He curses under his breath, and slams his fist down on a desk, breaking it in two. "I don't know. I'm not sure what I want anymore. I want, no, need, a bride."
He makes a simple sandwich, and pours a glass of juice, then carries both back to her.
She grins. "Anything I could help you with before I give him control again?"
He smiles. "Thank you sir!"
He sighs. "I never should have taken that deal with her parents."
She takes it, smiling gently, and sips at it.
"She's one of the few I've ever met who doesn't fear me. I want a partner with a fire, a drive. A wolf, not a sheep."
He stands up, and bows slightly.
"No.....no I'm not." He frowns. "And I don't know why."
