"Hm hm hm, so you believe them to be real? Of course, this is the power of special effects, amazing after so many years right?", he responded to the Furlyne, turning to Jericho for a moment. It appears Ana was okay with him on board.

"And no worries, he is in good hands", this line would only make most worry even more... In any case, it looks like he would be allowed on. Valerius stepped back over to Jericho with one arm over his shoulder like chums.

"So, that was the backstory of the scene there? Scarab guy, running for weeks, finally caught the guy to show your skill am I right?", he began, leading the guy onto the ship.

"I'll show you to your dressing room... Or as mercs and drifters would say, living quarters. It's perfect for learning your role", he finished this sentence as they got onto the ship. Sure enough, Valerius did show him to the living quarters, and it was as simple as 'find a bed that isn't yours, and you live there now', at least while you're still on this ship. As the bounty hunter would walk through the ship, it would become apparent how old most of the tech was, not to mention it really was human tech too. A historian would have a field day here just simply examining every inch of the ship.

"You believed they were real? Hah, of course, props these days are so amazing, and don't worry, it'll be fun. I don't think he minds either", he responded to the Furlyne as he walked towards the two, he still had his candy on hand, so while talking he was chewing and consuming the candy.

"Oh yeah, Ana, where do you think I can go to get a paint job for the ship? It suuuuuuucks... And it's old... But don't tell the guy I said that, actors you know, can be so picky", he inquired, pointing to Jericho when referred to. In fact at the moment he didn't really know his name...

"Oh right, what was your name?", he turned around and asked.

"Special effects", he responded quickly and frankly. After his response, it appears this man paid more attention to the 'sleeping for one hundred years' thing, and began a line of questioning. How did this feel? Well, sleeping, that's all it really felt like it... The one who woke him up, that Russian chick Anastasia, but he didn't say any of that out loud. He put one hand in a fist and hit his open palm in a hammer motion as if he'd figured something out.

"Oh I get it, you need material to help you act right? Okay okay, gotcha. I think I can help out. Come with me", and so Jericho was whisked off towards the ship. He didn't really answer to any of the questions, and it appears to Jericho again that Valerius has a different understanding of all this.

As they reached the ship, Valerius stood still with Jericho right next to him, staring at it blankly... The way he walked up to it and all indicated this was his, but...

"... This ship looks like shit...I-I mean... It's meant to, because... Mercenary life isn't... Glamorous. Yeah, rough and rugged", but wasn't it his ship? Well, to be fair, most of the decals were faded, it looked old as hell, and anyone who's done research into human military ships would know this is a one hundred year old model. It was annoying too how he was acting as if he was trying to appeal to a celebrity, turning to Jericho with a forced smile on his face.

"Ooh, there's Ana. Yooooo! Ana! I met this actor guy, can we keep him?", so what is Jericho now? A cat? Keep him? What? He should be saying that about the Furlyne next to Ana... Oh wait, they're already keeping him. Technically.

I struggle to respond because I'm not sure if I should make Jericho an actor as a running gag.

So the plan was to go through the front with the password...? Well, the problem for Jack right now was the mingling aspect, if he avoided talking with anyone and passed by with few words he should be able to easily mingle. His mind worked fast, but he could barely make a new personality for himself on the spot, but it didn't seem to be a requirement, so researching one wasn't needed.

"Right, I guess I'll go first and check the place out, see ya".

"Lady of the Lake gave it to me, pretty nice of her too", the bouncer raised an eyebrow, it wasn't the exact phrase, but it had all the meaning to pass. He simply said 'go on through', and Jack was in. He himself didn't know what to expect while he was in there, so he made it a thing to keep to the edges and away from the main party.

Making his way downtown, faces past and I'm shipbound, dududududud, dudududu, dududududu. Well, he was humming some kind of song in his head, and that wasn't it, but it came pretty close as he was now quite happy what with finally getting some sugar in his system. As he made his way around the corner not far from the Galactic Gear, he saw a little bit of a show, so he just started watching intently while eating like he was at a theatre. Shortly afterward, the guy with the pistols turned to him. Valerius was kind of standing there with big bags full of sweet things, so he looked a little off-character for the clothes he wore.

"What? Never seen a guy doing his job before?", Valerius stood there for a moment, looking between this man and the scene he caused a few times, squinting his eyes as if trying to figure it out, and then...

"Aaaah, I get it, you're an actor, where's the camera crew though? Is this the opening scene where we are introduced to the hero kicking ass? Skilfully done, almost looks real, but I've never seen you before, so an up and coming new actor? I dunno, I heven't been awake for a hundred years so I wouldn't know", this guy was obviously misunderstanding what happened... Or at least, that's what it looked like.

Valerius hurried on through the checkpoints, this place wasn't controlled by government so heavily, so he got through fairly quickly and without hassle like identification. He was first one off the ship and within moments of the moment he could, he disappeared into the crowd. His coat flowing behind him lightly as he power walked with a set in picture of the map of this place in his mind... And finally, he was there. It was called Sweet Dreams, the biggest store on Eden, and without a second thought he snatched up whatever he could and...

"I-I'm sorry sir... You're short... Besides, this currency hasn't been used for decades. I don't think I was born when this was used", with the fall of the human empire, came the fall of the human currency. What he had on him would've been enough back in the day, but right now it's essentially worthless.

"If you can go down the bank and exchange it for updated currency you can afford all this", he kept staring. She silently pointed out the window, and across the road there was bank.

Process was speedier than usual at the bank for him, it may have something to do with his unblinking stare making everyone move a little faster, and within moments of exchange completed he returned, and paid for his candy. Within minutes he was happily walking down the street downing the candy he was eating, and only now he was realizing as he looked at the streets he walked upon... He recognized some of these structures... And then he remembered the coordinates...

"One hundred years huh? I guess that place is closed down no-", before he could finish his sentence something caught his notice out of the corner of his eye. "The Galactic Gear", his favourite bar, but it looked nothing like he remembered. It was much, much fancier, and bigger, and it didn't used to have what appears to be two floors. It looks like it was a bar and restaurant now, and a popular one...

"... Huh".
