopping below his jawline.

When one first meets Khyrian, he is seen as cold and cynical, seemingly uncaring to form meaningful bonds and only seeing people as tools for his own survival or obstacles to be dealt with. He is indifferent to any suffering or injustice around him, but is also uncaring of any good or just deeds. He holds a deep resentment of those that practice in any spiritual arts due to his past but will refrain from any action unless they attempt to act upon his 'dark aura'. He will then, due to his past, react very violently despite any onlookers or future consequences.

His hidden side is where he has stored the emotions that he feels are bothersome or inconvenient, choosing to ignore them to improve the chance of his survival. Those that can get close to him will discover about his many regrets, and can learn how he laments the death of his mother. He views his birth as his worst betrayal of her, but sees the path of suicide would spite the life she gave him and she herself died for. If this ideal is insulted, he becomes enraged and will lash out, often not stopping until the person that enraged him is dead or brutally wounded.

Khyrian was born into a fairly large and powerful south-eastern mountain tribe, the Kurthos Clan. Like most clans, they raised strong warriors and skilled hunters, but were also a spiritually guided clan devoted to following the gods that govern the natural world. As such they had a prominent respect for the word of the Tribe Shaman, who was in charge of blessing the Tribe's hunting trips and protecting them from harsh spirits. When Khyrian was born to a widowed huntress, the residual energies from Daethaneus marked the boy and he was branded an 'Ashen One', a child cursed with the evil of the world. He was raised by his mother, pushed to the outskirts of the tribe, until he was old enough to survive without her, where she was then executed by the chieftain. After her death, Khyrian was put through 'purification rituals', where he was tortured and starved with barely enough food to survive until the standard coming-of-age rituals came for the boys born in the same year at aged 15.

The tribesmen forced him from his home and he was forced to travel alone. After a half-days travel, he stumbled across a tribe rivalling the Kurthos in strength and numbers, The Pathel Tribe. Without a word, he walked into their village and his eyes turned purple. Within minutes, the entirety of the tribe was locked in a enraged state directed at the Kurthos, Khyrian watching it all with dead purple eyes. That night, the Pathel Clan attacked the Kurthos in force with Khyrian as their guide. the Kurthos were soon overcame by the same rage and the two clans slaughtered each others, leaving no survivors after Khyrian used a spear and a bow to finish off anyone left. He left the village behind as it burned to the ground, never looking back. Since then he has lived as a hunter and mercenary, living off of animals he killed and selling their skins for supplies.

Rarely seen without his cloak and shroud, he is a chilling and imposing figure standing at just under two meters and a half tall, with a body type one might expect from an assassin or swordsman. He makes no effort to hide his role as a dark god and is often wrapped in a thin miasma of swirling black and purple. Whenever he travels to the mortal lands he is always armed with that era's most devastating weapon, twisted and warped to his own dark image, and when within the heavens he carries a signature longbow or spear, both baring his personal mark.

Underneath his hood, his skin is a pale colour, almost turning grey, with black veins spreading from his eyes. His irises are heterochromatic, both coloured like creeping black storm clouds with flashes of purple behind them. his hair is cropped to an inch above his shoulders, black and untamed with streaks of silver. By human standards, he would be considered very handsome if not for these features.

As an avatar of war and violence, he is an infamous figure of despair, a tide of bloodshed and sorrow ever following in his wake:
• Thriving from War and Murder
• Being weakened in times of peace
• Willing vast bloodshed upon the Mortals
• Murdering other Gods and Goddesses, including his own father, the previous God of War
• Instigating 'The Lost War', a horrific war that consumed one of the lesser continents for 100 years, only finally coming to an end as Daethaneus slaughtered them all.

Born from the consummation of an affair between the God of War and Malana, the sister of the Goddess of Death, Daethaneus was to become the successor to the God of War, but his own dark parentage denied him the role given only to Blessed Gods. In his anger, he struck down his father but failed to take his place, instead his energy leaked into the mortal lands and consumed a small continent.

His rage and murderous hatred infested their minds and the land was consumed in a gruesome war that lasted over a century. During this time, he would freely wander the land, slaughtering anyone that didn't offer themselves as his followers. Those that did were twisted into grim demonic warriors called the Thyt'r. The war came to an end after a century as Daethaneus and his Thyt'r swept across the land in a final, devastating wave of slaughter and death. The land was rendered uninhabited, the entire continent seemingly disappearing from the world, and This event became known as 'the Lost War', a war that was lost to time.

When he returned to the heavens, he was envious of the Starkissed. He wished for the bonds and affections, but in time became bitter and jaded until he began to tear them apart, killing one to sink the other into despair. But he soon realised that those without successors would simply be re-born and their Starkissed bonds would become even more joyful with each re-union. He then came to conspire with the rest of his kind, the Gods and Goddesses that thrived off of the darkness and depravity, to curse them with an empty mortality. He was chosen among them to warden them and keep them trapped, cursing himself with his own mark and descending to Earth.

He also shares a spiritual connection with Raydark, God of Blood and Bone. During his rage, he breathed his dark energy into Raydark's mortal body at the behest of the necromancer, giving him life and taking root in his empty soul. This energy compelled the dark beast to aid him in his slaughter, until he grew evermore hungry and consumed the stars. Daethaneus coerced one of the weaker gods to be consumed as they tried to stop him, and was the first to welcome the newly ascended Raydark into the heavens. They came to conspire together, and eventually both took on mortal forms and descended on the Earth.

|Abyssal Hatred
Anger and Hatred cloud the minds of his targets for up to three hours. His mortal eyes glow with his power.

Resentment [2]: Instills a deep sense of ill-will towards a person or group into a single target at a time, making it easier to coerse them into minor acts like subterfuge or divulging private information about them.
Hatred [3]: Instills a strong sense of loathing that could be influenced into serious acts including assault or property attacks into a single target at a time.
Abysmal Hatred [5]: Creates a loathing aura that can influence people around him into fits of berserk violence, up to a range of 5 meters. This ability can be used while moving to increase the amount of people affected.

Hands of Finality
His hands are imbued with the very concepts of war and decay. His immortal aura begins to cloak his body.

Hand of War [7]: Any object within his grasp is twisted into a savage weapon, his mind ingrained with the lethal knowledge of its use. Thin black smoke begin to rise from his hands.
Hand of Decay [8]: Any living creature caught by his hand will begin to slowly decay whilst still alive, until their life force can't handle it anymore and they expire. Larger creatures or those with more willpower can resist the effect for longer, but nothing can hold out indefinitely. Thicker black smoke, slightly sparking with purple lightning, rises from his forearms.
Hand of Collapse [10]: Mixing War and Decay, any object his hands touch begin to crumble as if time has betrayed them. Living creatures wither and rot, and inanimate objects like building crumble and collapse, characterised by smoking black cracks that spread like a disease. Larger objects take longer to collapse but will fall with time. Thick smoke running intravenously with purple lightning coils and rises from his arms and shoulders.

Black Campaign
The Ability to envoke Daethaneus' Weapons in their full, brutal power. His immortal form begins to coalesce onto his mortal form.

Envhaki [13]: Summons his cursed spear, which can kill with the slightest cut. His hands and forearms are covered by his Immortal form.
Requ'hara [15]: Calls forth his cursed bow, a horrifying weapon that never misses and cannot be blocked, assuring certain death to its target. His immortal form spreads to cover his torso and arms.
Last March [Death]: Summons the full extent of Daethaneus' power, calling forth a fraction of his Thyt'r Legion along side his weapons, his entire body cloaked in his Immortal power. A power no mortal should hold, his mortal form is assured to die soon after his power leaves him.

Khyrian met Alexis through his occasional work as a mercenary, and found that they work well together as partners while on contracts together. He was also the one to grant her with her nickname after the pair came under attack from a bear and were caught by surprise. When the branch fell and Alexis managed to killed the stunned creature, he sarcastically suggested that the gods had blessed her with good luck, and the nickname stuck. They occasionally see each other, but not a regular basis.

Eilidh and Khyrian met after he was ambushed by a manticore he was trying to hunt and narrowly avoided being killed, managing to trick the monster into charging straight into his hunting spear. He managed to drag himself to the nearest camp, the Longear tribe, and she offered to heal him. He refused her treatment, but she kept insisting and he lost his temper. He snapped at her before leaving the tribe in an irritated mood. While not true enemies, he does not wish to spend time in her company again, even less so should he be wounded at the time.

Khyrian first met Floran whilst trading for supplies. Khyrian was confronted by a Spiritualist and became angered after they insisted that they 'heal his darkened soul'. He attempted to attack the healer, but was stopped by Floran. The pair traded blows for a short while, but the fight was broken up before anyone was hurt. Khyrian finished his business and left the camp with a distinctly negative opinion of the mercenary.

Khyrian met Xena whilst looking for a place to rest in the woodlands after a long hunt. He discovered her and Vadik during one of their secret meetings, but left without a word out of respect for his friend. He always kept that secret as he met her with Vadik again over time. He’d noticed the interest she seemed to have in him, but to this day cannot be sure as to why.

Vadik and Khyrian came to know each other after Khyrian travelled into Craenak Territory to hunt and trade. He was involved in a minor dispute with some of the clansmen and was eventually challenged to settle the dispute within the duelling ring against the Clan Champion. The fight lasted for a long time with neither combatant gaining much ground, until the Craenak Chief ended the duel at a draw and named Khyrian as an honoured guest of the clan. Since then, Khyrian has travelled back to Craenak territory to spar with Vadik and occasionally catch up as friends. He deeply respects both Vadik's strength, and that he does not pry into his past, despite some of the clansmen's standing suspicions of him.

Khyrian first met Ophelia when he travelled to Roamwyn territory to hunt and sell the animal hides he had collected. He had no intention of conversing with the locals and left the camp soon after his business was finished. When he later returned to the camp, she seemed eager to talk to him, having caught her eye last time he had been there. Although he doesn't understand why, she seemed to hold some kind of attraction to him.

While tracking the same prey, Feir and Khyrian ran into each other, only to find their shared target savagely mauled and eaten by an unknown animal. They were soon ambushed by a pack of Dire Wolves. For lack of options, they fought together and defeated the wolves, but went their separate ways soon after sharing the pelts. Neither man had the desire to see the other again.

The two of them once met during a hunt. Khyrian crossed paths with Persephone as he was tracking prey through the forest she was residing in. After he nearly attacked one of the wolves accompanying her, They didn't speak much until Khyrian stated his business and quickly left to continue his hunt, while he didn't see where Persephone went after that.
